The demand for airbrushing, like other auto services, is growing along with the constant increase in the car fleet of Russians. However, airbrushing as a business has one advantage - you can paint not only cars.

Currently, airbrushing is a fashionable direction of car restyling and captures new directions. For example, airbrushing on tires, laptops and mobile phones, skateboards and in interior design is gaining popularity. Airbrushing is rightly considered one of the most promising types of business: having mastered the technique of airbrushing or by hiring a qualified master, a novice entrepreneur can start his own business practically from scratch and earn money from the very first months.

Why is it worth opening an airbrushing studio

According to the traffic police, over the past 10 years, the car fleet of Russians has increased by 65%, and the annual increase in the number of cars is 1.5 million units. In this regard, the need for the provision of various auto services is growing.

The car service market is developing and offers new types of services to customers. Recently, airbrushing of cars is gaining popularity - a method of applying images to a surface using liquid and powder dyes. The growing demand for the services of airbrushing centers is due to the fact that:

    Airbrushing provides a vehicle with a personality that protects it from car thieves. Oddly enough, but airbrushing is recognized as a very effective anti-theft means.

    any car that has been airbrushed becomes a piece goods. Its sale value increases by 15%;

    the ability to emphasize the design of the car, decorate it or hide any damage to the surface;

    wear-resistant surface. The technology for making drawings involves the application of a special protective polish, which prevents the occurrence of scuffs and scratches under minor mechanical stress.

In addition, the high demand for airbrushing has spread to other areas as well. Today, airbrush services are used by owners of various establishments (cafes, bars, beauty salons, etc.), as well as owners of private houses. Airbrushing is used to decorate not only cars, but also computers, mobile phones, furniture and walls.

When planning to open your own airbrushing center, you must take into account that, firstly, it would be more expedient to do this in a large city, and secondly, you should immediately find an airbrush artist with work experience and your own style. All potential consumers will be interested in services, focusing on the master. Therefore, choosing a master is not only the most important, but also the most serious task. A great start for a garage business - if you are the airbrush artist. Then, if you have the skills and a garage, you can open a business with minimal investment.

The main income of the airbrushing center is formed from the artistic painting of cars. However, many studios provide additional services, such as airbrushing motorcycles and helmets, house facades, interiors, computers and laptops. Recently, airbrushing of car tires is also gaining popularity.

With a sufficient flow of clients, it is possible to recoup a studio within 4-5 months.

If you want to start a profitable business with minimal investment, then an airbrushing center may be the right option. The table summarizes the key advantages and disadvantages of an airbrushing center that should be considered when planning a business.

    airbrushing is not a cheap service, which can reduce demand;

    seasonality of business: airbrushing is in greatest demand in autumn and spring

How to start an airbrushing business

First, you need to do a little marketing research: find out the quality of services of potential competitors and what exactly they offer. In recent years, in the airbrushing market, car painting services have been added to the application of drawings on laptops, mobile phones, sports and home appliances, and there have also been proposals and demand for decoration with the help of airbrushing of walls of apartments and cafes. A variety of proposals will make the studio attractive, but still the lion's share of orders will be car painting. It is better to plan the opening of such an enterprise at the beginning of the peak season - they are traditionally considered the last months of autumn and spring.

Before opening an airbrushing studio, you need to assess the demand for services and the prospects for your business. As part of a little market research, you should also find out if you have competitors, what services and at what cost they offer.

Trend of 2020. Intelligent entertainment business. Minimum investment. No additional deductions and payments. Turnkey training.

At the next stage of preparation, you must decide who will carry out the painting work. There are two options: master the skills and run the business yourself, or hire a qualified professional. The first option will allow you to save on salaries for employees, as well as “keep your finger on the pulse of the business”: better understand the subtleties of work, be more involved in your business. The disadvantages are that not everyone can provide airbrushing services - you should have certain skills and qualities (starting with artistic skills and ending with a sense of taste). Also, the direct participation of the entrepreneur in the production process means that he will pay less attention to the business itself as an activity. From this point of view, the second option looks more preferable. Difficulties can arise with the search for a good airbrush artist: firstly, there are not so many such specialists, and secondly, in order to attract a specialist, you need to offer him a decent salary.

Whichever option you choose, you should be familiar with airbrushing technology.

Airbrushing technology

The main types of airbrushing depend on the method of drawing: a stencil with a spray gun, pasting a surface with a finished drawing on vinyl film, or work done by an artist by hand.

The success of this type of business directly depends on the quality of the work performed. The client sees the quality of the drawing and painting immediately, so it is necessary to hire only experienced craftsmen and use high-quality materials and equipment.

The technology for performing airbrushing on a car includes the following stages:

    Determination with the customer of the style of the drawing and its location;

    Development of a sketch of a drawing. With the help of a computer program, the drawing is applied to the image of the car in order to visualize how it will look in reality;

    Approval of the sketch by the customer and transfer of the car for drawing. At the same time, it is very important to draw up a service agreement, which will detail the basic conditions of work, the rights and obligations of both parties, and the technical condition of the car. The signed contract can protect you from various claims of the customer.

    Car surface preparation for airbrushing. It is necessary to eliminate possible defects: scratches, chips, dents.

    Drawing a pattern on the surface.

    If the image is permanent, the car surface is varnished and polished. If the image is temporary (its service life is from six months to a year), varnish is not needed. After that, the customer can pick up his car.

Thus, painting a car is a long and painstaking process, each stage of which requires high-quality execution. There is another type of airbrushing - digital, which reduces the lead time. Digital airbrushing is performed by a special robot that calculates the curvature of surfaces, creates a three-dimensional model for "trying on" a drawing. In digital mode, the selection of paints and all preliminary operations take place. After that, the car is placed in a spray booth, where the robot applies the image to the surface of the car.

How to register an airbrushing business

The initial stage of opening an airbrushing workshop is the registration of a business with government agencies. Airbrushing studio is a highly specialized enterprise with a staff of 1-3 people. In this case, it is impractical to register the business as an LLC, because this requires more reporting, full-fledged accounting. Registration as an individual entrepreneur is preferable.

So, in order to conduct commercial activities, it is necessary to register an individual entrepreneur with a simplified taxation system (“income minus expenses” at a rate of 15%). Types of activity according to OKVED-2: 96.09 Provision of other personal services not included in other groups. You will also need to draw up documents such as a SES permit, a fire service permit and pay state fees. fee for registration of individual entrepreneurs in the amount of 800 rubles.

Choosing a site and premises for an airbrushing studio

An airbrushing studio will require a room of 25-30 sq. m. An ordinary garage or a former car service may be suitable. The main condition is good lighting. The room must be equipped with fire extinguishing means, connected to the water supply, sewerage system and electricity. You should also pay attention to the cleanliness of the workshop - there should be no dust in it, since its particles, if they hit the surface of the car, can ruin the drawing. In this regard, it is desirable that the floor is tiled or concreted. You should also provide for a convenient area for receiving customers, where you can discuss sketches and the nuances of the order with them.

Renting such a garage will cost an average of 17 thousand rubles.

Location for this type of business does not really matter. Clients make a decision in advance about contacting the studio, which works by appointment.

Purchase of equipment for an airbrushing studio

Equipment should be purchased to ensure production. Modern multifunctional equipment is a guarantee of quality work. The standard list of equipment required to equip an airbrushing studio includes:

    Airbrush. This is the main equipment for an airbrushing studio, which cannot be saved on. The airbrush acts like a spray gun - the only difference is in the narrow range of paint spraying. The price of Chinese airbrushes ranges from 500 to 3000 rubles, but such an airbrush, by definition, will not be able to cope with its tasks and perform high-quality spraying. A good airbrush will cost 10-15 thousand rubles.

There are two kinds of airbrush models: they are with 0.3mm nozzle and 0.5mm nozzle. An airbrush with a 0.3 mm nozzle is versatile and allows you to apply both large strokes and draw small details. An airbrush with a 0.5mm nozzle is used by most artists to apply backgrounds and paint areas of images that do not require high definition. It allows you to create a gradient and is especially useful when decorating interior images. For initial work, you will need to purchase a universal airbrush with a 0.3 mm nozzle. In the future, you can expand the range or use replaceable nozzles. For example, to decorate smaller details (drawings on helmets, laptops), it is recommended to use a 0.2 mm nozzle. But then it is worth choosing those airbrush models that have the option of a replaceable nozzle of different diameters. Such options are available in the models of the German firms Harder & Steenbeck and Grafo.

Which airbrush should you choose? The rating of airbrushes, based on feedback from professional airbrush artists, will help to determine this issue:

    Harder & Steenbeck

The choice is wide enough, but with an accurate knowledge of the tasks and your own preferences, it is not so difficult to determine the most suitable model.

    Compressor. This device is designed to supply air to the spray gun under a certain pressure, so that the paint is sprayed evenly over the surface. It is very important to choose the right compressor for the airbrush, since it is one of the main tools on which the quality of the applied drawing depends. To choose the right compressor, the following parameters should be taken into account: the level of performance (measured in the number of liters of paint supplied by the compressor per minute); maximum pressure value; size and weight (the convenience of working with it depends on the size of the compressor); availability of accessories and parts included in the basic set.

It is recommended to purchase a low-noise compressor with a receiver. The receiver is a small container under the compressor where air is collected and then fed to the airbrush. When the receiver is full, the compressor is automatically turned off. This prevents heating of the compress, which, firstly, has a positive effect on its durability, and secondly, eliminates the likelihood of distortion of the pattern due to heating of the compressor. You should also pay attention to the power of the compressor - it must correspond to the diameter of the nozzle. The cost of the compressor varies between 2-10 thousand rubles.

    Pressure regulator with reducer. If the airbrush does not have a pressure regulator, you must purchase one separately. This tool allows you to control the pressure under which paint is delivered. The cost of the equipment is 700-2000 rubles.

    Other tools: airbrush hoses, airbrush holder, respirator, airbrush cleaning accessories, moisture remover, mixing containers, brushes, knives, rugs, rollers, stencils, gloves, degreaser.

    Paints, thinners, varnish.

