2. A fax copy of the application is a one-time application agreement and has a complete legal effect.

5. TRANSPORT BILL TN

In accordance with the terms of the contract, the carrier assumes the obligation to deliver the cargo entrusted to him to the place designated by the sender and transfer such cargo to a specific person. The shipper must pay for the service provided (clause 1, article 785 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

The practice of formalizing relations between the parties in the event of single order services for the carriage of goods by road through the preparation of a contract-application.
