Project competition “My project for my country!” My project is for my country! Almost a thousand residents of Mari El presented projects for the development of the region in the competition “My Country - My Russia”

An all-Russian competition of socially significant projects “My project for my country!” has been announced. Deadline September 24, 2017.

Organizer: Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.

The goal of the competition is to identify and disseminate best practices, support and involve their authors in the development of constructive civic engagement in Russia.

Who can participate?

Everyone who works to create a strong civil society in Russia:

Any citizen of the Russian Federation who manages an existing social project can submit an application.

What does the winner get?

Citizens of the Russian Federation who implement socially significant initiatives independently, as part of civil associations or on the basis of non-profit organizations during the last calendar year (October 2016 - October 2017) can take part in the competition. To participate in the competition, you must fill out a form on the website http://projectstrane.rf in one of the 14 nominations of the Competition.

Applications received for the Competition between September 30 and October 14, 2017 will be evaluated by the Competition expert committee, consisting of members of the Public Chamber and public chambers of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. For the convenience of experts, a special closed section has been developed on the website http://projectstrane.rf with personal accounts of experts, where they can study applicants’ projects and assign points in an approved evaluation form. Access to the expert’s personal account (login/password) and technical instructions for the assessment will be provided no later than September 28, 2017 to the email address of the chamber of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation.

Upon completion of the evaluation of applications, a list of nominees for the Competition (shortlist) will be formed, consisting of 42 projects (3 projects in each nomination). The winner in each category will be determined by voting by all members of the public chambers of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation during the period from October 16 to November 2, 2017 on the website http://proektstrane.rf. Members of public chambers will be given access to the voting section via the email address of the chamber of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation.

The winners of the Competition in each category are awarded a cash prize in the amount of 200 thousand rubles. The award ceremony takes place in Moscow at the final forum of active citizens “Community” on November 3, 2017.

In connection with the above, I ask you to provide assistance to the Public Chamber in implementing the competition “My project for my country!” by:

  1. disseminating information about the Competition in regional media and social networks in your region;
  2. attracting active citizens and NGOs of your region to participate in the Competition and assisting them in filling out applications;
  3. ensuring active work on evaluating and voting for projects by members of the public chamber of the region of the Russian Federation within the framework of the first (5-6 people) and second qualifying stages (the entire composition of the chamber);
  4. providing information, photos and video materials at the request of the Organizing Committee of the Competition about projects from the shortlist of the Competition for exhibition display at the final forum “Community”;
  5. ensuring the attendance of nominees at the award ceremony in Moscow on November 3, 2017 as part of the final “Community” forum.

As part of the final “Community” forum, a solemn ceremony was held to present the prize of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation “My project for my country!” in the field of civic engagement.

“It was nice and very interesting to get to know what people do, what you do. Some things are amazing: such good and large-scale work is carried out with small forces and for small funds. I want to congratulate the authors of the projects who will receive well-deserved awards today. Your successes prove that those who act and strive to join forces to achieve common goals have great opportunities and enormous space for self-realization. Such projects deserve recognition and support. We will continue to create an enabling environment for the development of the non-profit sector,” he said.

This year, about 1,200 applications were received from all regions of the country; the best projects were chosen by representatives of all regions of Russia.

The winners were awarded by the Secretary of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.

“You showed a wonderful result. I'm proud of you for what you do!" - he addressed all participants in the competition.

In nomination “Social assistance, social services and social support for citizens” won Natalya Titova and her “Mobile Hospice” project, which is aimed at continuing the work of an outreach palliative care service for incurable cancer patients and their loved ones.

Winner in the nomination “Support for sports and a healthy lifestyle. Health protection and promotion of a healthy lifestyle" became Svetlana Burago with the “Heart Route” project for early detection of congenital heart disease in children.

In nomination “Support for family, motherhood, childhood and protection of traditional family values” won Tatiana Cherneva and the MaMy project. They provide psychological and medical support to mothers of terminally ill children.

Winner in the nomination “Youth policy. Support for youth initiatives" became the social tourism development club for people with disabilities “Window to the World” and its author Olga Ermilina. “Window to the World” is a sociocultural integration project aimed at increasing the level of cultural development of young people with disabilities and members of their families.

In nomination "Science and education. Development of science, education and enlightenment" won Nikita Vostrov and his “Physica. The beginning of the way". The project is designed to develop the intellectual potential of students in secondary and higher educational institutions in the field of physics, programming, additive technologies, electronics and robotics through educational courses, experimental and research work.

In nomination “Culture. Projects in the field of culture and art, preservation of spiritual heritage" won the project “Pride of the people - native language” from Syktyvkar, its author - Oleg Isakov. The project deals with the problem of the disappearance of the languages ​​of the indigenous peoples of Russia.

Winner in the nomination “Basic rights and freedoms. Protection of human and civil rights and freedoms" became Yulia Betneva and a comprehensive center for social support for young families “Affordable Housing”. As part of the project, on-site meetings between lawyers and residents of the Yaroslavl region are held on issues of their participation in state housing programs operating in the region.

In nomination "Ecology and environmental protection" won Daniil Vostretsov and his project "ReBoard - a new toy story." This is a unique small production facility for Russia that processes various types of hard-to-recycle plastic and makes skateboards from it.

In nomination “Interethnic relations. Strengthening interethnic and interreligious harmony" won Ekaterina Borisevich and the All-Caucasus Youth Training Center. The project is creating and promoting a team of trainers to conduct training work among youth in the North Caucasus and actualize the value of the individual in the general characteristics of a person, regardless of nationality, religion, status and other differences.

In nomination "Public Diplomacy. Development of public diplomacy and support for compatriots" won Sergei Stupnikov and the international humanitarian and educational exchange project for youth volunteer groups “Russia - Holy Land: Connection of Times, Generations.” During the work of the project, four visits of Russian youth to the Holy Land took place on a humanitarian and educational mission, and in 2014, a return visit of youth from the Holy Land to Russia - to the Kaluga region took place.

In nomination “Volunteering and charity. Initiatives in the field of charity and volunteerism" won Zoya Kareva and the project “I choose a profession.” This team is engaged in the socialization of pupils and graduates of orphanages and boarding schools through the implementation of a career guidance program and preparation for successful employment.

In nomination “NGO infrastructure. Promoting the development of the non-profit sector and socially oriented NPOs" the winner was Svetlana Leontyeva. She presented the project “Rehabilitation labor workshop for adolescents with mental disorders.” The project promotes the social and labor rehabilitation of such teenagers and provides socially useful employment for disabled teenagers.

Winner in the nomination “Public control over the activities of state authorities and local government” became Roman Kazakov and Home Management Academy. Its goal is to create favorable conditions for the lives of citizens by improving the quality of housing and utility services by eliminating the legal and technical ignorance of citizens in housing and communal services issues.

Winner of the nomination "Civic duty. Patriotic education and preservation of historical memory" became a project Sergei Skrygin"Scale of History". This is a program for updating the exhibitions of military history school museums, which is supported by the Ulyanovsk regional branch of the Russian Military Historical Society.