All consumables will cost 30-40 thousand rubles. The main costs in this category are paint costs. You cannot save on it. Poor-quality paints not only can significantly spoil the result of the work, but also simply spoil the airbrush. Quality paints are expensive, but the result is much different from images produced with cheap paints. When choosing car enamel, it is better to give preference to proven brands and manufacturers, for example, Standox, PPG, Brulex. Thus, the purchase of equipment for an airbrushing studio will cost an average of 50 thousand rubles.

Airbrushing studio staff recruitment

For the functioning of the airbrushing studio, 2 employees will be enough: an airbrush artist and a master who will perform secondary functions: prepare the surface for painting and finishing with varnish, will monitor the serviceability and cleanliness of the equipment. In the future, you can hire another artist to increase the amount of work.

The choice of personnel should be approached responsibly, since it is the work of the master that determines the reputation and prestige of the company. The master must have work experience, portfolio, skills in handling special equipment. Art education and experience in graphic editors are also encouraged. The salary of an airbrush artist depends on the volume of completed orders, but on average is about 30 thousand rubles per month.

There are no special requirements for an assistant airbrush artist. The duties of the assistant include cleaning the premises, preparing surfaces for painting and other assistance to the master in his work. The salary of such an employee is about 17 thousand rubles.

A manager may be required to establish all business processes. His responsibilities will include keeping records, working with clients, searching for new orders, marketing and so on. Basic requirements: higher specialized education, work experience, understanding of the specifics of this activity. The salary is from 20 thousand rubles. Monthly labor costs will be 60-80 thousand rubles.

If you plan to save on costs, you can independently perform the functions of one of the positions.

An excellent option if the entrepreneur himself is an artist. This will greatly facilitate the start. Very often, when opening this business, the question arises, where to learn airbrushing? Today there are many courses for airbrushes. There are even online courses and video tutorials. Many airbrushing studios also provide training services for this skill. There are similar courses and even schools for airbrushing in almost any major city. The cost of training is on average 10,000 rubles. In addition, the artist must be able to work not only on paper, but also in the graphic editors Coral Draw and Photoshop in order to create sketches of images.

Purchase of consumables for an airbrushing studio

The main consumables in airbrushing are paints and thinners. It is important that the studio is always provided with the required amount of materials. In airbrushing, various types of paints are used: water-based, nitro paints, artistic paints.

Water-based paints are harmless, quick-drying and easy to apply. The most popular brands are eXmix and Air Master. The cost is about 200 rubles for 50 ml.

The advantage of nitro paints is that they dry instantly. This allows for a clear drawing. But they are toxic and require a special solvent. Brands - Fox, Air Master. The cost is about 100 rubles for 50 ml.

There is no need to dilute artistic paints; brushes and airbrushes are used for their application. Advantages: a large number of shades, do not change color when dry. The main disadvantage is that they are thick, and for an airbrush they are diluted. Acryl Art and eXmix are the most popular brands. The cost is 100 rubles for 50 ml.

It is recommended to buy paints for a start in sets with a wide range of colors. In the process of work, the most popular colors will be determined, which should be purchased in the future. It is difficult to calculate the paint consumption per drawing. A drawing can be large or small, consist of many elements, have many colors, etc. On average, airbrushes spend about 3-4 thousand rubles on a drawing on the hood of medium complexity.

How to promote airbrushing services

There is a fairly high level of competition in the automotive restyling market. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to advertising of the center of airbrushing. The basis of the marketing plan is a thorough study of the level of service and advertising campaign.

Determining the target audience is difficult enough. Currently, there is no clearly defined category of car owners who apply airbrushing to their cars. The clients of the studio can be both the owners of expensive premium cars and the drivers of budget domestic cars. In addition, there are other services (airbrushing of motorcycles, laptops, interiors, etc.) - this expands the circle of potential consumers. If we talk specifically about the target audience of auto-airbrushing, then it is made up of car owners, mostly men aged 20 to 45 years.

Ready-made ideas for your business

The car owner, who decides who to entrust the airbrushing of his car, most often makes a choice based on an example of work. Accordingly, it is necessary to arrange a portfolio of your studio in order to show the quality of your work. Also, advertising can be done by the so-called "word of mouth".

How to promote an airbrushing studio:

    the Internet. Airbrushing services are best promoted over the internet. It is desirable to have your own website: firstly, this tool allows you to promote services over the Internet, and secondly, it simplifies the process of interacting with potential customers. The site should indicate a list of services provided and a price list for them, a portfolio of studio works, contacts, a map, information about promotions and special offers. An airbrushing website only needs a couple of web pages and a basic interface. The cost of such a site is about 25,000 rubles. To save on this type of advertising, you can create accounts on social networks, where examples of work, contact information, etc. will be posted.

    outdoor advertising. Outdoor advertising is an effective advertisement for auto services. It is recommended to locate it near traffic lights, road signs, gas stations, car dealerships, car washes, tire shops, etc. The production and installation of one sign next to road signs costs an average of 15,000 rubles.

    building customer loyalty. To attract new customers and stimulate the emergence of new ones, you need to provide an attractive loyalty program. For example, it can be the issuance of discount cards, including accumulative ones.

    advertising in the media. You can place an ad in a newspaper or order a radio ad. The classic of radio advertising is a 30-second video, the advertising text consists of 60-75 words, excluding prepositions. The cost of radio advertising depends on the selected radio, and on the broadcast time of the video, its duration and the number of its repetitions. On average, the cost of 1 minute of an advertising video is about 4000 thousand in the period from 7:00 to 22:00. The approximate budget for advertising promotion through the media is 15,000-20,000 rubles.

On average, you will have to spend at least 30,000 rubles to promote a project. It is recommended to plan the main part of advertising activities in the first months of opening an airbrushing studio. However, experience has shown that the most effective advertising for such services is a perfectly executed job. Qualified employees, high-quality work and a well-thought-out pricing policy will attract and retain customers.

An active marketing strategy allows you to accelerate the return on investment in opening an airbrushing studio. In order for the project to pay off, it is necessary to serve at least two large clients per month.

How much do airbrushing services cost

The cost of airbrushing can be different and consists of many factors:

    the complexity of the pattern;

    the number of details for decoration;

    condition of the paintwork;

    the number of consumables used for the work.

The table shows approximate prices for various types of services.

Airbrushing center price

In the future, it is possible to expand the list of services provided and engage in various types of airbrushing.

How much can you earn from airbrushing?

The amount of profit received is influenced by such factors as:

    number of clients;

    the ability to simultaneously service multiple machines;

    provision of residents of the city in which the studio operates;

    the professionalism of the craftsmen and the quality of the work performed;

    the presence of competitors.

The lead time for 1 order is from 5 to 12 working days - depending on the complexity of the work. In this case, 1 master will be able to carry out up to 6 orders per month. In this case, the approximate revenue of the organization will amount to 80-150 thousand rubles.

How much does it cost to open an airbrushing center

The project requires the attraction of funds in the amount of 160,000 rubles. The main part of the required investments falls on the purchase of equipment - 31%, the share of advertising expenses - 19%, the purchase of consumables - 19%, working capital - 18%, and the remaining expenses - 13%.

Initial investment

In addition to the initial investment, you should plan monthly expenses, which are divided into variable and fixed.

Variable costs include the cost of purchasing consumables (paints and solvents). To simplify financial calculations, variable costs can be calculated based on the average workshop cost and a fixed 400% trade margin, which includes the cost of the airbrush. Based on this, to complete a drawing worth 20,000 rubles, it is necessary to spend 4,000 rubles of materials.

Fixed costs include rent, advertising, depreciation, payroll, tax and other expenses. The total amount of fixed monthly expenses will be about 100 thousand rubles. The payback period of the project with an initial investment of 150,000 rubles is 6 months. The net monthly profit of the project upon reaching the planned sales volume will be 50-70 thousand rubles. The annual net profit for the first year of operation will be about 600,000 rubles. The return on sales in the first year of operation can reach 25%.

What are the difficulties of an airbrushing business

In order to assess the risks of a business, it is necessary to conduct an analysis of external and internal factors. External factors include threats related to the economic situation in the country, sales markets. Internal - the efficiency of enterprise management.

External factors include:

    high competition in the market, opening new points in relative proximity, dumping direct competitors. The emergence of new airbrushing studios will lead to a redistribution of the client base and profits. Often, large car services provide airbrushing services, which negatively affects the client base of small workshops. Reducing this risk is possible by creating your own customer base, developing a unique selling proposition, competent pricing policy and stimulating consumer loyalty.

    increase in the cost of rent, which will entail an increase in fixed costs and may affect the financial condition. It is possible to reduce the likelihood of risk by concluding a long-term lease agreement and choosing a bona fide lessor. You can eliminate this risk if you buy a property.

    decreased purchasing power. Airbrushing is a rather specific type of service. In the event of a decrease in income or an unfavorable economic situation, it is highly likely that the majority will refuse the services of the studio. Therefore, this risk, which entails a reduction in effective demand, has a high probability. It is very difficult to manage and almost impossible to avoid. It is possible to neutralize the influence of risk when holding promotions and reducing the cost of services.

    increasing the cost of consumables. This will lead to an increase in the cost of services and, otherwise, to a decrease in net profit. This risk can be mitigated by purchasing consumables from a specific seller who can provide discounts to regular customers.

Internal risks include:

    technological risks, which include the wrongly selected equipment, breakdowns, which can lead to a halt in business processes. It is possible to reduce this risk with regular monitoring of the equipment serviceability and proper selection of equipment.

    low level of work performed. In airbrushing, the main guarantee of a constant flow of clients is the professionalism of the artist. In the absence of decent jobs, neither advertising nor reduced prices will save a business from serious financial losses and a decline in business reputation. To avoid this, it is necessary to undergo additional training, to improve refresher courses.

    non-fulfillment of the planned sales volume. It is possible to reduce this risk with an effective advertising campaign involving various promotions and bonuses;

    deterioration of the reputation of the institution in the circle of the target audience in case of errors in management or a decrease in the quality of services. It is possible to mitigate the risk with constant monitoring of the quality of services, receiving feedback from customers and taking corrective measures.

The most significant risks in this business are the risk of competitor reactions and reduced purchasing power. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the formation of competitive advantages, especially the pricing policy, as well as the creation of a flexible system of work with clients. To reduce the impact of the risk of reduced purchasing power, it is recommended to diversify the business and provide various services to ensure a constant flow of orders.

