Today, there are organizations that help young people find jobs and part-time jobs.

Employment Center

The Youth Employment Center in Moscow provides professional support and assistance in finding a job to young residents of the capital. The center is a public institution, so all services provided are free. The main goal of the exchange is the employment of young people without work experience and assistance in realizing their potential. A modern approach to the selection of vacancies offers job seekers and employers a new format of relationships - the connection of an online platform and an offline platform in Moscow. The Youth Employment Center supports an individual approach to each applicant. A curator is attached to the young man, who will assist him in finding a job and help him prepare for the interview. And after successful employment, he continues to accompany the ward at a new place of work for three months and assists in adaptation.

Schedule

Before visiting the center, you must register on the site. For more information about the registration procedure and the services provided, please call the number listed on the official website of the institution. Exchange specialists receive visitors only on weekdays according to the schedule: Monday - Thursday from 09:00-18:00, Friday from 09:00-16:45.

The Youth Employment Center is located at the address: Shchepkina house 38, building 1.

In order to register, you must come to the reception with the following documents:

  • Passport.
  • SNILS.
  • Employment history.

Teenagers aged 14-16 must come with a parent.

Who can apply

Residents of the city aged 14 to 30 can apply for advice to the youth employment center of the city of Moscow. Schoolchildren and students will be offered temporary part-time jobs for the summer holidays, and young professionals will be offered work in their profession.

The list of all necessary documents, work schedule and how to get there, it is better to check before visiting the center by phone or on the website and in social networks.

For young people with disabilities, employees of the GKU of the Youth Employment Center of the city of Moscow will offer vacancies that will not harm their health and will allow them to earn extra money.

The center also conducts a self-employment campaign for people with disabilities and people with disabilities in public organizations who want to become self-employed or already are.

What do they offer

For young professionals, interviewing is a big stress. What to say, how to prove yourself from the best side in order to please the employer, what questions to ask the recruiter? All the nuances of passing an interview with future employers will be taught by specialists from the youth employment center who will tell you what to focus on during an interview, how to talk about your qualities, and turn shortcomings into virtues. Tips on how to stop being nervous in an interview will also be useful.

Employees of the youth employment center in Moscow will tell you how to write a resume that is interesting to the employer. Also, for those who do not have work experience, it will be useful to take a test to determine which job will be most suitable for a young person.

Highly qualified lawyers will consult on labor law issues, because young people who do not have work experience can become victims of fraud in employment.

Also, young people can take refresher courses or get a new profession.

For teenagers aged 14-18 and students during the period free from study, they offer temporary work. As a support, the Moscow government pays another 9,900 rubles to the salary every month. Registration for work takes place in compliance with all norms of labor legislation.

Graduates of technical schools and universities can get a job or an internship in their profession.

Psychological support

Finding your first job is a responsible and psychologically difficult process. It is difficult for a yesterday's schoolboy or student to prove himself from the best side at an interview, so most interviews end in failure for the applicant. It is very important to know how to successfully pass any interview and not get nervous in the process.

The specialists of the center will tell you how to prepare for the first interview in your life, to prove yourself well in the course of a conversation with a recruiter, and to get the job of your dreams.

All trainings are held in a playful way and allow you to rehearse all the options for conducting an interview, give you the opportunity to visit both the place of the applicant and the role of the employer.

After such classes, it becomes much easier psychologically to pass an interview. Coaches in the classroom teach you to analyze your mistakes when talking with a recruiter and after them, even an unsuccessful interview does not become a reason for worry, but is only an experience for successfully passing another interview.

Job fairs and more

The Youth Employment Center in Moscow closely cooperates with many employers in the capital. Therefore, there is always information about all job fairs taking place in the city. At such events, applicants can learn all the features of working in the company, communicate with company representatives and learn about existing vacancies in it.

Also, the Youth Employment Center constantly holds various contests and promotions. At such events, master classes are held, where you can learn in a playful way how to pass an interview without having work experience, how to get your dream job and stay in the workplace.

Announcements about ongoing events are posted on the Center's website, as well as in social networking groups.

