In a Russian hut

The scenario of an evening for children of middle school age, dedicated to the history of Russian life, was invented by O.V. OPOTSKAYA

Olga Vladimirovna - Head of the Department of the A. Gaidar City Children's Library, Velikiye Luki, Pskov Region.

Decor

The presenters lead the evening against the backdrop of a scenery - a panorama depicting a Russian hut. This panorama should contain all the elements of the hut: a stove, shelves, a red corner, a table, benches, benches, a chest. All the items that will be discussed (a grab, a poker, a cast iron, a spinning wheel, a spindle, a ruble, a coal iron, bast shoes, a basket, a torch, a light, a candle, a kerosene lamp, a sieve, a steelyard, a wooden spoon) must be placed in the "hut", so that the Leaders can take and show them during the story.
Items needed for the Lost and Found contest can be put in the chest.

Characters: Leading (1) and (2)

Russian folk music sounds quietly.

MODERATOR (1): We are surrounded by many things, without which our life is difficult to imagine.
Dozens, hundreds of things around. Some accompany us all our lives, others - only its small segment. Many things get so close to us that we can determine our habits and character by them.
Let's now turn to the history of objects used by our grandparents or great-grandmothers and great-grandfathers. Let us, at least for a while, find ourselves in the past in order to know the way of life and the life of our ancestors.

MODERATOR (2): Many of you live in multi-storey buildings. They began to build only a little over a hundred years ago. Most people lived in one-story houses; only the richest people built two-story houses.

These one-story houses were called “huts”. And to be absolutely precise, the hut is a warm half of the house with a stove (the name comes from the word "firing", "heat").

MODERATOR (1): What needed to be arranged in the house, first of all, where to start? Guess the riddle.

Eats a lot in winter
Sleeps a lot in summer
The body is warm
There is no blood
You will sit on it,
And no luck .
(Bake.)

(Guys guess.)

The stove played a major role in the house.

There was even a saying “to dance from the stove”, that is, to start with the main thing.
The stove was used for heating the room, cooking food for people and animals, and for ventilating the room. They slept on the stove, stored things, dried grain, onions, garlic ... In winter, a bird and young animals were kept near it. They even washed in the stove.

There are many beliefs and rituals associated with the stove.

According to popular beliefs, the Brownie lives under the stove or behind it - the soul of the hut, the patron saint of the hearth, kind and helpful in some situations, wayward and even dangerous in others.

In the old days he was affectionately called "master" or "grandfather." And they represented him in the guise of a little peasant with a gray beard, overgrown with soft fluff, with long claws. The main duty of the brownie is to look after the household, to help with housework.

People tried to maintain good relations with the Brownie, did not forget to address him with an affectionate word, leave him some delicious food for the night.

Why do you think, when moving to a new house, Russian people were the first to launch a cat?

(Guys express their assumptions.)

Because the Brownie loves to turn into a dog, into a rat, and most often into a cat. In the form of a feline, this spirit is admitted into the house.

If a child fell ill, then one of the most effective methods of treatment was considered to be steaming in a stove. They performed the ceremony of "baking" the baby: the child was temporarily thrust into a heated, but already cooled enough oven on a shovel, just as Baba Yaga and Ivanushka did in a fairy tale.

At the conclusion of the wedding feast, an empty pot was thrown into the stove, saying: "How many skulls, so many young guys."

HOST (2): There was a red corner diagonally from the stove in the hut.

It was a holy place - icons were placed in it, therefore it is also called “holy”.

In the red corner, daily prayers were performed, from which any important business began. The red corner is the most honorable place in the house. According to traditional etiquette, a person who came to the hut could go there only at the special invitation of the owners.

During the harvest, the first and last compressed sheaf was solemnly carried from the field to the house and set in the red corner. The preservation of the first and last ears of the harvest, endowed, according to popular beliefs, with magical power, promised prosperity to the family, home, and the entire economy. They tried to keep the red corner clean and elegantly decorated. The name "red" means "beautiful", "good" and "bright".

There was also a table in the red corner. All significant events of family life were celebrated in the red corner, benches and benches stood along the table.

MODERATOR (1): Who will immediately answer now what is the difference between a bench and a bench?

(Guys answer.)

The bench was fixed motionlessly along the wall of the hut, and the bench was equipped with legs, it was moved.
A place on the bench was considered more honorable. The guest could judge the attitude of the owners towards him, depending on where he was seated - on a bench or a bench. They slept on the benches, and various objects were kept under them - tools, shoes, and so on.

MODERATOR (2): In addition to the benches, we also slept on the beds. This is a wooden flooring at the height of a man's height from the side wall of the stove to the opposite wall of the hut.
In the late XIX - early XX century, the beds disappeared, they were replaced by beds.