In custody

Airbrushing studio is a promising and profitable business. To prove this in practice, the main factor of success must be ensured - quality service delivery. This is what will allow you to attract customers and establish a decent payment for services - from which the company's revenue is made up. So you've done your marketing research, found a professional airbrush artist, and advertised your services. But after opening, you find that customers are not coming to you. What to do? First, analyze all the previous stages of work and identify the mistakes made in order to correct the shortcomings.

Second, don't expect too much from a growing business. Be prepared for the fact that at first the earnings will be small. It will take a lot of effort to increase your income and keep the business. Therefore, when planning expenses, set aside a certain amount to cover the costs in the first months of work. Third, remember that even the most accurate calculations and preparation cannot guarantee your success. Any business is associated with risk, so it is easier to prevent risks than to eliminate their consequences.

Car painting is a long and painstaking process, each stage of which requires high-quality execution.

The cost of airbrushing can be different and consists of many factors:

    the complexity of the pattern;

    the number of details for decoration;

    condition of the paintwork;

    the number of consumables used for the work.

Airbrushing center price

In the future, it is possible to expand the list of services provided and engage in various types of airbrushing. At the initial stage, it is planned to carry out airbrushing on vehicles and small parts (helmets, laptops, mobile phones).

The lead time for one order is from 5 to 12 working days - depending on the complexity of the work. In this case, one master will be able to fulfill from 2 to 6 orders per month. At the same time, the approximate revenue of the organization will amount to 80-100 thousand rubles.

4. SALES AND MARKETING OF AEROGRAPHY STUDIO

In addition, there are other services (airbrushing of motorcycles, laptops, interiors, etc.) - this expands the circle of potential consumers. If we talk specifically about the target audience of auto-airbrushing, then it is made up of car owners, mostly men aged 20 to 45 years.

The car owner, who decides who to entrust the airbrushing of his car, most often makes a choice based on an example of work. Accordingly, it is necessary to arrange a portfolio of your studio in order to show the quality of your work. Also, advertising can be done by the so-called "word of mouth".

How to promote an airbrushing center?

    the Internet. Airbrushing services are best promoted over the internet. It is desirable to have your own website: firstly, this tool allows you to promote services through the network, and secondly, it simplifies the process of interacting with potential customers. The site should indicate a list of services provided and a price list for them, a portfolio of studio works, contacts, a map, information about promotions and special offers. An airbrushing website only needs a couple of web pages and a basic interface. The cost of such a site will be about 25,000 rubles.

On average, the cost of one minute of a commercial is about 4000 rubles. from 7:00 to 22:00. The approximate budget for advertising promotion through the media is 15,000-20,000 rubles.

An indicative plan for the promotion of an airbrushing studio is presented in the table below. According to the calculations, it is planned to spend 30,000 rubles to promote the project. The bulk of the promotional activities are planned for the first months of the opening of the airbrushing studio.

Event

Description

Costs, rub.

To attract the attention of potential customers, it is necessary to place signs in places where the potential target audience is concentrated. Costs include creating pointers as well as installing them

For this, it is planned to create advertising material (flyers / booklets) and distribute it in places where the target audience is concentrated. Costs include the cost of creating and printing flyers, as well as the salaries of the promoters. Promotional material contains a 10% discount coupon for the first visit

Experience has shown that the most effective advertising for a car service of such services is a perfectly executed job. Qualified employees, high-quality work and a well-thought-out pricing policy will attract and retain customers.

An active marketing strategy allows you to accelerate the return on investment in opening an airbrushing studio. In order for the project to pay off, it is necessary to serve at least two large clients per month.

How much can you earn from airbrushing cars? The amount of profit received is influenced by such factors as:

    number of clients;

    the ability to simultaneously service multiple machines;

    provision of residents of the city in which the studio operates;

    the professionalism of the craftsmen and the quality of the work performed;

    the presence of competitors.

Based on the fact that one airbrush artist is involved in our project, the monthly revenue will amount to up to 200,000 rubles.

5. PLAN OF AEROGRAPHY STUDIO PRODUCTION

How to open an airbrushing studio from scratch? The algorithm for opening a project involves the following stages:

    Register a business as an LLC or individual entrepreneur.

    Decide on the site and premises for the studio.

    Purchase specialized equipment.

    Hire skilled workers.

    Select suppliers and purchase consumables.

Let's dwell on each point in more detail.

1. Business registration. The initial stage of opening an airbrushing studio is the registration of a business with government agencies. To conduct commercial activities, an individual entrepreneur is registered with a simplified taxation system (“income minus expenses” at a rate of 15%). Types of activity according to OKVED-2: 96.09 Provision of other personal services that are not included in other groups. It is also necessary to draw up documents such as permission from the SES, permission from the fire service, as well as pay state fees. fee for registration of individual entrepreneurs in the amount of 800 rubles.
2. Selecting a site and premises. Renting such a garage will cost an average of 17,000 rubles. Location for an airbrushing studio does not really matter. Clients make a decision in advance about contacting the studio, which works by appointment.
3. Purchase of equipment. To ensure production, it is necessary to purchase equipment. Modern multifunctional equipment is a guarantee of quality work.

A standard list of equipment required to equip an airbrushing studio:

  • Airbrush.

The choice is quite extensive, but with an accurate knowledge of the tasks and your own preferences, it is not so difficult to determine the most suitable model.
  • Compressor.

4. Recruitment of personnel.

There are no special requirements for the candidacy of an assistant, but it is desirable to have experience in painting cars.

5. Purchase of consumables. The main consumables in airbrushing are paints and thinners. It is important that the studio is always provided with the required amount of materials.

6. ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN OF THE AEROGRAPHY STUDIO

Workshop working hours - from 9:00 to 19:00, weekends are Sunday and Monday. Based on this, the staffing table is formed. The staff consists of 2 people, including an entrepreneur who fulfills orders and maintains accounting records. The master performs all auxiliary functions in the studio. The general wages fund is 65,000 rubles.

Staffing table and payroll

7. FINANCIAL PLAN OF THE AEROGRAPHY CENTER

The financial plan takes into account all the income and expenses of the airbrushing center, the planning horizon is 3 years. Business expansion is anticipated beyond this period.

Ready-made ideas for your business

The project requires the attraction of funds in the amount of 160,000 rubles. The main part of the required investments falls on the purchase of equipment - 31%, the share of advertising costs - 19%, on the purchase of consumables - 19%, on working capital - 18%, and on other expenses - 13%. The project is financed with equity capital.

Investment costs

Variable costs include the cost of purchasing consumables (paints and solvents). To simplify financial calculations, the variable costs are calculated based on the average workshop service cost and a fixed 400% trade margin, which includes the airbrush fee. Based on this, to complete a drawing worth 20,000 rubles, it is necessary to spend 4,000 rubles of materials.

Fixed costs include rent, advertising, depreciation, payroll and other expenses. The amount of depreciation deductions is determined on a straight-line basis, based on the useful life of fixed assets of 3 years. Fixed costs also include tax deductions, but they are not taken into account in the table, since their amount is not fixed and depends on the amount of revenue.

Airbrushing studio fixed costs

Thus, fixed monthly costs were determined in the amount of 95,000 rubles.

8. EVALUATION OF PERFORMANCE

The investment attractiveness of this project can be judged on the basis of simple and integral performance indicators. The change in the value of money over time is accounted for using the discounted cash flow method.

The payback period of the project with an initial investment of 160,000 rubles is 6 months. The project's net monthly profit upon reaching the planned sales volume will amount to 70,000 rubles. It is planned to reach the planned sales volume in the sixth month of work.

The annual net profit for the first year of operation will be about 550,000 rubles. The return on sales in the first year of operation will be 28%. The return on investment ratio is 38.2%, and the internal rate of return exceeds the discount rate and is equal to 22%. The net present value is positive and amounts to 882,966 rubles, which indicates the investment attractiveness of the project.

The financial plan takes into account the optimistic sales forecast that can be expected due to the high efficiency of the advertising campaign and the quality work performed.

9. RISKS AND WARRANTIES OF THE AEROGRAPHY STUDIO

To assess the risk component, it is necessary to analyze the external and internal factors. External factors include threats related to the economic situation in the country, sales markets. Internal - the effectiveness of the organization's management.

Among the external risks are:

    high competition in the market, opening new points in relative proximity, dumping direct competitors.

To avoid this, it is necessary to undergo additional training, attend refresher courses.

    non-fulfillment of the planned sales volume. It is possible to reduce this risk with an effective advertising campaign involving various promotions and bonuses;

    deterioration of the reputation of the institution in the circle of the target audience in case of errors in management or a decrease in the quality of services. It is possible to mitigate the risk with constant monitoring of the quality of services, receiving feedback from customers and taking corrective measures.

Summarized data on the analysis of the risk component of the project are shown in the table below. By quantifying risks, it is possible to establish what the entrepreneur should focus on and what measures to envisage in order to minimize losses.

Quantitative risk analysis

According to the above calculations, the most serious risks are the risk of competitor reactions and a decrease in purchasing power. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the formation of competitive advantages, especially the pricing policy, marketing strategy, as well as the creation of a flexible system of work with clients. To reduce the impact of the risk of reduced purchasing power, business diversification is recommended.

Calculator for calculating the profitability of this business

Drawing pictures on cars and other surfaces, or simply airbrushing, is a profitable and promising business today. Many modern people show a desire to stand out from the crowd by painting their car or motorcycle with an original artistic creation. That is why there is a reason to consider this business, which has a chance of development, in more detail.

The essence of the business

Starting a business of this kind is no more difficult than any other. It is enough just to understand the basic aspects that are necessary to get started, and development and success will come with experience and regular customers. Airbrushing itself is a whole art, therefore, in addition to the entrepreneurial component in this business, other points are also important, for example, the professionalism of the staff.

If you omit the details and nuances, then you can highlight the main essence that will help you understand what the business is. Here, at first glance, everything is extremely simple - the client gives the car, orders the drawing, gets the finished result and pays for the service. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. The entire airbrushing business can be roughly divided into several components, each of which requires financial investments and competent management. Without proper attention and careful preparation, such a business will never justify the investment and effort. Airbrushing will not only not bring profit, it will become unprofitable. To avoid this, and achieve some success, each component should be considered in more detail.

