If there is no internet at home what to do. Internet in a new home: how to connect. Irina Gorskaya

Of course, if after several months of the provider's work it becomes clear that the connection is of high quality, from a series of "not a single break", and the operator's service is nice and friendly, no questions arise. However, if the situation is not so rosy and the work of the Internet causes criticism, any person who values time, money and, finally, a calm atmosphere in the house, has an idea - to connect to an operator you trust. It often turns out that this is not easy to do without difficult coordination with the HOA. Not easy, but possible.

It would seem that the "density" of providers "inhabiting" a house depends on the principles of a market economy. And, the greater their number, the stronger the competition and, as a result, the cheaper communication services. However, in fact, most often the number of operators working in the house directly depends on the desire of the HOA chairman or on the head of the Criminal Code. It happens that there is only one provider in the house, and the administration of the house is not going to let the rest. However, there are ways to add a provider to the pool, even if the "master" is against.

Why is that?
Personal relations between telecom operators and the administration of the HOA are sometimes full of secrets and omissions. Exclusively because from time to time, both parties consider each other to be "third-party". Providers, fighting for the client, are trying with all their might to cover most of the apartment buildings with their presence. House managers, on the other hand, do not want to devote much of their time to untangling wires and solving other organizational problems associated with installing and maintaining operator equipment. After all, each provider lays its own cable in the house, thus duplicating the Internet infrastructure that companies already operating in the house have. In addition, representatives of all providers must provide access to technical premises “at any time of the day or night”. It is not surprising that the chairpersons prefer a limited circle of operators, choosing them according to different principles, including the principle of "who will give the most."

Players of the telecommunications market, on condition of anonymity, say that somewhere a laptop is enough to "enter the house" as a gift, and somewhere transfers are needed to the personal account of the chairman of the HOA. According to them, the amounts paid by providers to the heads of homeowners' associations can reach up to a thousand rubles per apartment once and about 10-20% of the proceeds per month, if we are talking about the right to be the first and only provider in the house. Although it also happens that the chairmen of the HOA simply do not conclude an agreement with the new operator, motivating the refusal by the fact that there is enough of one operator in the house. There are, of course, completely absurd situations. "Not a fairy tale, but a reality" - when the chairman of the HOA did not allow the house to be connected to the Internet, as he believed that this "happens" radiation, from which they quickly die.

All these "national peculiarities" arise because in the Russian legal norms there is no law obliging homeowners associations to provide places for the placement of equipment to all interested operators. Although, in fairness, according to the law, the operator can obtain permission to lay a cable in a house only after the majority of owners allow him to do so. Indeed, according to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, the walls of the house are the common property of apartment owners. How often such "formalities" are observed, perhaps, you can not specify.

It is for this reason that the "heads" of houses have ample opportunities to establish their Internet order. There were cases when, for example, one owner of the HOA posted announcements around the house that operator X, who worked in the house, ceased to exist and no longer provides communication services, and it is necessary to reconnect to operator Y. Predictably, operator X was not aware of his " bankruptcy ".

Attempts to fix everything
Several years ago, on the part of telecom operators, projects were conceived in St. Petersburg, implying the construction of a common infrastructure at least in new buildings, which could then be rented on an equal footing by all willing service providers. However, this scheme in modern realities is not widespread, representatives of the HOA did not "subscribe" to it.

A couple of years ago, State Duma deputies also tried to "legitimize" the Internet territory of houses. That bill, in particular, said that if there is an application from at least one tenant of an apartment building, a telecom operator can get access to common areas to install their equipment. Providers for the most part supported this idea, but the representatives of the HOA felt that in this case there would be "house anarchy", they say, there would be no order. They are partly right, but in the case of "freedom of entry", most likely, the number of operators will be regulated by the profitability of entering a particular house. Nevertheless, this law remained a draft.
The operators themselves periodically sue representatives of the HOA, but most often they admit that only the residents of the house themselves can influence the disputed situations.

What can be done?
Due to the complexity of the entry of new operators into apartment buildings, the rights of the residents themselves are infringed in the first place. If a home has one or two providers, the cost of services is likely to be higher than in other homes where four or five operators offer communications. In the latter case, promotions and discounts are often arranged, which can significantly save on communications. In addition, the quality of service for subscribers in case there is a simple opportunity to go to another provider is always higher. Line breaks are repaired faster, and you can call the operator's call center within seconds and get an intelligible answer to your question there.

