Seven tips for what to do and what not to do during the holidays. Advice one - Think in advance how the holidays will be organized? If you have the opportunity to go with your child to a holiday home or a sanatorium, that's great! Remember that the duration of a continuous computer lesson for children aged 7-12 years is 20 minutes, and for older children - no more than half an hour. Tip two - Walking, playing and outdoor sports are the best rest after school. Stay in the fresh air as long as possible from roadways, transport, industrial enterprises... The third tip - try to do everything in your power to protect the child. Remember that during the holidays, the risk of not only street injuries, but also household injuries increases. Talk to your child about this.

Seven tips for what to do and what not to do during the holidays. Fourth tip - It is necessary to observe the daily regimen, but some deviations from the regimen are possible. The younger the child is, the more time it takes for his brain and the whole body to fully recover. Fifth tip - In order for the holidays to become a time of recovery and accumulation of strength for your child, it is necessary that there are enough milk and meat products, vegetables, fruits. Sixth tip - Take advantage of your vacation to consult a pediatrician, ophthalmologist, dentist, orthopedist. Often it will be useful for a sick child to undergo a course of medical procedures; a set of exercises for posture correction. Seventh tip - Holidays are the best time for excursions, visiting museums. However, everything needs a measure. Do not forget that attending children's parties and entertainment events is fraught with the risk of infectious diseases, especially during a period of epidemiological trouble.

Rules of conduct in the forest Before going into the forest, warn your relatives where you are going. If you are driving into the woods, consider if there is enough gas to drive back and forth. Not in your bag, but in your pocket, always have a knife, matches in a dry box and a watch - they will help you not to panic and navigate like a compass. Dress brightly - in camouflage you may not be found even from three meters, preferably red, red, yellow, white jackets, it is good to stick reflective stripes or patterns. Try not to stray too far from the familiar route, and do not “cut a corner” in unfamiliar terrain, especially in a swamp. If your relative is lost, immediately call rescuers. Quite often, independent searches lead only to trampling down the tracks on which it was possible to find a person. If you are trying, for example, to shout or catch (by the signal of a car) to the lost person, wait for him in one place long enough. Sometimes found people say that they went to the signal, but when they got out, they found that the car had just left without waiting for them even fifteen minutes. But to run out of the forest quickly is rather difficult. We must not forget that going to the forest is a strong physical activity that is unusual for city dwellers. If you have any more chronic diseases, then they can become aggravated, so you cannot go to the forest without the necessary medicines. And, of course, you need to have at least a minimum supply of water with you, so that, if necessary, you can drink medicine.