Business components

Any business consists of many components, and professional airbrushing is no exception. In this case, the following main aspects can be distinguished:

  • premises;
  • equipment;
  • expendable materials;
  • staff;
  • competent advertising.

The overall success of the business depends on each of these components, therefore, below each of them is considered in more detail.

Premises for airbrushing

Airbrushing space is perhaps the most important and costly issue for starting this business. The first thing to decide is to choose a suitable location. If possible, such a business is best organized near the city center and away from competing firms. Clients should have no difficulty finding your company. It is advisable to organize a small parking nearby for those who have just come to you for information, and for those who have already left their car for airbrushing.

The room itself must be of sufficient size for the location of the vehicle and equipment, as well as for the free movement of the artist. In this case, three options can be distinguished:

  • purchase of finished premises;
  • rent;
  • independent construction.

The first and last option requires a lot of start-up capital, which not everyone has. But renting is by far the most popular and affordable way to get the desired premises at your disposal.

The next step is to organize the renovation in the premises. All internal surfaces must be finished with a material that will not collect dust, absorb moisture and lose heat. It is advisable to make the color of the walls and ceiling white, while glare from light sources should not form on them.

An important point is the equipment for proper ventilation and air filtration. Only purified air, free of dust and moisture, should be supplied to the room. It is also desirable to filter the internal air, for this there are special hydraulic filters that perfectly clean from solvent vapors and paint mist.

An equally important point is the organization of the correct lighting. Airbrushing requires great precision and efficiency from the artist, and poor lighting will not contribute to either the first or the second. Light is best done on the basis of fluorescent fluorescent lamps. Sources should be evenly spaced along the ceiling and walls. The light should be equally applied to all elements of the car.

Equipment and consumables

Equipment and consumables will cost a little cheaper, however, there are a lot of little things here, each of which matters. Most of the equipment and supplies are best bought with the advice of the person who will be doing the airbrushing. The basic equipment you need to get started is shown in the following list:

  • high-quality airbrush;
  • compressor with pressure stabilizer;
  • spray guns;
  • tool for removing corrosion and preparing the body;
  • sets of paints;
  • computer with graphic editors;

As for the airbrush, the artist should definitely choose this tool. The device should be convenient for a particular person. In addition, he must be able to customize it, and skillfully work with it. This also applies to paints, since colors and shades are more understandable for an artist than for an entrepreneur.

Everything else can be acquired independently, focusing on the experience of other people. If your plans for a business are serious, then buying everything cheap is not worth it. Experience shows that such savings lead to large losses. For example, a cheap compressor that has pressure surges cannot provide a good quality drawing, even if your artist is a real ace.

Particular attention should be paid to the spray guns that will be needed to prepare the surface. Therefore, you will have to separately purchase a gun for applying primer. Quite different parameters for choosing a spray gun for applying a base and varnishing a picture. There is no way to achieve good quality and customer satisfaction with just a cheap tool.

Staff

Those who have been in business for a long time can confidently say that good personnel is the most important component of any business. Moreover, airbrushing requires not just the ability to work with equipment, but artistic talent, which not everyone has. So recruiting starts with the artist. Where to find it?

You can try traditional methods - submitting ads to print resources or the Internet. Or you can get down to business with creativity. Take a look around - today there are a lot of craftsmen who leave their creations on the walls and fences of the city. Often, such artists place their pseudonyms under the masterpieces, by which they can be found on social networks and so on.

In addition to the artist, it is advisable to hire a separate person who has experience in body repair. Often, before applying airbrushing, you may need a procedure such as removing corrosion, leveling dents, etc.

Qualitatively, only an experienced person can cope with such a task. In order not to spend money on an additional employee, you can drive customers' cars to the nearest body repair service. However, the cost of their services will not always save you money.

For the rest, you can rely on yourself. Since in most cases airbrushing is not a business that requires a large staff of employees with accountants, secretaries, deputies and other office plankton. All matters with finances, documentation, advertising and other details, you can entrust yourself. At the very least, it is advisable at the initial stage of development, until the business is on its feet.

Advertising

Despite the fact that this component of the business is given in the last paragraph, advertising is one of the most important aspects of any business. Even if you have the most wonderful artist and high-quality expensive equipment, no one will come to you if you do not declare your services to potential clients.

It will be good to have a high-quality drawing applied directly to your room, which will be visible to passers-by, and attract the attention of motorists.

Perspectives

In conclusion, you can give several options, or forecasts, for the development of the airbrushing business. The fact is that this art is gaining popularity not only among motorists. Later it will be possible to do drawing on other objects and objects. A lot of people who are guided by the same desire to stand out from the crowd order original drawings on the gates of their garage, decorate the walls of the house or decorate the interior.

Airbrushing is a fashionable direction of car restyling, which can bring excellent profits to a novice entrepreneur. This business can be opened even alone and in your own garage.

The goal of this project is to open an airbrushing studio for the implementation of a range of quality services for the decoration of cars and other surfaces. The project is designed for implementation in a city with a population of over 500 thousand people.

Currently, airbrushing is a fashionable direction of car restyling and captures new directions. For example, airbrushing on tires, laptops and mobile phones, skateboards and in interior design is gaining popularity. Consequently, the opening of an airbrushing studio is a promising line of business. The advantages include the growing demand for this type of service, a high level of income with a relatively small start-up capital, simple business conditions.

For the implementation of the project, a room (garage) is rented that meets all the necessary requirements. The total area of the premises is 30 sq. m.

The main target audience is car owners, of which 60% are men aged 20 to 45.

The initial investment is 160,000 rubles. Investment costs are aimed at the purchase of equipment, advertising, the purchase of consumables and the formation of a working capital fund until the project reaches recoupment. The main part of the required investments falls on the purchase of equipment, the share of which is 31%. Own funds will be used to implement the project.

Financial calculations take into account all the income and expenses of the project, the planning horizon is 3 years. Business expansion is expected after this period. According to the calculations, the initial investment will pay off after 6 months of work. Achievement of the planned sales volume is planned for the sixth month of operation. In this case, the net profit will amount to 70,000 rubles / month, and the annual net profit for the first year of operation will be more than 500,000 rubles. Return on sales in the first year of operation - 28%.

According to the traffic police, over the past 10 years, the car fleet of Russians has increased by 65%, and the annual increase in the number of cars is 1.5 million units. In this regard, the need for the provision of various auto services is growing.

Rice. 1. Dynamics of the Russian car fleet of passenger cars

Oddly enough, but airbrushing is recognized as a very effective anti-theft agent.

    any car that has been airbrushed becomes a piece goods. Its sale value increases by 15%;

    the ability to emphasize the design of the car, decorate it or hide any damage to the surface;

    wear-resistant surface. The technology for making drawings involves the application of a special protective polish, which prevents the occurrence of scuffs and scratches under minor mechanical stress.

A great start for a business - if you are the same airbrush artist. Then, if you have the skills and a garage, you can open a business with minimal investment - about 100 thousand rubles.

Table 1 summarizes the key advantages and disadvantages of an airbrushing center to consider when planning a business.

Table 1. Advantages and disadvantages of opening an airbrushing center

Thus, we can talk about the attractiveness of this business. It is not difficult to open it, it is enough to understand the basic nuances and comply with certain conditions. Airbrushing itself is a whole art, therefore, in addition to the entrepreneurial component in this business, the creativity and professionalism of the master are important.

This business plan involves the opening of an airbrushing center that specializes in artistic car painting. The success of this type of business directly depends on the quality of the work performed. The client sees the quality of the drawing and painting immediately, so it is necessary to hire only experienced craftsmen and use high-quality materials and equipment.

The technology for performing airbrushing on a car includes the following stages:

Determination with the customer of the style of the drawing and its location;

Development of a sketch of a drawing. With the help of a computer program, the drawing is applied to the image of the car in order to visualize how it will look in reality;

Car painting is a long and painstaking process, each stage of which requires high-quality execution.

The cost of airbrushing can be different and consists of many factors:

The complexity of the drawing;

Number of details for decoration;

The condition of the paintwork;

The number of consumables used for the job.

Table 2 provides indicative prices for various types of services.

Table 2. Price of the airbrushing center

On average, the cost of one minute of a commercial is about 4000 rubles. from 7:00 to 22:00. The approximate budget for advertising promotion through the media is 15,000-20,000 rubles.

An indicative plan for the promotion of an airbrushing studio is presented in Table 3. According to the calculations, it is planned to spend 30,000 rubles for the promotion of the project.

  • Experience has shown that the most effective advertising for a car service of such services is a perfectly executed job.

The amount of profit received is influenced by such factors as:

      number of clients;

      the ability to simultaneously service multiple machines;

      provision of residents of the city in which the studio operates;

      the professionalism of the craftsmen and the quality of the work performed;

      the presence of competitors.

    Based on the fact that one airbrush artist is involved in our project, the monthly revenue will amount to up to 200,000 rubles.

    1) Business registration. The initial stage of opening an airbrushing studio is the registration of a business with government agencies. To conduct commercial activities, an individual entrepreneur is registered with a simplified taxation system (“income minus expenses” at a rate of 15%). Activities according to OKVED-2:

    96.09 Provision of other personal services not included in other groups.

    It is also necessary to draw up documents such as a SES permit, a fire service permit, and also pay state fees. fee for registration of individual entrepreneurs in the amount of 800 rubles.

    2) The choice of site and premises. Renting such a garage will cost an average of 17,000 rubles. Location for an airbrushing studio does not really matter. Clients make a decision in advance about contacting the studio, which works by appointment.

    3) Purchase of equipment. To ensure production, it is necessary to purchase equipment. Modern multifunctional equipment is a guarantee of quality work.

    The choice is quite extensive, but with an accurate knowledge of the tasks and your own preferences, it is not so difficult to determine the most suitable model.

    Other tools: airbrush hoses, airbrush holder, respirator, airbrush cleaning accessories, dehumidifier, mixing containers, brushes, knives, rugs, rollers, stencils, gloves, degreaser.

    4) Staff recruitment.

    There are no special requirements for the candidacy of an assistant, but it is desirable to have experience in painting cars.

    5) Purchase of consumables. The main consumables in airbrushing are paints and thinners. It is important that the studio is always provided with the required amount of materials.