MODERATOR (1): There were chests and lockers along the walls. The number of chests measured the wealth of the owners; they served as an obligatory part of the bride's dowry and storage of her clothes and jewelry.
A locker is a box attached to the wall with shelves without doors and glass, where various goods were stored.
That's all the basic furniture.

MODERATOR (2): It is difficult to imagine a peasant hut without numerous utensils. Who knows what this word means?

(Guys answer.)

According to V. I. Dal, the author of the "Explanatory Dictionary of the Great Russian Living Language," utensils are a collection of items that a person needs in his daily life.

MODERATOR (1): I want to ask you a riddle.

Horn, but not a bull,
Enough, but not full,
Gives to people
And he himself goes to rest .
(Grip.)

(Guys guess.)

A grab is a device for moving pots and cast irons in the oven with the help of a grab, they could be removed or installed in the oven.

It is a metal bow, fixed on a long wooden handle - it looks like a cow's horns. The ability to pick up pots required certain skills, which were acquired through long practice.

The grip was also used in ritual actions. When a woman in labor needed to be protected from evil spirits, they put a grip with horns on the stove and, leaving the hut, she took it with her as a staff.
There was a sign: so that the brownie did not leave the house when the owner came out, it was necessary to block the stove with a grab.

MODERATOR (2): And here's another riddle.

Black horse
Rides into the fire .
(Poker.)

(Guys guess.)

Poker or stick. It is a short, thick iron rod with a curved end, fixed on a long wooden handle. This is a device for stirring coals in a furnace.

It was also used in ritual activities.

The woman in labor was forced to step over the poker - to speed up and facilitate childbirth.

The poker was used to circle the magic circle, inside which they considered themselves protected from evil spirits.

She was put on the threshold before driving the cows out to the field on Yegoriev Day (May 6), so that the cows would not get sick and give a lot of milk.

MODERATOR (1): What an interesting word - pig iron! This is a vessel made of cast iron - carbonaceous iron.

In a cast iron, food was cooked in a Russian oven; its shape was similar to that of a pot. In the peasant life, he probably appeared at the beginning of the 20th century.

MODERATOR (2): The weekday began with work.

Previously, all the items of everyday necessity were made by hand, the first duty of a woman, in addition to cooking, was to sew all family members.

The clothes were homespun - linen or woolen.

To sew clothes, you first had to tighten the threads.

Work of this kind began in the fall, after the end of the harvest, they tried to complete it by the spring, by the beginning of a new agricultural cycle.

Scientists write that our great-grandmothers worked literally without unbending their backs: for example, in order to spin threads from one pound (that is, from 16.3 kg) of prepared fiber, it took no less than 955 hours of hard work.

From the age of 5 they began to teach girls to do housework, at this age the girl spun her first thread. This event was very important in the life of a woman.

The girl's mother hid the first spun thread and kept it until her daughter became a bride. Preparing her for the sacrament of the wedding, the mother girded her child with this thread under all the clothes on her naked body. According to our ancestors, the thread of the very first spinning was an impregnable amulet against damage and the evil eye, against evil spirits.

"Nepyakha", "netkaha" - were extremely offensive nicknames.

All girls used to be able to sew, embroider, and spin, even from royal families. Guess the riddle:

I dance in the room
With my work,
The more I spin
The more I get fat .
(Spindle.)

(Guys guess.)

This is an element of a spinning wheel - a spindle, that is, a "spinning stick". Let us recall the tale of Ch. Perrault "The Sleeping Beauty": the princess pricked her finger with a spindle and fell asleep for 100 years.

The expression "tie destiny" to someone or something is associated with homespun thread. Our ancestors believed: the linen thread, which was used to tied the baby's umbilical cord, firmly, for the rest of his life "grafted" to him his Dolya - a small deity of personal destiny, bestowed on each person.

HOST (1): A cloth was woven from threads. Weaved on home looms. The shuttle is one of the parts of this machine.
In order to single-handedly weave three canvases of 50 meters long in six months, it was necessary to spend 12-15 hours a day at the loom.

MODERATOR (2): Now guess the following riddle:

Back and forth
The steamer walks and wanders.
Stop - grief:
Will make holes in the sea .
(Iron.)

(Guys guess.)

That's right, it's an iron. It was needed in order to smooth fabric or clothing.

Most likely, the first "iron" was a flat, very heavy stone. The clothes were spread out on some flat surface, pressed down with this stone, and left until they were flattened.
Later, irons were braziers filled with hot coals. They were invented in China in the 8th century to iron silk.

And we had a different way in Russia. Dry linen or clothing was wound on an evenly planed stick and began to roll on the table with a thick rectangular stick with a short rounded handle. Transverse scars were made on the inner working surface. Such an "iron" ruble was called.

