The message did not come early in the morning, but only in the middle of the working day - at 14:18. It also said that the order would be delivered the next day. Since the delivery is carried out from 9:00 to 18:00, it actually turns out that the author was just in vain at home all the first half of the day.

Obviously, since there were some problems on December 6, the order is guaranteed to be delivered on December 7. Nevertheless, on this day (at 14:13) a similar message was also received with the text "Unfortunately, today we cannot deliver your order from AliExpress." As a result, delivery was rescheduled to the next day and another working day was lost. Here the author's nerves could no longer stand and he wrote to the DPD technical support service on the social network Facebook. The claim sent through the company's website has not yet been answered (almost three days have passed).

It turns out that the maximum delivery times within DPD Online Express at the time of Monday will already be violated twice. From the moment of payment until the moment of potential receipt of the goods, a whole week will pass. DPD courier service doesn't give a damn about Weekend Delivery. The author lost a full day of Friday (December 8th) and is now guaranteed to spend at least one more full day waiting. This is a real swindle on the part of the courier and the entire company as a whole.

Receipt of the parcel came without any problems - the courier needed to show the passport, then write on a special piece of paper the full name, date of receipt, time of receipt and sign.

The entire package from Tmall is sealed with branded protective tape, and the packaging is quite dense and reliable, so there was not a single scratch on the box from Apple, which contained the MacBook. As a result, if not for the problems with delivery, then the DPD courier service would definitely recommend itself well, but alas - this was not destined to happen.

It is clear that during the period of some promotions and New Year's sales, delivery times for all courier services increase. The main complaint against DPD is that it gave hope three times that the parcel would be delivered on the same day, and on Friday (December 8) it had to wait until late at night, without leaving the place of delivery.
