Flea market in silence. Flea market on Tishinka

It is always pleasant to interrupt a series of everyday worries and plunge into a creative atmosphere. I managed to do this in September at the opening day of the art project "Flea Market", where I was invited by Julia Novikova, for which I am extremely grateful to her. Pleasant communication, light music plus the charm of antiques as a gift.

What to watch

It is interesting not only for adults who can look after vintage things or real rarities for themselves. It is also interesting for children, because here you can see and consider the usual things used by our grandmothers, great-grandmothers and even great-great-great ... Endless vases-figurines, interior items and tableware, handbags, clothes, shoes, jewelry and jewelry - as if you find yourself to another world, where time passes differently, where people appreciated communication, and most importantly they found time for this, where good manners were natural, where aesthetics were important even in the smallest things, where things were such that they were not ashamed to be inherited.

And of course, what about cats? Such flea markets are a great place for lovers of the "cat theme" in souvenirs, panels, boxes, etc. You can pick up a cute gift or add to your personal collection.

Flea market on Tishinka 2018: schedule of exhibitions

The Flea Market art project has been operating for 13 years, and each time it is organized in the Tishinka trade and exhibition complex (Tishinskaya square, house 1), 4 times a year - one per season. You can read about upcoming events and other interesting things from the world of flea markets and antiques on the official website of the project - bloxa.ru. It also publishes a list of flea markets around the world, there is a photo.

The schedule of exhibitions "Flea Market" in 2018, by the way, implies another grandiose event in Moscow, you cannot name it otherwise, because we are talking about the pre-Christmas session on December 13-16. This will be the 51st exhibition-fair, admission for adults is paid (around 200 rubles at the ticket office on Tishinka), but if you buy a ticket in advance on the portal, they promise a big discount.

Do you like to wander the flea markets in search of treasures? Do you collect any collections? If you have antique bronze or porcelain cats at home - share photos, we will admire them with pleasure.

Another exhibition "Spring Ball of Dolls on Tishinka" 2017 is behind us. I can say my feelings from this exhibition are ambiguous. At some point I caught myself thinking that I didn't want to take pictures. Why? Do not know.

There are not many photos this year, but there is something to show. I will not comment on everything, only those works about which I have something to say. My point of view and my opinion on the "Spring Puppet Ball at Tishinka 2017". So let's go.

I would like to say the following. Dolls, which we often see in photographs on the Internet, look completely different in real life. And not always a doll alive is better than in a photograph. Sometimes it's the other way around. Good lighting, retouching and other merits of photographers make some works much more beautiful than they actually are. So go on! The real world is different from the moment captured in a photograph. This is exactly what happened with the doll in the next photo. I saw this doll in the photo. I was fascinated. But at the exhibition I liked it much less.

This year I broke my tradition and did not start my story with the dolls of Mikhail Zaikov)). But I have his dolls in the photo.

Many dolls are presented in different techniques, dolls made of wood, baked plastic, self-hardening plastic, and much more.

Incredible snail. Who knows SpongeBob's snail will understand that Gerry is far from this snail)))).

I don't really like dolls in stocking technique, but the characters of this author are something incredibly funny, evoking only positive emotions. And the stand itself, in my opinion, is very well decorated, nothing superfluous.

There are a lot of teddy bears and other soft animals. There is just such a cuteness, you can't look without a smile))).

And there are very interesting, incomprehensible, funny characters, by which it is not always possible to understand what it is or who it is. But, nevertheless, for some of them it adds even more charm.

The exhibition presents works of different skill levels and, in contrast, this does not always look advantageous. That is, amateur dolls of masters who have just started their journey, next to dolls that are made by professionals in their field, are lost, if not worse, they just look funny. That is, in my opinion, this is an ill-considered moment in the concept of the exhibition itself and its space. I do not remember that at an exhibition of paintings, for example, by a professional artist or photographer, there were drawings of children from an art school hanging nearby. But as they say, this is just my personal opinion, a shake of air, so to speak.

And for those who have no problems with the perception of a different vision of the picture of the world and creativity, who are not limited by the framework of public opinion and do not adhere to generally accepted norms, I propose to continue watching.

This is a completely different view of doll art, non-standard, sometimes shocking, sometimes disgusting. But if you look at these works not through the prism of your perception, clogged with social norms, but simply with a pure gaze, you will see a completely different picture. By the way, the authors of these works also look very extravagant. Not everyone can express themselves so freely in life and work, fearing the consequences and judgments from others.

And the last work, which I would like to say and show, is a composition called "Essence". Actually there is nothing to talk about, if you look closely at the photos, you can understand what the author wanted to say.

That's actually all I wanted to show. This is how I saw the spring ball of dolls in the silence. There are many works at the exhibition, the level of performance is completely different. According to the work, it is clear what the majority of puppeteers are “sick” with at the moment. Magic three letters BJD. For those who are not in the subject, this is a ball-jointed doll. I am sure I could not see everything, because at some stands there is just a "mess" of everything, which there was no desire to rake with my eyes. But you need to go to exhibitions. For a creative person, such events are useful and give not only an emotional charge, but sometimes new acquaintances.

Did I get something from the exhibition? Yes! Finally ripe for participation. I am writing about this on the site officially, so as not to jump off and not look for more reasons not to do this.
