"The level of entrepreneurial activity is changing: the share of those wishing to start their own business is gradually decreasing (from 32% in 2008 - to 22% in 2017), and those who assess such a prospect as undesirable - is growing - from 49% in 1991 - to 68% in 2017 At the same time, already 7% of Russians surveyed report that they have their own business (in 1991 - 2%). Men, middle-aged people, with higher education, residents of "millionaires" "- said in the poll.

It follows from the survey that the respondents consider bureaucracy and administrative pressure to be barriers to starting a business in the Russian Federation. For eight years of research, the factor of administrative pressure on business has remained virtually unchanged (27% in 2009 and 26% in 2017).

According to the data obtained by the Skolkovo Business School, 31% of the entrepreneurs surveyed rank first among the obstacles to team building and the difficulty in recruiting employees. Also, 31% of respondents mention a lack of experience and knowledge of the entrepreneur himself, 26% - personal barriers, fears and uncertainty of the entrepreneur. Bureaucracy, administrative pressure and a large number of inspections did not make it into the top 3 obstacles to starting a business.

According to the survey, 36% of respondents suggested lowering taxes or introducing tax holidays for new businesses. Also, 12% of Russians offer the authorities to reduce interest rates on loans, 7% - to provide support and provide subsidies, 10% are in favor of simplifying reporting, 7% - for an independent court, 5% - for reducing inspections. Among the Russians surveyed, 5% suggest introducing the subject "Entrepreneurship" in schools and universities, and 5% each - educational programs and consultations for entrepreneurs.

According to general director Valeria Fedorova's VTsIOM, over the three decades of legal development of private business in Russia, the attitude of society towards entrepreneurs has evolved. This profession has become more familiar and in demand. However, as Fedorov noted, mistrust of entrepreneurs in Russia persists, and this should be borne in mind by both politicians and authors of economic programs.

Andrei Sharonov, president of the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management, noted in turn that the Russian business community is becoming more mature: entrepreneurs and managers interviewed by the business school do not complain about administrative barriers. According to him, they are ready to do business in Russia, the most difficult thing for them is the choice the right team, lack of knowledge and own fears.

All-Russian poll "VTsIOM-Sputnik" was conducted from 28 to 29 July 2017 among 1.2 thousand respondents aged 18 and over. For this sample, the maximum error size with a 95% probability does not exceed 3.5%. The study of the Skolkovo business school was conducted in September 2017 among 479 entrepreneurs, business owners, top and middle managers.

After my dismissal, I began to seriously engage in business. It was November, and the weather was still quite normal. I quit, I have no income, I need to do something. So I talked to the sponsor, he said, let's work, it's Friday time, you need to have meetings. I posted a job ad on adsend.ru and started looking for offline partnerships for a double effect. So I thought how can I appoint and found a simple way - a social survey. I didn’t know how to do it, but, nevertheless, I went to the center and began to conduct. The text of the survey was taken from a pleasant person from a parallel structure, the first day we walked with him. It was scary to approach the people for the first 15 minutes, then everything was fine. The most interesting thing is that on the first day I met 5 of my friends. Wow test :).

So it started, in a trembling voice I interviewed people, usually girls 17-25 years old and took two phones at a time, it happened, as it turned out, this was not necessary to do. The first days I took phones for the number, there were few meetings with that. In general, let's skip the story a little, in this post I will tell you the moments that I understood while conducting a social survey, maybe they will help someone.

Oh yes, I promised to blog more often, it does not work out because it dawned on me that it is better not to build a network via the Internet, nevertheless, I do not blog for this purpose, so posts will appear more often. Digress from the topic again :).

So, conducting social polls every day, I figured out a few things for myself:


You need to be confident when communicating with a person.
It is necessary to approach a person not as a questionnaire, but as a person, that is, to communicate with him calmly, slowly.
Do not adapt to the person (below I will explain what it is).

Let's analyze each item separately.

You need to have a tablet, not a notebook.

The first week or one and a half I went with a notebook, people treated differently, after buying a tablet it became a little easier J. In general, buy a tablet right away.

You need to be confident when communicating with the person.

When you talk to a person, you should not be afraid of him, do not shake, you should not give a damn about his opinion, or rather not give a damn, but have a neutral attitude to your opinion about the proposal. A lot of people, after hearing a few times no, or negative statements break off and stop working. Moreover, they begin to discuss these negative statements and let them pass through themselves.

It is necessary to approach a person not as a questionnaire, but as a person, that is, to communicate with him calmly, slowly.

This, in my opinion, is very important point... You need to communicate with a person, so there will be fewer approaches to people, but the contacts will be of better quality and, when making an appointment, it will be less clear what kind of person. In addition, while communicating, you can simply get to know interesting person(usually young pretty girls). Plus, some people might leave their phone behind just because you're outgoing.

Do not adjust to the person.

In the early days, I had this problem. This means that you do not need to agree with a person like this is all UG and others and continue the conversation with him, assenting. At first, this was quite common, now they don't tell me that.

Well, the key points. You need to have a tablet, be confident, not be afraid to approach people, smile, enjoy the process, do polls more often, communicate with people. This is probably the main thing you need. In general, this all comes with practice. It always gets better and better. Turbo speed is turned on when you have no other source of income and you are developing a network in another city. That is why I move from my native Tula in the spring :). Even with joy. I deliberately did the poll only on business. These are more difficult questions. People are easier to answer questions about products, health and beauty and they give phones more easily, but it is much more difficult to choose those interested in business from among these people. My statistics: did not fit everyone, but the elite. 58 calls, 25 people agreed to answer questions, 12 of them gave a phone number. For Moscow, this is a SUPER RESULT !!!

And what do we “sell” in a poll? Well, of course myself. Your smile good mood and the most important thing is a sincere interest in people. As soon as you go out to people, then your personal goals fade into the background - all the attention is on people, on a specific person to whom you turned.

If you set the goal of picking up your phone, then this process becomes long and arduous. If your goal is to communicate with a person, then the result will be better, and you will receive great satisfaction from what you were doing.

And also about a sincere interest in a person. Use the magic key more often - "Compliment". This key will help you easily establish contact with the interlocutor.

An indirect compliment. I told my partner loudly so that I could be heard well: “Look, what a stylish woman.” Or: "Look what a nice girl." Or: "Look what an interesting man."

Also, after the first question about the profession of a person, I had the opportunity to express my delight to any person. For example, a painter-plasterer. “You are a magician by profession. Make a fairy tale from an old apartment. "

Or when they answer me: “I am a pensioner, I sit with my grandchildren,” you can immediately ask how many grandchildren, how old they are, how she copes with them. To say that she has a very important and responsible job….

And if my interlocutor turned out to be very talkative, I always had the opportunity to catch myself and say: “Oh, it's so interesting to talk to you, but I have to work. Let me write down your answers further ”.