Keep up with the times

The Moscow Youth Employment Center is trying to be modern and accessible to young people. For those who cannot come to the center for any reason, the exchange offers a number of vacancies on its website. Here you can also get acquainted with the services offered by the center, write a resume and find a job on your own.

Also on the site there is a map with a detailed indication of where the youth employment center is located in Moscow.

Besides work

The Youth Employment Center not only advises on employment issues. Here are interesting, and most importantly, free classes on learning new professions. Before the start of most of them, young people are given exercises in the fresh air, aimed at identifying leadership qualities, showing personal characteristics and uniting the group.

Also, seminars, lectures and conferences with the participation of representatives of leading Russian companies are held on the territory of the center and in rented premises. Here you can prove yourself and get an internship in a prestigious company.

The Youth Center participates in the organization of youth festivals and concerts.

You can find out about the date of the events, ask all your questions and, if necessary, sign up for participation on the center's website or in social networks.

The Moscow Youth Employment Center is still not well known to anyone - it was opened quite recently, and many programs are just being launched. Nevertheless, an average of 150 people visit it a day and often find not only work, but also a profession, interests and new friends. How it all works - saw the correspondent of "RG".

Money is here

For work, you need to go to Shchepkina Street, 38, building 1 - a stone's throw from the metro station "Prospect Mira" and the sports complex "Olympic". The new center is located in a building that used to house a school and college, so visitors are greeted inside by long corridors with rows of doors. However, the center is the least similar to a government institution in the usual sense - it looks more like a modern office center. Motivating slogans like "Don't be afraid to make mistakes, be afraid to oversleep your youth!" are seen here and there on the walls. The colors of the walls are white everywhere, and the inscriptions are in bright, flashy colors. The names of offices and positions of employees complement the creative picture. On the 3rd floor there is a department for catching business sharks and training rooms for "Earth", "Water" and "Fire", and on the first floor there is the Square of Success and the Territory of Taste. The authorities, as expected, sit upstairs - on the 4th floor there are offices of the "Chief", "Prosto Zama" and others. There is also a room on which hangs a sign that says "Money is here."

As they explain in the center, when creating it, they tried to get away from templates and bureaucracy in order to look attractive in the eyes of teenagers and young people. “If you don’t interest the guys in something close in spirit and don’t create a comfortable, interesting environment for them, then they won’t stay here and won’t recommend to friends. And this is necessary, because we see our tasks much wider than just helping already now we can pass various tests and trainings that will help identify inclinations and suitable areas of employment," says Irina Kotova, deputy director of the center. She is the same "Prosto Zam" from the 4th floor.

Understand who you are

The employees of the center are really ready to offer a lot of tests for young people. The RG correspondent, for example, looked at a kind of traffic light for 5 minutes and pressed the keys corresponding to a particular color - this is one of the tests of the Multipsychometer system. The experiment showed that it is better for me to drive with caution - the reaction is not always fast and accurate enough. In the meantime, our photographer was tested for a penchant for a particular craft - the computer eventually correctly determined that he had well-developed artistic skills.

In addition to tests, teenagers and young people in the center are ready to offer various trainings - now they usually take place 4 per week, but soon there will be 2 per day. Trainers who previously worked with businessmen and top managers will talk about how to behave in a team, what professional ethics are, what skills a leader should have and what questions to expect at an interview. Trainings are also conducted by well-known people who have achieved success in their fields - from Olympic champions to businessmen.

There are even co-working spaces in the center - equipped rooms where you can come with a computer and work. In fact, young people are offered a free office for the first time, where they can start their own business. So far, this service is not particularly in demand, since mostly schoolchildren come. But soon both university graduates and those who are older, who will be interested in permanent work, are expected here.

I would go to couriers

The most common vacancies for teenagers are advertising agents, children's camp counselors, ticket tellers, laborers, couriers, waiters and other jobs that do not require special training. Well-known chains of restaurants, household appliances stores, clothing stores, etc. have already expressed their desire to cooperate with the center. Some want to open a school right on the basis of the center, where potential employees can undergo internships and go to work, already having a clear idea of \u200b\u200bthe new field of activity. The first such school has recently completed its work - it was organized by a large real estate agency.