Perhaps the most realistic way today to restore market justice by increasing the number of Internet providers in the house to the optimal number for residents is to complain to the antimonopoly service. The reason for such an appeal may be the confidence of the tenant of the house that the HOA works "in conjunction" with any operator. If the anti-monopoly authorities establish the fact of violation of the Law "On Protection of Competition", the guilty persons may be brought to administrative responsibility.

This happened with the Volga branch of the operator TransTeleCom. A resident of one house in Saratov wanted to switch to another provider and found that it was impossible, since “voluntarily-compulsorily” all owners use the services of TTK. The FAS caught the provider in collusion with the house's management company, having found out that when the operator entered the house, a general meeting of homeowners was not held. True, this trial lasted eight months, and such cases are not always successful, since it is not easy to prove the fact of collusion.

The second option is to re-elect the chairman of the HOA or change the Criminal Code. This can be done through the general meeting of members of the HOA. Of course, in fact, collecting more than 50% of the votes for the decision to be legal is not very realistic. Especially when it comes to houses with hundreds of apartments. However, it seems that just the Internet can help tenants to rectify this situation. Various online management systems for apartment buildings are gradually appearing on the market. For example, there is a service domosite.ru and others like it, offering to transfer communication with housing and communal services structures to technological electronic rails. Such systems imply, among other things, electronic document circulation during absentee voting, which allows for the participation of a larger number of owners in the decision-making process around the house. This means that it will be easier to collect the cherished votes for changing the rules for entering the house for operators, and for many other management issues. True ... initially, the will of the manager is still needed to start working on the online principle.

A terrible thing happened: you have no Internet. There can be many reasons: the provider has something broken, the smartphone is discharged, they forgot to pay on time, all your devices ended up at the service center at once. Or you just decided to arrange it for yourself. These 30 tasks will help you pass the time and even learn new skills.

1. Audit the bookcase. Arrange the books in alphabetical order, leaf through, start reading something.

2. Clean up. There may be unwashed dishes in the sink, and dust has accumulated in the corners.

3. Write down your thoughts. Make a plan for the current month, dream about how you will spend the first million. Yes, this is not the same as posting on Facebook with likes, but the experience is interesting.

4. Spend time with your pet. You can play with cats and dogs, feed the fish, pat the back of the Madagascar hissing cockroaches.

5. Sleep. Dreams can be as exciting as TV shows.

6. Call your friends. Messengers and social networks have reduced live voice communication to naught. Remember how it was before.

7. Call your family. Not only to mom and dad, but also to grandmother, grandfather, aunt and uncle.

8. Fix something. Maybe you have an old chair with a broken leg? Or do you need to sew something up? Or is the faucet leaking in the kitchen?

9. Disassemble the balcony. Many people use it as a warehouse for old and unnecessary things. Have the courage to look in there and throw it all away.

10. Play a musical instrument. Piano, guitar, harmonica, wooden spoons - almost every house has something.

11. Take a walk. Walking without a smartphone and perpetual notifications can be something completely new.

12. Take a trip. To do this, just take the train and drive to the nearest station, which you have never been to. An intercity bus will work too.

13. Visit a museum. Incredible, but true: you can learn as much in a museum as you can from articles on Wikipedia.

14. Go to the movies. Yes, all the new items can be viewed on the Internet a little later for free, but why not please yourself with a large screen and expensive popcorn?

15. Have an evening of board games. It will surprise you, but many friends and acquaintances will agree to come and play.

16. Unleash your feelings and cry. Lack of internet is a serious loss!

17. Go in for sports. Charging, jogging or trendy - feel your body, wake it up. Maybe you even have a gym membership?

18. Prepare something. It is easy to make a delicious dish when a recipe from the Internet is at hand. What about a culinary experiment?

19. Watch TV. In addition to news, TV shows, films and educational programs are shown there.

20. Flip through your photo albums. Remember how you were as a child, what your parents and grandparents were like. Feel the connection between generations.