    Table 3. Staffing table and payroll

    The financial plan takes into account all the income and expenses of the airbrushing center, the planning horizon is 3 years. Business expansion is anticipated beyond this period.

The main items of investment costs are shown in Table 4.

    Table 4.

    Fixed costs include rent, advertising, depreciation, wages and other expenses (Table 5). The amount of depreciation deductions is determined on a straight-line basis, based on the useful life of fixed assets of 3 years. Fixed costs also include tax deductions, but they are not taken into account in the table, since their amount is not fixed and depends on the amount of revenue.

    Table 5. Fixed costs

    Thus, fixed monthly costs were determined in the amount of 95,000 rubles.

    To assess the risk component, it is necessary to analyze the external and internal factors. External factors include threats related to the economic situation in the country, sales markets. Internal - the effectiveness of the organization's management.

    Among the external risks are:

    High competition in the market, opening of new points in relative proximity, dumping of direct competitors.

    An increase in the rental price, which will lead to an increase in fixed costs and may affect the financial condition.

    Increase in the cost of consumables. This will lead to an increase in the cost of services and, otherwise, to a decrease in net profit. This risk can be mitigated by purchasing consumables from a specific seller who can provide discounts to regular customers.

    Internal risks include:

    Technological risks, which include incorrectly selected equipment, breakdowns, which can lead to a halt in business processes.

To avoid this, it is necessary to undergo additional training, attend refresher courses.

    Failure to meet the planned sales volume. It is possible to reduce this risk with an effective advertising campaign involving various promotions and bonuses;

    Decrease in the reputation of the institution in the circle of the target audience in case of mistakes in management or a decrease in the quality of services. It is possible to mitigate the risk with constant monitoring of the quality of services, receiving feedback from customers and taking corrective measures.

    Summarized data on the analysis of the risk component of the project are shown in Table 6. A quantitative assessment of risks can determine what the entrepreneur should focus on and what measures should be taken to minimize losses.

    Table 6.

    Introduction

    Today, opening your own business without such a document as a "Business Plan" will be at least reckless.

    The relevance of the topic of the work is emphasized by the fact that it is a well-developed business plan that provides owners and investors with an idea of the scale of the upcoming work before the launch of the enterprise and then, in the course of the current activities of the enterprise.

    The aim of the work is to develop a business plan for a newly opened enterprise, the main activity of which will be airbrushing services for vehicles, motorcycles and other things.

    To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve a number of tasks, namely, to develop a business plan point by point, to justify all the proposed activities for the production and promotion of the service and to predict the economic effect of the proposed business plan.

    A business plan is necessary for the owner of the enterprise in order to assess their own capabilities and calculate the required share of the capital raised at the time of opening the enterprise and in the future.

    Studying the sales market for airbrushing services, assessing the quality of services on the market, developing channels for the supply of raw materials and materials, examining the conditions and cost of providing utilities, an entrepreneur clearly understands the necessary scale of his own enterprise in order to make a profit.

    Section 1. Summary

    This project is a plan to create an airbrushing salon for cars called "IronTattoo" in the city of Ufa.

    The products of the "IronTattoo" salon are the provision of services in the field of painting and drawing on the surface of cars using special equipment.

    Airbrushing is not only the application of an artistic drawing on the car body, it is, first of all, the application of an exclusive painting on almost any surface. Thus, our salon can offer the services of painting furniture, interiors, small metal and plastic products, painting bicycles, scooters, motorcycles. In the future, for a more sophisticated audience, we will be able to offer such services as inlaying painted surfaces with rhinestones and crystals, drawings with holograms and other effects. The range of work of our airbrushing salon is truly wide at minimal cost.

    The main buyers of the services provided by the "IronTattoo" company will be motorists of our city aged 20 to 34 years. The main need for airbrushing for our customers will be an effective way to highlight their car and emphasize its individuality. But in addition to the aesthetic features of the car, airbrushing will also serve as a good anti-theft remedy for car owners.

    The strategic goal is to maintain and expand strong positions in the service market. The short-term goal is to enter the market of airbrushing salons in Ufa, create a positive image of the salon and make a profit. The long-term goal is to maximize service turnover. In order to ensure the success of the salon, it is planned to carry out activities in the following key areas:

    purchase of equipment;

    a scheme of work to ensure a high level of service;

    airbrushing salon opening.

    To carry out our activities, the company will hire personnel: administrator, airbrush artist, director, cleaner. Also, equipment will be purchased: a set of tools and accessories for airbrushing, computers, furniture and other household appliances.

    Section 2. Types of goods and services

    Airbrushing salon "IronTattoo" offers a wide range of car airbrushing services.

    The cost of aerial painting of a car will depend on the following factors:

    scope of work (i.e. the whole car is signed, several parts or one part)

    the complexity of the work (the complexity of the drawing, the number of small details in the drawing)

    artist qualification

    the quality of the materials used (varnish and paints)

    use of combined technique (airbrush + application)

    urgency of work

    At the same time, the average price of a car part (hood, fender, door, etc.), on which airbrushing work was performed, requiring labor time in the amount of 8 working hours (not counting the drying time), is about 7,000 rubles. An example of such a detail is shown in Figure 1.

    Figure 1. - An example of a painted car part

    The time it takes to complete the work depends primarily on 2 factors - the amount of work and the complexity of the drawing. After the sketch is approved, the car takes from three days to two weeks (on average, two days for a part + preparation and final polishing). The fastest drawing is applied to the spare wheel of an off-road vehicle (see Figure 2) - 1.5 - 2 days.

    Figure 2. - An example of aerography on spare wheels for off-road vehicles

    The drawing is given a half-year guarantee - as well as for any paintwork. However, as mentioned above, the shelf life of the drawing is much longer, due to the fact that the aerial painting is covered with a very thick layer of varnish. Thus, in cars with airbrushing, the preservation of the coating is ensured under the influence of external factors (temperature drops, humidity, dust, sand, synthetic detergents, etc.) for a long period of time (6-7 years).

    Painted cars are often stopped by traffic police officers. In order for the car owner not to have unnecessary problems with them, you need to keep in mind that if the drawing does not occupy more than 30% of the body area and does not cover the license plate, then an additional mark in the data sheet is not required. However, if these conditions are not met, then during the inspection it is necessary to make a corresponding note.

    Airbrushing on cars is an excellent "signaling".

    As a rule, the reason for applying "anti-theft airbrushing" is either an attempt to steal a car (even equipped with an ultra-modern anti-theft system), or the adoption of preventive (warning) measures against criminal encroachments on one's property.

    With the help of aero-painting in the "IronTattoo" salon, not only cars will be decorated, but also motorcycles, laptops, computer mice, cell phones and furniture (see Figure 3). It will also make these items unique and prevent them from being stolen.

    Figure 3 - Aerial painting of various items other than cars

    Airbrushing salon "IronTattoo" sets average prices for its products.

    Due to inflation, prices will vary from year to year. The price indices for goods in 2016 and 2017 are 15%, respectively. There is no seasonal increase or decrease in prices for airbrushing cars.

    Table 1 - Prices for the services of the "IronTattoo" airbrushing salon

    Also, our salon of airbrushing "IronTattoo" has an emblem that will attract the attention of buyers and will become a distinctive, memorable feature of our salon. It looks like this:

    Figure 4 - The emblem of the airbrushing salon "IronTattoo"

    Section 3. Markets for the sale of goods and services

    In order to study the sales market for goods and services, we will conduct a comprehensive market research.

    Car airbrushing is a target market. However, airbrushing can be applied not only to cars, but also to motorcycles, any equipment, computers, helmets and other household appliances.

    By increasing the number of potential customers, the sales market is also expanding. Basically, the Internet contributes to the development of airbrushing, namely social networks, which convey to the potential consumer the beauty of this type of drawing.

    The sales market is constantly growing, which increases the attractiveness of this type of activity for investors.

    Today, very often airbrushing is an additional activity in auto repair shops, because changing the color of the car, painting it is part of their activity. The fashion for airbrushing allows painting a car to be turned into a creative process.

    Gradually, airbrushing became the work of highly qualified specialists - designers with art education. Right now it is necessary to develop airbrushing as a type of activity, as a separate business niche that generates income for the owners.

    A target market is a specific group of people to whom a firm will sell its service. It is believed that representatives of the target market more than all other buyers in the industry should be interested in buying and using a particular service. This increased interest in the product from the target segment makes working with it more profitable, and it is achieved through an ideal understanding of the needs of the target audience.

    If the company knows its target market, in other words, it understands “to whom exactly do you want to sell the product” or “who will most often buy the product” - then the company can create the right advertising with a high response, choose the most attractive packaging or location for the sales department, endow product of the most important properties.

    Let's segment the market by consumer groups in Table 2.

    The demand for this service is difficult to determine in modern conditions, since this service is not an essential service, but rather a luxury item.

    There are no official statistics on airbrushing, i.e. not laid out for general access, however, experts say that it is typical for Ufa to apply to airbrushing the entire car quite rarely, however, the demand for this type of service is being raised gradually. The airbrushing service requires high qualifications of the performer, therefore, those wishing to do airbrushing both on cars, motorcycles, and others, up to household items, pay special attention to the performer's skill and return to the master if the work was done with high quality.

    Market share is one of the most important indicators of the company's performance, an indicator of the results of competition. Along with other marketing research, its calculation is an effective tool in building a company's strategy. Market share demonstrates a company's ability to influence supply and demand in the market. Market share shows the position of a business relative to competitors. Market share is calculated either in kind or in quantity.

    Let's calculate the market size of Ufa based on the following data:

    The population of Ufa according to 2013 data is 1077 thousand people.

    The number of cars in Ufa is 300 thousand cars.

    Based on the information on the target audience, which is 45,000 cars (300,000 cars * 15%), 2% of the target audience are going to do airbrushing for the whole car in 2015, i.e. 900 car owners. (45000 * 2%)

    Hence, the share of the potential market in Ufa for the airbrushing of the "IronTattoo" airbrushing salon of the entire car is planned to be 2%

    Hence, the company's sales volume, taking into account the launch of the point, is expected to be on average 2 cars per month, i.e. 24 cars a year.