As for the salary, for temporarily employed it is at least 17 thousand rubles a month. Employers pay a minimum wage of 7.5 thousand rubles, and about 10 thousand more are paid by the city. For a student, the money is quite decent. In addition, they will pay them to teenagers from 14 to 16 years old for a maximum of 5 working hours a day, and from 16 to 18 years old - for a maximum of 7 hours. Such restrictions are imposed by law, and it is precisely for this reason that many vacancies for young people mention hourly pay. The Employment Center guarantees the observance of all the rights of young workers and the payment of their earnings in full.

You can view suitable vacancies without coming to the employment center, but simply by looking at its website - czmol.ru. Now there are 5 thousand various offers and 1.5 thousand resumes from applicants. It will also be possible to ask questions of interest in the groups of the center in social networks. It is also convenient to follow the news there - messages about new internship programs, dates of job fairs and other events.

By the way

The new employment center plans to release by the end of the year a mobile application that will help young people in their job search. There you can keep track of vacancies, internships and other offers.

Building a professional career

Planning for your future achievements is an important skill that you need to develop in yourself to build a professional career. Career (from Italian carriera - life path, field, run) is the result of a person's conscious behavior in work, associated with official or professional growth. The main goal of career planning is to find such an application for your abilities that will lead to tangible success and the implementation of your plans. People who are conscious of their professional path get more pleasure from life and work. It is they who are more likely to find a job with the conditions they want, and it is these employees who become the most valuable and effective.
The start of professional activity largely depends on plans for the future. It is important to be able to set goals, develop action plans and implement them.
The Youth Employment Center conducts special classes and trainings aimed at assisting young people in building a professional career, choosing the most promising direction for professional development, and increasing satisfaction from professional activities. To determine the most suitable areas for your professional career development, you can go through in-depth psychodiagnostic testing on hardware and software systems and talk with a psychologist-professional consultant.

Professional self-determination

A significant place in the life of every person is occupied by his professional activity. The concept of "profession" comes from the Latin professio, which means "public speaking". In the days of Ancient Rome, this was the name of the occupation to which a person devoted himself and which he declared publicly.
In modern society, a profession, as a rule, is understood as such a human activity that requires special training, is practiced by a person regularly and serves as a source of income. This profession is different from a hobby. If a hobby is an activity done by a person for his own pleasure, then a profession helps to earn a living. In the words of renowned entrepreneur Henry Ford, “The best job is the highest paying hobby.” Is it possible to find such a job, and how not to make a mistake when choosing a profession?
First of all, when choosing a field of activity, you need to ask yourself a few important questions. What do I want to achieve in life, and what am I really interested in? What type of character do I have, and what is really important to me? What am I good at and what am I not good at?
Assistance in professional self-determination may be required not only for students and graduates of general educational institutions, but also for well-established specialists who wish to master a new type of activity. Specialists of the Youth Employment Center provide career guidance services to all categories of youth. Anyone can get an individual consultation of a psychologist-professional consultant or attend trainings and seminars on the topic of choosing a profession. In the process of counseling, special tests and hardware-software psychodiagnostic complexes are used, with the help of which it is possible to identify not only professional inclinations, but also determine the degree of readiness for organizing entrepreneurial activity.

Psychodiagnostic testing

At the Youth Employment Center you can get advice on all issues related to the choice of a field of activity and professional self-realization. Our psychologists will offer you to undergo in-depth computer testing in a specially equipped room using modern hardware and software psychodiagnostic complexes
The psychodiagnostic complex is indispensable if it is necessary to identify a person's professional preferences, psychological barriers that prevent employment or career building. Often a person who does not work in his place shifts the responsibility for the lack of success in the professional sphere to the team or superiors. Psychologists of the Career Guidance and Psychological Support Department will help a person get an idea of their natural inclinations and character traits, determine the level of formation of professionally significant qualities that affect successful professional implementation in a particular field of activity.