21. Have a beauty day. Go for a manicure, pedicure, get your hair done. This also applies to guys.

22. Visit the water park. Slides, pools, fountains and other water activities are no worse than hanging out on social networks.

23. Move furniture. You will be surprised, but by swapping the wardrobe and table, you will feel that you are in a completely different apartment.

24. Change your surroundings. Go to a cafe, on the river bank, on a bench at the entrance. A new place can lead to different thoughts and feelings.

25. Practice meditation. It's not difficult at all, just close your eyes and start counting in and out.

26. Get busy with handicrafts. Old jeans can be turned into shorts and shirts into vests.

27. Start renovating your apartment. It is not difficult at all, it is enough to clean the walls and buy liquid wallpaper.

28. Go shopping. Treat yourself to a new shirt, furniture, or just a meal you've never tasted.

29. Go to. Without Tinder and Badoo, it's real, the main thing is to be bolder.

30. Just look out the window and listen to the sounds around you. This is life.

Remember: for a while, falling out of the information flow and being alone with reality is not at all scary.

We examined what the phrase “ the house was put into operation". Logically, each of us understands that this is a house that is completely ready to receive tenants. All communications are connected to it and the adjacent territory has been refined. If this is how you imagined a house commissioned, then you are absolutely right. However, how is it that in Anapa a house put into operation can stand without communications for several years.

The answer to this question is in this article

If a new building is being built according to the current FZ-214, then, as a rule, no special questions arise upon its delivery. However, there are at least two more options for the appearance of apartment buildings in Anapa.

The first is a housing construction cooperative. The construction of houses through the formation of a housing construction cooperative fully complies with the letter of the law and is regulated by federal law ФЗ-215.

Is there a difference in the commissioning of a house built according to FZ-214 and FZ-215?

The town planning code and other relevant regulations do not stipulate that houses built according to different federal laws should have a different procedure for putting the house into operation. That is, regardless of whether your house was built according to a DDU or a housing cooperative, the commissioning of a house is carried out according to a single regulation spelled out in article 55 of the Urban Planning Code.

So, we found out that an apartment building built according to FZ-215 and put into operation cannot exist without connected communications.

Consider the third category of apartment buildings that appear from time to time on the streets of Anapa. The third category is everyone's favorite "squatter". What is self-construction. This is a house built without permits.

What does the owner of an apartment building who built it without permits do? By law, any squatter is subject to either legalization or demolition.

Narrowing can look different. Option 1, lightweight. The owner of the house can provide the supervisory authority (administration, supervision) with the necessary documents for the compliance of the house with the design documentation and title documents for the land. Then the administration gives the go-ahead for commissioning.

But more often it happens in a different way. Option 2, normal. After the developer has received an order to demolish the unauthorized building, he files a claim in court for the recognition of his ownership of the unfinished construction object. This is done so that the squatter building is not demolished.

God only knows what a developer has to go through in order to obtain ownership of an unauthorized house and how much it costs, but the proceeds from the sale of apartments most often pays for the costs.

After such ships, on which the developer is recognized as the owner of the squatter building, the proud developer hangs a huge banner on the facade of his house " HOUSE RENT».

It is likely that at this moment he really believes that the worst is over. Rubicon in the form of the fairest Anapa court, passed and you can continue to calmly cut the loot by selling apartments to gullible buyers.

With the recognition of ownership of the unfinished house, the developer has the opportunity to slowly finish the work on connecting the house to communications, without fear that the house will be demolished.

And this is where the most acute moment lies, connected exclusively with the presence or absence of the developer's conscience. If he has one, then he will do everything so that communications are connected as soon as possible.

If the developer is distracted by more important matters, such as buying a new plot for the next construction, or if it took too much money to obtain ownership and the developer has nothing to pay for connecting communications, then such a house is doomed to months or even years of half-readiness. About one of these houses at st. I talked about Leningradskaya 41 in an article about the new buildings of Alekseevka.

Therefore, before giving your money to a developer whose "house was put into operation" do not be too lazy to check the availability of:

  • Land title documents;
  • Building permit;
  • Commissioning permit;
  • Technical conditions for the connection of communications;

This minimum of permits ensures that the home is a legal building. With a high degree of probability, it can be argued that there will be no problems with the operation of such a house.

