Analysis of collected data

I summarized the accumulated information in a table of three columns:

  • What is my expertise in? What am I better at than most people?
  • What do I like to do? What do I do in my free time?
  • What makes money for me or other people?

Each column has 5-10 areas of activity. Some of them differed, some overlapped. I decided to consider the ideal niche that is present in all columns or at least two, if one of them is “Brings money”. In my case, this direction was the organization of events.

We tested each hypothesis. Within three months, several events were organized in various industries.