    The sales volume of airbrushing services for one machine part will be calculated based on the prevailing statistics for the city. Out of 45,000 motorists, 13,500 people will decide to order airbrushing of one car part (45,000 * 30%), it is planned to cover the market volume for airbrushing of one car part 0.3% of the market, i.e. 41 cars (13500 * 0.3%)

    According to unofficial data, the market for motorcycle airbrushing is 3,100 motorcycles. And only 6% of the motorcycle airbrushing market is planned in the first year of the airbrushing studio or 19 motorcycles (3100 * 100/6%)

    Let us determine the elasticity of demand for airbrushing services using the formula (1):

    (1)

    where Eр - price elasticity; Q1 - new demand; Q0 - existing demand at the current price; P1 - new price; P0 is the current price.

    Price elasticity shows how much the demand will change if the price changes by 1%. It determines the sensitivity of buyers to price changes that affect the amount of goods they purchase.

    Depending on the value of the price elasticity coefficient, there are:

    EP< 1 - неэластичный спрос (превышает изменение цен); Ер = 1 - спрос единичной эластичности (равен изменению цен); Ер >1 - elastic demand (less price changes).

    In our case, it is necessary to study the demand for each airbrushing service, because the price gap between airbrushing the entire car and one part of it (for example, doors) is very large.

    The method of expert assessments was used to determine the number of services sold and price dynamics in 2015 compared to the indicator in 2014.

    So for the airbrushing of the entire car, the demand will be calculated taking into account the price increase by 5900 rubles, respectively, the decrease in orders per month per unit:

    Ep = (1-2) / (59000-64900) * (59000 + 649000) / (1 + 2) = (-1) / (- 5900) * 95000/3 = 6

    The demand for airbrushing of the entire car is elastic, i.e. less price change, because Ep> 1

    We calculate the elasticity of demand for airbrushing of one part of the car with a price increase of 950 rubles. and an increase in the number of orders by 5 units per month:

    Ep = (21-16) / (5.5-6) * (5.5 + 6) / (21 + 16) = 5 * (- 0.5) * 11.5 / 37 = -0.777

    EP< 1, следовательно спрос неэластичный, т.е. превышает изменение цен.

    We calculate the elasticity of demand for motorcycle airbrushing with a price increase of 2478 rubles. in the planning period and an increase in the number of orders by 2 units:

    Ep = (21-19) / (27258-24780) * (27258 + 24780) / (21 + 19) = 2/2478 * 52038/40 = 0.11

    EP< 1, следовательно спрос неэластичный, т.е. превышает изменение цен.

    To determine the company's position in the market, the Ansoff matrix is used (Figure 5)

    Figure 5 - Ansoff Matrix

    You can choose the preferred strategy of market penetration. This is a natural strategy for most companies looking to increase the share of existing products in their respective market. It belongs to the strategies of concentrated growth and is recommended by Ansoff in the case when the market is fast growing and is not yet saturated. Using a market penetration strategy, the company continues to operate with an existing product in existing markets. The essence of the penetration strategy: as quickly as possible to expand the presence and sale of the company's existing products on the market. In implementing such a strategy, the company must gradually strengthen its position in the market through more complete market coverage.

    Market penetration strategy is a high-cost strategy (as it is associated with intensive advertising support and low cost strategies).

    When working with a target audience, it is necessary to increase its loyalty and motivate current consumers to buy the company's goods more often, to come up with new conditions and situations for using the product in order to achieve a maximum 100% market coverage.

    When working with product pricing, an enterprise is encouraged to implement price promotions that support customer loyalty and gradually increase prices within the framework of price elasticity.

    The next stage of a comprehensive market research is the selection of target segments.

    For the first year of sales, this paragraph indicates:

    the main consumers of the goods, data on orders for the product, contracts, written commitments available from the enterprise are given - no, because new venture;

    potential consumers who have already expressed interest in the product are mainly men aged 25-40 years, people of creative professions, romantics at heart, who want self-expression. Most often they are single, but there are also family ones. Those with an income above the average;

    potential consumers who have not yet expressed interest in the product; explains how an enterprise will intentionally win them over.

    Potential consumers who may be the company's clients, but today they are not and cannot be, because they have not yet expressed their interest: young people under 25 years old, as well as 25-40 years old with an average income, who want to do airbrushing only because it is beautiful and their friends already have it. This category will appear periodically as it "matures", because will get acquainted with the work of our masters.

    The fifth stage is market positioning. The business plan describes the actions to bring the product to the market and ensure its competitive position in the segment, that is, to implement the market positioning.

    Market positioning can follow one of the selected directions:

    filling a niche identified in the market;

    taking a place close to the position of one of the competitors, i.e. competitive positioning.

    Today the niche is already filled enough, because in the Ufa market there are more than 10 airbrushing workshops, in addition, there are points for car repairs that do not position themselves as workshops, but perform work as related services. Therefore, the airbrushing salon "IronTattoo" will win the market from competitors, i.e. competitive positioning.

    The services will be sold on the existing market.

    The sixth stage is planning the volume of sales.

    The planning method is expert assessments of specialists. We will use this method due to the lack of statistical data on these types of work in the service market.

    The scope of work is planned depending on the type of work and the time of execution of each type of work.

    The time it takes to complete the work depends primarily on 2 factors - the amount of work and the complexity of the drawing. After the sketch is approved, the car takes from three days to two weeks (on average, two days for a part + preparation and final polishing). The fastest drawing is applied to the spare wheel of an SUV - 1.5 - 2 days.

    The preliminary volume of sales of services in the first year of operation of the airbrushing salon "IronTattoo" in table 3

    Table 3 - Planned prices for work performance

    The scope of work for an airbrushing salon will be calculated taking into account the planned scope of work per master for work of medium complexity in Table 4.

    Table 4 - Planned volumes of work in kind for the period 2015-2017 by quarters

    Service type

    Whole car

    One car part

    Whole motorcycle

    Helmets, laptop or other product

    Total number of contracts for the provision of services by quarters, units

    Total contracts for the performance of services for the year

    It is planned to carry out the work by concluding 68 contracts for a different scope of work and of varying complexity. We calculate the amount of work in sum in Table 5.

    Table 5 - Planned volume of work in total terms for 2015-2017 by quarters (rubles)

    In the long term, the volume of work will increase under the influence of many factors, including: the number of orders to be fulfilled, the prices for the sale of services, the level of competition in the market of services provided.

    Based on the data in Table 8, it can be seen that the founders of the airbrushing salon plan a systematic increase in sales volumes not only in terms of the price of services, but also in terms of the increased volume of services provided. It is possible in the future to expand the provision of services due to airbrushing in the design of residential premises in the presence of specialists.

    Section 4. Competition in the sales market

    The field of activity of the airbrushing salon "IronTattoo" is not completely new. Due to the fact that the results of activities, namely airbrushing, is more a luxury than a necessity. It is for this reason that the activities of the company should not only be stable, but also creatively changing.

    At the service market of Ufa there are at least 10 firms engaged in airbrushing. However, repair shops are also engaged in airbrushing, because this type of activity is possible with a set of tools and necessary skills. In this case, these services are not advertised, but are applied as needed.

    At competing firms, linear management structures are most often used, because the number of employees is not large, from 2 to 12 people.

    For the airbrushing salon "IronTattoo" all firms engaged in airbrushing are competitors, because the consumer does not yet know the salon, but usually they go to the salon with the knowledge of which master they are going to. The personal skill of the master is very important.

    In the airbrushing business, the quality of the varnish coating of the drawing is of great importance, which guarantees the quality of all work and the safety of the drawing for a long time on the car body.

    The most competitive service for airbrushing one part of the car. Although, recently, more and more airbrushing began to cover skateboards, laptops, helmets, motorcycles.

    The level of prices for the services provided is approximately the same. However, while providing services to regular customers, almost all salons offer discounts. In addition, it is important that good airbrushing artists work in the salon for as long as possible, which improves the salon's image and is confirmed by the quality of the service. It is the quality of the service that makes the airbrushing service the most competitive on the market.

    Airbrushing salon "IronTattoo" plans to expand its activities to household appliances and motorcycle parts. Of course, the cost of airbrushing on a helmet is significantly different than on a car, however, high-quality airbrushing further strengthens the company's image. The more often the works of salon masters are found, the better for the salon itself.

    There is one peculiarity in the airbrushing business - this is the composition of the paint, which is used for the airbrushing itself. If the drawing is done with finished paint, then the work costs less, however, if the artist independently developed his own composition of high-quality paint for airbrushing, he has the right to patent this composition and, accordingly, will be the owner of the invention. The development of new quality paints is part of the success of the airbrushing salon.

    If we consider advertising for airbrushing services, then the following should be noted. To date, advertising in the media is quite small. Most often, an advertisement for a local airbrushing salon. Online advertising and social networks play a large role.

    Since all competitors are artists themselves, advertising is usually developed independently, but placed on a paid basis. Therefore, all airbrushing salons do not turn to agencies, but directly to the performers.

    If we examine the image of competing firms, we can conclude that each point has its own audience, which is closer to the themes of the artists' work. Therefore, personal sales are of great importance in this business.

    A brief description of competing firms is discussed in Table 6.

    Total points:

    Each factor in Table 7 is rated from 0 (the weakest position in this competitiveness factor) to 5 points (dominant market position) both for the firm in question and for its main competitors. The marks are put down in each of the columns of the table, then they are summed up.

    The total scores for each firm are important for the analysis. When comparing them, it should be remembered that the difference in the amounts by more than 20% emphasizes the rather difficult position of the company in terms of competitiveness, and more than 40% speaks of the need to either leave this market or radically change the strategy.

    The calculated amounts for each of the competitors indicate that the airbrushing salon "IronTattoo" will be the least competitive in the planned period. The reasons for this are: the lack of a potential customer base like a newly opened firm.

    However, the deviation of the planned indicator of the airbrushing salon "IronTattoo" from the competitive firms is about 22%, which means that the newly opened enterprise will have difficulties, but the result of the salon's work for the planned period will depend on the company's employees.

    We will clearly study the strengths and weaknesses of our company - Airbrushing salon "IronTattoo". To do this, we will apply the following estimates of indicators:

    better than any;

    above the average level of financial and economic activity;

    average (i.e. in line with industry-wide standards);

    you should take care of your condition in the market;

    bad position.