A real alternative to fiber-optic networks is Internet access via telephone using ADSL technology. If you have one in your home, contact your service provider and find out if they provide Internet access. In case of a positive answer, ask the operator for the technical capability to connect exactly your apartment. If possible, leave your application for connection at the office of the telecommunications company. As a rule, for this you will have to pay an amount equal to the monthly subscription fee for the tariff you selected.

In addition to the application for connection, to access the Internet you will need a special device - ADSL-. Purchase an ADSL modem at any computer store. Modems are different, choose a device based on your own needs. The USB ADSL modem is power independent and easy to set up. Classic ADSL modem provides faster connection speed. A modem with a function will allow you to connect multiple computers. To configure the device, insert the CD that comes with it into the drive, and in the wizard, enter the login and password given to you by your provider. After setup, you will get a stable and high-speed Internet connection via a telephone line.

Today, the Internet hosts a huge number of sites, individual pages, notes, blogs, diaries. Every year there are more and more of them. Anyone can post their page on the global network. This requires a little knowledge and time.

Instructions

To place your page on, you need to fulfill two conditions. The first is to create it. The second is to find a place in to place it. To create your own page, you will need knowledge of graphic programs to draw the design. Knowledge of HTML code in order to translate design into code that they understand. Alternatively, you can contact the webmaster, who will create a page according to your wishes.

You have a page. You will need space to place it. If you are offered to place your page on a site, then you need access to the server that hosts this site.

Next, you need to upload the page to the hosting. This can be done either using any ftp or by means of the service itself. Be careful when loading your page on the site. Each file should be uploaded to the folder indicated on the hosting. Images in one place, style sheets in another, the page framework itself in a third. After these operations, your page will be located. But for people to see it on the site, it is necessary.

Cheap internet is necessary if you use a gprs modem, which calculates the cost of use based on the amount of incoming and outgoing traffic, and also if your tariff plan implies a similar calculation of the amount for services. In this case, you can use a few simple techniques to cut or compress traffic.

Instructions

Use special web pages designed for anonymous browsing. They are easy to find upon request. Enter "web proxy" in the search bar and select any. Russian-language sites are preferred, since the response time from them is much lower. These sites, in addition to anonymous browsing, also help to disable the display of pictures, the execution of flash and java scripts. Due to this, you will significantly reduce and, moreover, keep secret the addresses at which you surfed the web.

Use the Opera mini browser. It is mainly used on mobile phones, so in order to run it, you need to use a java emulator. Install java emulator and run Oprta mini. After that, turn off the function of displaying pictures. In the case of Opera mini, the traffic you get is only 10-20% of what you could without using this browser.

It is impossible to imagine an office or even an apartment in which there are several computers that are not integrated into one local network. And most often there is a need for Internet access on each of the above devices. For this, a single Internet connection cable is enough.

You will need

  • Router or router, network cables.

Instructions

Connect your router or router to an internet connection cable. For this purpose, there is a special port labeled WAN or Internet. Open the window for changing the settings. This usually requires entering in the address bar http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1.

Open your local network settings on any. Find the TCP / IP parameters. Please note that on Windows 7, configure TCP / IPv4, not v6. Enter IP, default gateway and preferred DNS. The IP address should differ from the router by only the fourth segment. And the other two IPs must be equal to the router's address.

Enter the same settings on the rest of the computers. Please note that IP addresses must not be duplicated as this can lead to unstable network performance.

Any webmaster starts building a website on his own. This allows him to preview the design of the site in advance, fill the resource with content, and correct shortcomings. In addition, it is much more convenient to work on your computer than on a remote resource. To host a site on your computer, you only need a server. Denwer will be used as an example.

Instructions

Download the denwer gentleman's set. It includes the essentials for local hosting. You can install both regular and engines on this package. Denver has an installed server, php support, Zend optimizer, MySQL. Thus, Denver is an indispensable tool for hosting a website on your local computer.

Begin the Denver installation process. To do this, double-click on the shortcut of the downloaded program. The installation process will begin. The installation is automatic, from time to time you need to choose options. To begin with, choose a disk to place the denver. Then press the Enter key several times. The installation process takes approximately five minutes. When finished, agree to place the shortcuts on your desktop.