Resume writing

A resume is one of the most effective job search tools. The main purpose of the resume is to attract the attention of employers, create a favorable impression of yourself and get an invitation to a personal meeting.
The basic rules for compiling a resume are brevity, accuracy, truthfulness and literacy. The effectiveness of a resume can be measured by the number of responses received from employers. At the Youth Employment Center, you can get help in compiling a resume and posting it on the website of the Youth Employment Center.
In addition to consultations on writing a regular resume, group classes are held during which you will learn how to create a business card website and prepare to record your own video resume. Classes are held in a modern computer room. After attending the class, you will be able to record and post a video summary on our website.

Job search strategy

Finding a job is not an easy task and you should be prepared for it. You don't have to take the time to find her. Remember that time is against the applicant, and you have to fight to get a good vacancy. It is necessary, first of all, to navigate the labor market, set a specific goal, outline an action plan to achieve it and take active steps to get the desired vacancy. As a rule, the wider the search circle, the higher the probability of success.
The Youth Employment Center conducts special classes aimed at teaching methods of independent job search, time management techniques, ways to effectively spend one's own resources, setting life priorities and values. Class participants have the opportunity to develop the skills of self-presentation and successful negotiations with the employer, discuss with a specialist issues related to preparing for a new job, adaptation in a team, securing a new job and career planning.
Our experts will help you to identify the reasons that impede the construction of effective communications and provide the necessary consulting support at all stages of the job search and employment.

Legal advice on organizing your own business

Do you have a dream to open your own business? Like it or not, even the most successful and promising idea cannot turn into a successful business if you are not accompanied by success. However, do not forget that if you decide to start your business from scratch, then you should have a large stock of knowledge, including in the field of jurisprudence.
What is the best form of business organization to choose? This is one of the important questions to consider before deciding to start a firm. It all starts with the registration of a citizen as an individual entrepreneur (IP) or registration of a legal entity.
For a small business with a minimum of employees, many prefer to carry out entrepreneurial activities by registering as an individual entrepreneur. Key issues include registration with the tax authorities and the choice of a taxation system, the procedure for submitting reporting documentation, and others. It is also important to make a decision on the need to use a cash register and open a current account.
The simplest and most common organizational and legal form of legal entities is a limited liability company (LLC). The procedure for opening an LLC is important information for those who plan to develop their business. Before creating an LLC, you should responsibly and competently assess the necessary costs and your capabilities, choose the right taxation system.
A newcomer who wants to do business, contacting the Youth Employment Center, will receive answers to their questions within the framework of a free individual legal consultation.

Legal advice on labor and employment issues

The work of young people is often beneficial to commercial structures, which thus have the opportunity to avoid additional costs associated with taxation, with the social insurance of the employee, as well as manipulate wages. The young specialist, being a "temporary" worker, does not pay due attention to this side of the matter.
This is just one of the situations that can be a source of discrimination against young people in the labor market. This situation will continue until the young worker is armed with knowledge of legal norms in the field of labor law and employment law.
A timely appeal to a lawyer on labor law will help to avoid serious consequences in case of disagreements between employees and employers. That is why our Center provides an opportunity to receive qualified consulting assistance in the application of labor legislation.
The Youth Employment Center provides legal support on employment issues, resolution of labor disputes, consults parents if their minor child wants to work.

If you are under thirty and over 14 years old, the specialists of the Capital Youth Employment Center will tell you what to do to get a dream job.

How to write a great resume, where to look for a job for the summer and what professions are most in demand right now? With these and hundreds of other questions, Muscovites come to the specialists of the Moscow Youth Employment Center (TsZM), and each of them receives an answer. Professional testing is carried out here, they help those who are looking for work immediately after school and university.

Passport and desire

In 2016, an employment center opened in Moscow, working exclusively with young people. Its specialists help to get a job, decide on a profession and learn about the labor market. In 2017, 35,585 people turned to the center, of which over 11,000 sought employment. The majority - 65 percent - are young people from 18 to 29 years old, the rest are minors. Almost half (almost 5.5 thousand) of those who came in search of work got it. In total, since its opening, the employment center has employed 8,778 people.