    Let's take a closer look at each group of indicators in Table 8.

    Regarding the “Finance” indicator, we can say that the scheme of work of our company is quite simple and does not require large investments (investments), because drivers have their own cars on which they work, and all the costs of the car are borne by themselves. For the first costs, it is enough for the company to take a consumer loan, as the business develops, the loan will be closed. Further, the firm will already receive profit and the ability to cover its fixed costs. And as the market strengthens, there is an opportunity to invest in new projects, for example, the creation of new services, business expansion or the creation of your own vehicle fleet.

    The Production metric estimates reflect the return on our investment and the ability to increase the number of airbrush technicians on the same working conditions, which will lead to an increase in the number of maintenance personnel, and, consequently, the number of orders. Once the number of foremen increases, it is necessary to increase the area of the rented premises where their workplaces are located. Although at the first stage, it is envisaged not only to work in the boxes of the airbrushing salon, but also at the customer's site if the conditions for work meet the standards. In the event of an extension of the work space, the rent of a larger space will be covered by an increase in orders. Thus, this parameter shows that at the initial stage of the project, you can not stop, because there are opportunities for business expansion.

    The parameters of the "Management organization" show that the ratio of the number of administrative personnel to the number of workers is positive, since the administrative staff consists of 1 staff unit, the working staff - foremen of various qualifications - 3 people. The organizational structure is simple, communication within the company is good.

    The next indicator is Marketing. The positive side of our company in this indicator is the quality of the services provided, since our services are presented in the middle price category, but this service is not obligatory for the life of the population, i.e. "Luxury". The market share controlled by the company is 2%. A small percentage is explained by the fact that the market is saturated with competitors and the fact that a newcomer company, which has not yet had time to strengthen its position, from this and points such as the reputation of services, the prestige of the brand, the level of customer service, the number of consumers and the quality of market information leave much to be desired. These parameters can be improved if you pay enough attention to marketing and invest additional funds in improving the company's image and advertising.

    The fifth indicator is "Labor force". The workforce of the "IronTattoo" airbrushing salon is the masters. At this stage of development of the enterprise there are only 3 craftsmen. Moreover, one specialist of the qualification "painter", who prepares and finalizes the airbrushing, and two masters of airbrushing, who do the bulk of the work. As the business develops, you can increase the number of foremen, include service personnel in the staffing table to provide additional services, for example, washing a car before work. There should be no staff turnover, because the consumer goes to a specific specialist, so the airbrushing salon advertises not only its image, but the image is made up of the work of the masters, their style.

    The last indicator is "Technology". The scheme of the technology for the provision of services is quite simple - preparing a car for airbrushing, applying airbrushing, varnishing the applied airbrushing. The quality of work depends solely on the quality of the paint, which the client provides independently and the level of professionalism of the master.

    Thus, we can conclude that the airbrushing salon "IronTattoo" is competitive on the service market in the city of Ufa, has the ability to develop and improve its performance.

    Before you determine the strategy of your business, promotion in the auto aerography market, you need to evaluate your competitors. Below is table 12, which shows the strategies of our main competitors: Avtotyunig Ufa, Edoa airbrushing workshop, Remakeufa. The positive effect of studying competitors is the opportunity to borrow ideas and experience of competitors, as well as consideration of problematic places of work of competitors, will help to establish our position in the market.

    Let's assess the market strategy and business profile of the main competitors in Table 9.

    Airbrushing enterprises have found their place on the market mainly due to the constant work of masters, however, Auto Tuning Ufa, at the moment, is actively carrying out 2 more types of activities.

    This means that the "IronTattoo" airbrushing salon also needs to consider several types of services in the next years of development and expand the sales market by opening new airbrushing points.

    Section 5. Marketing plan

    Let's consider what capabilities of the company in the target market can be used at the initial stage of the development of an airbrushing salon. We will develop a marketing strategy for the planned period.

    The goal of marketing is to form the company's image, to achieve brand awareness of the airbrushing salon among potential customers.

    Marketing strategy is market penetration.

    Pricing - the formation of optimal prices to attract potential customers.

    Service distribution scheme - organization of sales channels. Distribution channel is the path along which goods move from producer to consumer. For the distribution of services, a direct sales channel will be used, since it allows you to maintain contact with the consumer and thereby allows you to control the sale of airbrushing salon services. The distribution channel will be the provision of services to the customer directly, since the airbrushing salon is a workshop for the provision of services.

    The distribution scheme of services or distribution channels of sales will be considered in Figure 6.

    Figure 6 - Scheme of distribution of services of the Airbrushing Salon "IronTattoo"

    The methods of stimulating the sale of services will be:

    Master's discounts for the invitation;

    affiliate payments;

    additional payment to the artist for the brought clients.

    The organization of after-sales service is the fulfillment of warranty obligations. However, after accidents and DPT, the car loses the uniformity of the coating, which requires the client to contact the airbrushing salon to the same master. Painting and coating restoration work is paid separately by the client, however, it is always cheaper than applying a new airbrush or completely painting the car.

    Let's consider the planned sales system of the Airbrushing Salon "IronTattoo" in table 10.

    Table 10 - Sales system of the Airbrushing Salon "IronTattoo"

    Sales promotion will be implemented through material and non-material incentives. Material incentives for direct sales, i.e. payment to the master for the work. Non-material incentives - organization of participation in exhibitions of masters, the work of a master according to recommendations.

    Sales promotion will also be carried out through advertising, because The masters are chosen according to their works, then advertising in the group in contact will facilitate sales, participation in various exhibitions of masters, the release of booklets with photos of the masters' works.

    Due to the fact that airbrushing services are required by modern people, who at this point in time are sure to gather in clubs of interest, they, unambiguously, use Internet resources both for communication and for information search and advertising. Much less often Internet users pay attention to ads in the media.

    Therefore, it is necessary to develop a budget for local advertising: signs, calendars and pens, posters. Internet advertising budget will consist of:

    banners on the web on frequently visited pages, opening a YouTube channel, etc.

    In matters of pricing, a policy of optimal prices is used, and high quality - high price. Initially, the presentation of discounts is allowed.

    Pricing is based on market prices, the difference between the selling price and production costs is the firm's gross profit.

    Any after-sales services are already included in the price, however, if the rules for using airbrushing are violated, they lead to the loss of the integrity of the coating. Work to remove scratches, etc. is paid.

    At these prices, it is difficult to control most of the market, especially in the first year of operation. However, over time, the reputation of the company will increase and prices will become normal for this airbrushing salon.

    According to the 2GIS city map, airbrushing workshops are scattered throughout the city, however, they are far enough from each other, which allows us to say that competitors of the airbrushing salon are geographically located within the settlement, but do not directly interfere with each other.

    The number of services provided is limited by the following factors: the artist's workplace (at least 20 sq. M.), The number of cars simultaneously accommodated in the box, the number of artists who carry out the main airbrushing work, the quality of the applied paints and varnishes (paint and varnish drying time).

    These funds will be used as follows (table 11)

    Total for the year:

    Based on the data in Table 12, it can be seen that the distribution of the advertising budget by the IronTattoo airbrushing salon includes the use of all advertising sources of information for the consumer possible on the market. However, each type of advertising will work for its own audience, which will reach as many potential consumers as possible.

    Section 6. Production plan

    The airbrushing method is based on the use of spray paint to apply a pattern. The first attempts to apply a picture to a car body appeared a long time ago. And gradually the technologies became more complicated, until they reached the current level of airbrushing on cars.

    The main reason is the change in the appearance of the car and the desire to show your individuality. Airbrushing on a car can be seen as an artistic element of tuning. It is also a certain way of expressing oneself.

    All these, so to speak, are the external attributes of this technology. However, there is still some practical sense. For example, with the help of airbrushing, it is quite possible to disguise a certain defect on the paintwork of the car body. It is quite natural that this can cost significantly more than local painting of the car.<#"880467.files/image010.gif">

    The total sales of the work performed will amount to RUB 2891590 in 2015, respectively, in 2016 - RUB 27593503256033, in 2017 - RUB 3792237.

    Let's calculate the rates of consumption of raw materials and materials.

    It is quite difficult to choose an airbrush paint for calculation. In practice, many paints are used. Consider using artistic paints for airbrushing.

    Airbrush art paints are designed specifically for painting on cars, and are usually sold ready-to-use. These paints can be worked with a variety of tools, including brushes and rollers. The obvious advantages of this type of paint:

    An extended color palette, in which there are a large number of basic colors, as well as colors with a variety of color effects, for example, luminous, metallic, etc.

    High covering power;

    Light fastness and good color rendering;

    The ability to easily and freely overlap one layer with another without any changes in the structure and color of different balls;

    Increased level of adhesion;

    Low level of toxicity, can be diluted with water;

    Irreversibility, that is, the paint cannot be washed off, which is convenient when applying several layers;

    The ability to wash off paint with a special solvent;

    Slow drying, which is convenient for creating a variety of special effects, such as blur or streak.

    As for the shortcomings, here the most tangible disadvantages and side effects in working with such paints for airbrushing is slow drying, due to which the master will not be able to blow the paint at one point several times. The consistency of these paints is much thicker compared to nitro paints, so small details and drawings are not the prerogative of artistic materials. Artistic paints for airbrushing on cars occasionally do not allow creating special special effects due to the high level of adhesion to the surface.

    Work in airbrushing takes place in several stages. Single-level painting is the most economical and not very laborious process, so this approach is usually the most popular. This approach is justified in cases where the entire surface just needs to be painted in one color by mixing special toners. For this method, there are paints that, in addition to the obvious advantages, are very toxic and dry for a long time.

    Two-level painting is a more complex process in which the surface of the car is varnished after applying the base coat. The varnish gives the surface a shine and a luxurious, attractive appearance. With this approach, paints are usually diluted with solvents. Such paints are widely used in airbrushing due to their brightness and a wide variety of color palettes.

    Three-tier painting, which is also often called multi-step, is a particularly complex process in which the surface is coated with an additional layer of varnish with a specific shade, which is applied to the basecoat. In this approach, particular difficulties, as a rule, arise at the stage of correcting body defects.

    To paint a car body completely in one layer, at least 3 liters are required. paints.

