The job description of a building maintenance specialist should include a clause on professional relationships. The document may indicate the following:

Features of the profession in an educational institution

This working specialty is necessary in the staffing table of the school. The educational institution needs a special worker who carries out preventive measures to take care of the building and territory belonging to the educational institution, repairs equipment and communications.

He must perform the following work:

  • to inspect the offices on time
  • carry out repair and construction work
  • measure the temperature climate in offices
  • to clean the premises and territory

Features of the profession in kindergarten

Kindergartens impose increased requirements on an employee replacing the specialty of a building maintenance worker. This is due to the greater responsibility placed on the employee. Job responsibilities should include a clause on cleaning groups with particular care. It is also imperative to maintain the optimal temperature in the groups, keep communications in an appropriate state.

CI is not a mandatory local act of the enterprise, but it solves many issues of the relationship between the employer and the employee, it spells out the rights and responsibilities of the employee, his job duties. Therefore, many enterprises develop IDs for positions that must be unconditionally fulfilled. The job description becomes a mandatory part of the employment contract.