In order to get an appointment at the Central Health Center of Moscow, you must meet three conditions: wait until the age of 14 (and not miss the moment when it hits 30), take your passport with you and decide for sure that it is time to look for a job.

Further - easier. You can turn to the specialists of the center, even if the question “What do I want to be when I grow up?” No answer. To decide on a profession (or at least get recommendations), the center conducts special tests. The next stage is to work with a psychologist who will help you understand the test results, tell you in which area it is better to start the search, and pass it on to the next specialist. It is he who will select vacancies from an impressive list, in which there are more than 10 thousand positions.

Each applicant has his own curator, he is personally interested in finding a dream job after all. The curator calls his ward back after the interview and finds out how everything went. If the applicant was refused, he is again invited to the center and new options are selected. If the work has worked out, the curator will still keep in touch with the person for three months, monitor their progress and help them cope with difficult situations.

Quests, fairs and business school

The capital's CZM operates on weekdays from 09:00 to 20:00, the institution's website is always available. Here you can independently search for vacancies (they are provided by almost 500 verified companies) or employees, as well as learn about what else the center does.

CMH conducts quests, job fairs, master classes, business games, consultations on interviewing and writing resumes. For applicants with disabilities, there is a special mobile team. She also organizes vocational testing and job fairs outside the center: in schools, libraries and city parks.

Last year, the center launched three projects: Media School, Youth Business Club and free English courses. And in the summer of 2018, a business school will open here. Its students will learn how to start their own business in the media, information technology, consulting and service industries.

Summer job

More than 30 percent of those who applied to the GKU TsZM are teenagers from 14 to 18 years old. During the school year, most of them ask for help with vocational guidance, and in the summer they look for temporary work. Teenagers may well count on the position of a clerk, secretary, call center operator. There are also job vacancies in the lists: a landscaper, a cleaner of the territory, a dishwasher.

In 2017, in order to increase the number of available jobs, the center entered into a number of agreements with organizations of the housing and communal services of the city of Moscow, under which more than 230 vacancies for minors were created. However, the choice of students is not limited. And for example, if a teenager is seriously interested in programming, then he can be invited to an IT company. Talented guys are sometimes taken to the positions of a marketer, designer, copywriter. In addition, minors are sometimes attracted during the holidays of key employees.

Now the bank of seasonal vacancies has offers from 296 companies. Basically, this is work in the hotel and restaurant sectors, medicine, and trade. On the eve of the World Cup, there are many vacancies for stewards who will be responsible for the order before, during and after matches, and cloakroom attendants. Last year, the Center for Health Care helped 2,449 job seekers find temporary work.

hello we are looking for a job

Temporary employment is generally quite popular among young Muscovites, and this is not only about schoolchildren. Students and graduates of universities without the necessary work experience are also often looking for such options. The former most often choose vacancies with a flexible schedule in order to combine work with study, the latter - office work with a good social package and the possibility of professional or career growth.

Plus, participants in temporary employment programs implemented by the center receive an additional payment from the city budget in addition to the salary under the contract. Last year, about 100 companies participated in the temporary employment program, and their list is constantly growing. Vacancies are very different, ranging from handymen, couriers, waiters and ending with legal assistants, economists and other qualified employees. This allows students, in addition to additional earnings, to get much-needed work experience in modern conditions.

Meanwhile, the job market is changing quite rapidly. More recently, the request was for economists and lawyers, but now they are fading into the background. Capital enterprises need workers. There is a big one for IT professionals, big data professionals, marketers, logisticians.

It is important for students to gain not only professional skills during their studies, but also work experience, for example, on an internship or participating in temporary and volunteer projects. In order not to get lost among the many offers, it is worth visiting open interviews and job fairs held by the center. Here they will teach you the technique of negotiating with employers and self-presentation skills, tell you how to make your own website and record a video resume. The center's social networks, where information about new vacancies appears, will help you not to miss an interesting offer.