    Primers, in the case of complete paint coverage of the machine and airbrushing, you need at least 4 kg to cover the entire machine.

    Moreover, there is a ready-made primer in a special sealed package, and there is a primer that must be diluted. The composition must be prepared in accordance with the proportions indicated on the package. The mixture includes primer, solvent and hardener. All components are thoroughly mixed. Do not cook large portions, otherwise the solution will dry too quickly.

    It is better to use springy spatulas. The putty is applied along the transverse lines, and leveled along the longitudinal lines. It should dry until the surface in this area is hard. Then it is rubbed using P60-240 sandpaper and a special plane. In addition, after cleaning, you can go through the same areas with P 400 emery (preferably with water), which levels out scratches. You also need to clean the entire surface that is supposed to be primed.

    The paint is prepared from a special powder by adding a solvent or varnish in the proportion: 50 ml. paints 0.5 ml. varnish.

    However, a drawing made with such a solution cannot be corrected. Therefore, it is more convenient to use a binder or solvent: 500 ml. paints 5 l. binder or 1 l. paints 0.5 l. thinner.

    For airbrushing, you can use ready-made paint and ready-to-use varnish. For the convenience of calculations, we will take this particular option.

    The pattern is covered with varnish not in one layer, but at least 2-3 layers. For the calculation, take 2 layers of varnish, i.e. 6 l of varnish for the whole car.

    Let's consider how much paint and varnish material will go to order in total in 2015 to work with the car completely.

    Table 15 - Consumption of paint and varnish material for airbrushing a car completely

    Table 16 - Consumption of paint and varnish material for applying airbrushing on one car part

    Table 17 - Consumption of paint and varnish material for airbrushing the entire motorcycle

    Let's calculate the consumption of raw materials for airbrushing in 2017.

    Table 26 - Consumption of raw materials and materials for airbrushing of other surfaces in 2017

    Let's calculate the total costs for all airbrushing services by quarters and years in table 27.

    Based on the data in Table 27, it can be seen that in 2015 the total cost of raw materials will amount to 441,663 rubles, in 2016 the costs of raw materials will increase due to an increase in the volume of services provided and due to the inflation rate and will amount to 457,246 rubles, in 2017 - 517323 rubles.

    Airbrushing salon "IronTattoo" plans to equip a room for two cars and provide airbrushing and minor body repair services to car owners as additional services.

    It is planned to divide the garage into two working zones and install in these zones the appropriate equipment necessary for the provision of these services. In the first zone there will be a preparation area for the car, in the second zone it is planned to equip a painting and drying chamber, in which the work on the artistic painting of the car will take place. Let's give a diagram of the room in Figure 7.

    The premise will be 72 sq.m. Given that the area occupied by one car during operation is approximately 8.6 - 9.2 square meters. m.

    The premises will be rented by the company at 200 rubles / sq.m per month. The areas of the preparation zone and the painting and drying chamber are, respectively, 6 × 8 m2 and 6 × 4 m2.To carry out airbrushing work in both rooms, it is necessary to carry out cosmetic repairs in accordance with the requirements of the sanitary epidemiological station and fire safety requirements (lay tiles on the floor, paint the walls and etc. The material must comply with fire safety requirements). For the purpose of ventilation in the room, a ventilation system is required, which will be purchased as part of airbrushing equipment with replaceable filters.

    For repairs 1m2 is allocated by the management of 1000 rubles. The total is 72,000 rubles. for repairs.

    Also, to start activities, it is necessary to purchase specialized equipment, which is necessary for airbrushing, as well as additional equipment that ensures normal working conditions and the convenience of staff.

    The list of required equipment is presented in table 28.

    Compressor stations need 2 pieces in case of failure in the midst of working hours or work simultaneously at two workplaces. The warranty period for airbrushing equipment is 3 years.

    We choose a compressor without oil SPARMAX TC-630 for operation.

    Its technical characteristics are as follows:

    Power - 701W.

    Without receiver.

    Maximum pressure 5.5 Bar.

    Voltage 220V / 50Hz.

    Hose outlet 1x1 / 8.

    Pressure regulator.

    Working pressure gauge.

    Connecting elements.

    Size (cm) 25.4 x 17.8 x 15.2

    A powerful and high-quality compressor for artists who already know a lot about the business and have an understanding of what they want. This "kid" will provide the master with a maximum pressure of 5.5 Bar, which is very good. This model is equipped with a reducer for manual pressure regulation, and excess air is automatically vented. The compressor is virtually silent. This allows you to work comfortably even at home.

    We choose an airbrush from Paasche VJR - this is a proven veteran in the line of one of the first airbrush manufacturers - the Paasche company. Made in the USA with quality materials.

    The 0.25mm nozzle is perfect for detailing and small projects, nail art and modeling. The manufacturer guarantees technical support at the AUTO-R Service Center.

    In addition to equipment for the main production, consumables are needed, such as protective (to protect the face, respiratory system and hands), airbrush parts and replacement pistols in case of failure. Note that there is no expensive equipment (over 40 thousand rubles) for this type of activity. You can buy an expensive compressor, costing about 70 thousand rubles, but it is designed for much larger volumes of work and is much more powerful than required for an airbrush's workplace.

    Consider the composition of consumables in table 29.

    The cost of consumables for equipment and protective materials will be 13,500 rubles. in year. The frequency of their replacement is closely related to the number of contracts, since it is best to have separate protective consumables and consumables for each order. If airbrushing is performed in several colors, then a container for mixing paints is needed 2 units for each employee, i.e. 4 sets.

    Respirators - half masks are necessary for all employees of the enterprise with the frequency of replacement for the head of the enterprise once a quarter, and for workers who work with paints at least once a month. In a year you will need:

    * 12 + 4 = 40 respirators - half masks.

    The spatulas are used for a long time, but it is necessary that each worker has his own set, i.e. you will need 3 sets of spatulas for a total of 900 rubles. Throws to level the surface will be required by the painter who carries out the putty of the car body. The rods fail if they become clogged with dust and abrasives. Therefore, for the year we will plan at least 4 bars for the year

    In order to fill out documents and conduct business at the enterprise, office equipment is also needed. Let's calculate the cost of office equipment in table 30.

    Table 30 - Office materials

    Let's consider in more detail the necessary equipment according to the list and its main characteristics.

    ) Compressor

    A compressor station is required to supply air to the airbrush. An electric compressor, diaphragm or reciprocating, requires a source of electricity to operate. The compressor should be equipped with a moisture filter, circuit breaker and pressure regulator. The oil compressor must also be equipped with an oil filter.

    Reciprocating and diaphragm compressors are available at art stores, electrical stores, and auto parts and tool stores. The compressor is shown in Figure 8.

    Figure 8 - Compressor

    ) Pistols (for basecoat; for varnish; for minor jobs)

    Pistols are needed to apply paint or varnish over large areas, i.e. for rough painting, not for painting (Figure 9).

    Figure 9 - Types of spray guns: 1 - for base coat; 2 - for applying varnish; 3 - for small jobs

    ) Airbrushes

    They are used for performing airbrush painting directly. To obtain lines of different thickness, airbrushes with different nozzle diameters are used (Figure 10).

    Figure 10 - Types of airbrushes: 1 - for detailed work (0.15 mm); 2 - for medium jobs (0.3 - 0.4 mm); 3 - for background work (0.5 mm)

    ) Blow gun

    The air blow gun is designed for air blowing and cleaning of various surfaces, including in hard-to-reach places due to the extended nozzle (200 mm) (Figure 11).

    Figure 11 - Blow gun with extended nozzle

    ) Vibratory grinding machine

    Vibratory grinders are designed to bring flat surfaces to a fine finish; the soft rectangular sole of these machines vibrates with low amplitude but very high speed (Figure 12).

    Figure 12 - Vibratory grinding machine

    ) Polishing machine

    The polishing machine is used for grinding and polishing various surfaces: wood, metal, stone. Structurally, the polishing machine is similar to the grinder, but differs in a lower speed and a higher torque (Figure 13).

    Figure 13 - Polishing machine

    ) Water separating filter

    The filter is designed for additional cleaning of compressed air from water-oil aerosol and dust particles larger than 20 microns. The filter element is made of highly porous bronze. The filter is installed directly on the handle of the spray gun. There is a condensate drain valve.

    ) Drying infrared

    Infrared drying uses wavelengths that provide fast drying speed and excellent results. Radiation has a high penetrating ability, penetrates the layer of paint and varnish material and is absorbed mainly by the surface of the product. The paintwork material is heated from the surface of the product, starting from the inner layers. There are no obstacles for the release of the solvent from the inner layers, which positively affects the drying time and the quality of the coating. At the same time, the solvent, passing from the inner layer of the paintwork material to the outer one, increases its concentration in the latter. This contributes to better spreading of paint on the surface of the painted product and leads to an additional improvement in the quality of the coating. Infrared dryers are suitable for drying various surfaces. Special temperature conditions and distance to the surface allow high-quality drying of all types of coatings, including water-based paints and varnishes. Infrared drying is shown in Figure 13.

    ) Respirator half mask

    Respirator - half mask is designed to protect the respiratory system from dust, aerosols, organic vapors, etc. It is used when carrying out grinding and paintwork.

    ) A set of containers for mixing and selection of paint

    Required for airbrushing. It actually replaces the artist's palette. With its help, the artist gets the necessary colors.

    Figure 14 - Infrared drying

    ) Spatula set

    It is necessary for applying a primer and putty to level the surface of the painted part when the painter is working.

    ) Block for leveling the surface

    Used by a painter to polish the painted surface.

    ) Pneumatic hose

    It is necessary to connect the compressor and the airbrush (i.e., it supplies air from the compressor to the airbrush through it).

    ) A computer

    With its help, a sketch of a drawing is created to apply it to a part.

    ) Ventilation system with filter elements

    Cartridge filters with impulse blowing are designed for highly efficient air (gases) purification from all types of dust (including fine solid aerosols) at its concentration in the cleaned air up to 10 g / m3. The filter consists of a body divided into chambers of untreated and purified air, FEP cartridge filter elements (hereinafter referred to as a cartridge), a valve section with control electromagnets and a cartridge regeneration control device. The replacement of cartridges is carried out through a side removable panel located on the side opposite to the side of the air inlet to the filter.
