This trend reflects not only national priorities, but also the global focus of educational systems. However, one cannot but acknowledge the increased demands of society and parents. Modern society expects from the school to create conditions for the formation of the child's ability to bear personal responsibility for their own well-being and the well-being of society, to ensure social mobility and adaptation to various living conditions.

Therefore, I believe that the upbringing of the student's personality is an equally important priority task in the modern world.

The new conditions of activity encourage the entire teaching staff to update the content of education, to search for new effective forms of organizing work with students.

If education today stands out as a priority direction, then the role of the deputy director of an educational institution for educational work is, in my opinion, very significant.

My total teaching experience is 13 years. In the position of Deputy Director for BP - 5 years. For all the time of pedagogical practice, a certain work experience has been accumulated.I carry out my activities as deputy director for educational work, taking into account the specifics of the educational institution, the characteristics of society and social order; my activity is aimed at the implementation of high-quality educational work at school and the creation of the necessary conditions. Our school has a remarkable heritage. Throughout her life, the school achieved good results, was famous for sports achievements, achievements in education and upbringing, competent teachers.

Currently, the school meets all modern requirements: all conditions have been created - personnel and material for the implementation of lesson and extracurricular activities of students. The educational process is accompanied by a social and psychological service. All the necessary specialists are available. For the third year, new standards have been successfully implemented in primary schools. A system of employment of children outside school hours has developed.

The educational system has its own traditions, which I try to maintain and introduce something new.

One of the priority tasks, which I consider the most urgent and significant, is the preservation of the child's health.The school has been successfully implementing the regional project "School-Center for Physical Culture and Healthy Lifestyle" for the third year already. Based on the needs of modern times, the image of a modern student, the following programs are being implemented within the framework of the project:

"Psychological health of the child", the main goal of which is to preserve the psychological health of the child and the psychological health of all participants in the educational process.

Particular attention within the framework of the subprogram is paid to correctional and developmental work with children with disabilities, children who are on individual training and children studying for special purposes. programs.

"We are for a healthy future." The program is designed for primary school students and is aimed at creating conditions conducive to strengthening the health of students of the first stage of education, improving the dynamics of health indicators, developing a system of work to improve healthy lifestyles.

During the implementation of this project, the school has developed a certain system of work on health preservation, there are results of the implementation of this project (Appendix 1).

The school has formed a structure responsible for the implementation of educational activities and additional education; there is a methodological union of class teachers. The MO of class teachers includes 15 teachers. The leadership of the MO is carried out as follows: in the elementary school, there is a MO of class teachers (grades 1-4) and a MO of class teachers of secondary and high school (grades 5-11).

The class teachers are the direct educators and mentors of students. I pay great attention to the life safety of students: decades of road safety are held at the school (September, March). These decades are included in the general school plan of educational work, in the plans of the VR of class teachers. I attract a social teacher, police officers to hold such decades, propaganda stands, contests of drawings, posters are drawn up, actions that have become traditional in our school are held - "We are for road safety", "Pedestrian, be careful!" Every year we participate in the regional competition of propaganda teams "Green Wave".

For the third year we have been working according to new standards, for this period of time there are certain results - extracurricular activities of schoolchildren are organized in the form of circles, sports sections with various types of activities, excursions, competitions, competitions, exploratory research, socially useful practice, allowing to fully implement requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education.

I believe that the material and technical base for carrying out educational work is sufficient.In 2008-2009, there was a significant improvement in the MTB school. The sports base of the school was strengthened,there is a sufficient number of sports equipment, 2 gyms, a ski lodge, on the school grounds there is a stadium, volleyball and basketball courts, a jogging track,the school has high-speed Internet, there is a local network, the school website.

Based on the tasks set, the following conclusions can be drawn:

Health preservation work is actively carried out:

a stable number of students attending sports sections; the number of primary school students attending sports sections for general physical training has increased;

stable and effective participation in sports competitions at various levels;

the number of in-school sports competitions has increased;

holding school-wide Health Days;

according to the BP plan of the school, themed safety weeks are held;

daily morning exercises are carried out in grades 1-4.

The system of work with parents is well developed. The main forms of work with parents are parenting meetings, holding intra-class and school events with the participation of parents. In each class there is a parent committee, at the school level - the School Council.

At a good level, work is underway to involve students in the circle work. In the current academic year, the actual employment of students has increased by 17% compared to the 2012-2013 academic year. New associations were opened: the "Chess" club, "Puppet Theater", "The Merry Land of Childhood".

Extracurricular activities are being successfully implemented within the framework of the Federal State Educational Standard: a regulation on the GPA has been developed, the employment of students in the afternoon is carried out through the circle work and plans of the VR class teachers. Each year, an educational work plan is drawn up, which provides for the implementation of all areas of extracurricular activities of students. In the 2013-2014 academic year, the number of associations in all areas of extracurricular activities increased.

I believe that the success of educational work depends, first of all, on the cohesive and well-coordinated work of the entire teaching staff as a whole. The educational process is a long process that requires constant attention and control. In many respects, its success depends on the contingent of children, the social level of the family, therefore it is necessary to “predict” it, set tasks that are acceptable in this particular group of children. Tasks to be worked on in the next academic year:

Strengthening the role of the family in the educational process;

Improvement of classroom and school self-government;

Creation of conditions for self-realization of the personality of each student through further improvement of the system of additional education;

1. General Provisions

1.1. 4. Rights

The deputy director of the school for educational work has the right, within the limits of his competence:

4.1. check the work of directly subordinate employees; be present at their classes and events; give them binding orders (without the right to make comments during classes and other events);

4.2. to bring students to disciplinary responsibility for misconduct that disrupt the educational process, in the manner prescribed by the Charter of the school, the Rules on incentives and penalties;

4.3. make, if necessary, temporary changes to the schedule of classes for clubs and extended-day groups, sports sections, etc., cancel classes, temporarily unite groups to conduct joint classes;

4.4. request from employees the necessary information, documents, explanations;

5. Responsibility

5.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment, without good reason, of the Charter and the Internal Labor Regulations of the school, legal orders of the school principal and other local regulations, official duties established by this Instruction, including for non-use of the granted rights, the deputy school principal for educational work shall bear disciplinary responsibility in the manner determined by the labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For gross violation of labor duties, dismissal may be applied as a disciplinary punishment.

5.2.