Start Denver with the "Run" shortcut. Services and servers will start starting. Now you need your denver site files. To do this, open where you installed the set. Find the "home" directory. Create a folder with the name of your site. Open this folder. Create another one called "www". Copy all the content of your site into this folder. If you install the engine, then also install its files to the “www” folder. Click "Restart" to restart the server. Enter the name of your site in the address bar. It will open and you can work.

The Internet has become a very popular means of communication, it would seem quite recently, but now it is already in almost every home. For several years now, apartment buildings and offices have been actively using such a technology for connecting the Internet as a dedicated line, which is fundamentally different from connecting using a modem.

Instructions

In order to connect to a leased line, find out which companies provide this service in your area. Depending on where you live (or work), there may be few or many of them. It can be one that works for the whole (for example, Corbina Telecom, ER-Telecom, Intersvyaz and others) or a local provider providing services exclusively in your area. Moreover, the latter will not necessarily be worse in quality than a large operator.

Go to the website of the provider company, call them or go to their office and find out what tariff plans they provide, what theirs are. Comparing different tariff plans of different companies, choose the best one for yourself. When choosing a provider company, be sure to make sure that the house in which you live or work is serviced by this company. Leave a request for connection and wait for specialists who will perform all the necessary installation work to connect the Internet directly to your apartment.

Next, make sure that your computer has a special network card that allows the connection of Ethernet networks - that is, dedicated twisted pair networks. In all modern computers and laptops, this card is included in the package. Connect your computer directly with a network cable. If you want to connect 2 or more computers at once, buy a router (router) - a device that will receive a signal and then send it to all devices that are in the zone.

Set up a connection on your computer. If you cannot do this on your own, a specialist from the provider will definitely help you create the basic settings. When you first access the Internet, the system will ask you to enter the username and password that the provider gave you at the conclusion. You can remember them on your computer and check the box so that the connection is established automatically every time you turn on your computer. So you don't have to re-enter your username and password every time.

If you already have a ready-made website that is completely filled with some content, a unique design has been developed, all codes have been checked for vulnerabilities, then you can upload it to the Internet. However, how do you do this? Many novice webmasters have difficulties with this.

You will need

  • - the Internet;
  • - browser;
  • - cash.

Instructions

Typically, the site is located through the provision of hosting services. To do this, you need to connect a specific one so that the site is available to users around the clock. At the moment, there are a large number of different hosting companies on the global network that provide such services. Choose the best option for yourself. On various thematic forums there is a heated discussion of the choice of hosting for your site.

If you have problems with the choice, ask for help on such forums. One of the popular such sites is cy-pr.com. You will always get reliable information there from those who have been working with sites for a long time. As soon as you decide on the choice, you need to go to the official website of the hoster and register an account. Enter your reliable data, as they may later be needed to recover your password.

Once the account is registered, you will need to select a hosting plan. It depends on the site. Analyze how much space you need on a virtual disk to store files, not counting the standard site-wide files and templates. Next, pay for the application. This is done by anyone you know. As a rule, the main cash is Webmoney and Yandex. If you don’t, then start it.

Next, go to the site where. If you do not have a domain, register it on the official website 2domains.ru and enter there the DNS servers that were provided by the hosting. This is necessary so that the data about your site is updated, and it appears on the Internet. This will take approximately 24 to 72 hours. After updating all the data, your site will be available for users.

Many companies in one way or another monitor the activity of their employees on the Internet, and some even restrict, blocking access to social networks and sites with entertainment content. This is to prevent the employee from wasting his time on non-work related activities. To access the Internet, you just need to follow one of the simple recommendations.

Instructions

Download and install Opera mini on your computer. This browser was originally intended for mobile phones, so you need to install a java emulator first. The specificity of this browser is that the page you are requesting is first sent to the opera.com server, where it is processed and compressed, and only after that the information is sent to your computer.

Use anonymizers. Anonymizers are a special service for hiding addresses that you have visited or for opening blocked sites. You send a request, which is sent to the proxy server. The server makes a request to the site, receives data, processes it and only after that sends it to your computer. There are paid and free anonymizers, to find them it is enough to use a search engine. Basically, this service is used to access social networks, so access to them may turn out to be paid. You can also customize the encoding of the address and page title, which makes it impossible to track your online activity.