In the 17th century, it occurred to someone to heat cast iron irons on a fire. It was desirable to have two of them: while one was being ironed, the other was heated.

Then the "charcoal" iron appeared. Burning coals were laid inside and ironed.

And in 1882, American Henry Seeley made an iron with an electric heater.

MODERATOR (1): And here's another riddle.

I was born in the forest
I was baptized in my hands,
On my feet died .
(Bast.)

MODERATOR (2): The main shoes on weekdays and holidays were bast shoes. These are wicker shoes made of bark or birch bark.
Hence the expression: "rip off as sticky." Bast shoes served as the main type of footwear for the peasant population. Weaving bast shoes was considered easy work, which men were engaged literally "between times." It is not for nothing that a person who is heavily drunk is even now being said that he, they say, “does not knit bast,” that is, he is not suitable for elementary actions. But, "tying the bast", the man provided the whole family with shoes. The bast shoes were attached to the leg with long ties. The ties were crossed several times on the shins. The cheapness, availability, lightness and hygiene of such shoes does not require proof. True, as practice shows, bast shoes had a very short service life. In winter, they matured in 10 days, after a thaw - in 4 days, in summer, during a mild season - in three.

MODERATOR (1): Who will guess such a riddle?

A woman hangs in the beds,
All in patches
Patch on patch,
And the hole cannot be sewn up .
(Basket.)

(Guys guess.)

Our ancestors began to use baskets from time immemorial. This is a container with a handle or two handles for picking berries, mushrooms, fruits, vegetables, carrying and storing various supplies - hay, grass, leaves, as well as household items.

Baskets were made from large layers of bark or woven from bark, root, twigs, shingles, straw, stems. They could be of any shape - oval, square, rectangular, with or without lids.

Going into the forest for mushrooms and berries, the girls wondered, throwing up empty baskets: if the basket fell to the ground upside down, this meant that it would be full, if it was on its side, then half, and if upside down, then empty.

MODERATOR (2): As soon as it gets dark in the houses and on the streets, the lights come on. Who will tell me the very first lighting medium?

(Guys answer.)

When primitive man learned how to make fire, he kindled a fire in the cave for cooking, heat and lighting.

Then, obviously, a splinter appeared. Until the end of the 19th century, a torch was the main source of light in a peasant hut. To get a thin and long splinter, the log had to be steamed in the oven, it was placed on cast iron with boiling water, and only after steaming it was splintered on the splinter. Luchina was stuck in the light. A stand with an iron clip was called a secularist. A container of water was always placed under the burning torch.

MODERATOR (I): Who can guess such a riddle?

The body is white
Linen soul
Golden poppy .
(Candle.)

(Guys guess.)

The torch was replaced by a candle. Candles were made of two types: greasy and wax.

Candlelight in the village was not available to everyone. Candles have been quite expensive for a long time. Therefore, their go was lit on holidays, and on weekdays they used a torch.

About 100 candles could be cast from the fat of one bull.

The candle was placed in candlesticks. They had various shapes and sizes, depending on how many and what kind of candles they were designed for.

Often, raw rutabaga or beets were used as a candlestick.

MODERATOR (2): A person is constantly inventing something. Guess this riddle:

Blue ocean,
Glass shores
The duck is swimming
The head is on fire .
(Kerosene lamp.)

Kerosene lighting began to spread in the Russian countryside since 1860, from the time of the introduction of Baku kerosene into everyday life. With a kerosene lamp, it was already possible to move boldly around the house and the street, without fear of extinguishing the wick.

MODERATOR (1): Guess the riddle:

House is a glass vial
And the light lives in it!
He sleeps during the day, but when he wakes up,
It will light up with a bright flame .
(Bulb.)

In 1872-1873, the Russian scientist-engineer Alexander Nikolaevich Lodygin made the world's first light bulb.
It burned for only half an hour. In 1873, Lodygin's lamps lit up on the streets of St. Petersburg.

MODERATOR (2): Now let's get acquainted with the kitchen utensils.

In Russia, they dined at noon. From time immemorial, bread in Russia was the main food product. “Bread is the head of everything,” “Bread is on the table, so the table is a throne, but there is not a piece of bread, and everywhere is longing,” - this is how our ancestors spoke about bread.

Pies were baked for every holiday. The word pie itself comes from the word feast. "The hut is not red with the corners, but red with pies."

The second most important food product was porridge.

Not a day passed in Russia without porridge. “Porridge is our mother,” they said in Russia.

In ancient times in Russia there was a custom to eat porridge with former enemies at the conclusion of peace, hence the proverb, which is still used today: "You cannot cook porridge with him."

They cooked porridge from cereals. The crushed cereal was called "vargene", from which it was possible to cook porridge hastily - hence the verb "bungle".

And to cook flour, cereals, you had to work.

MODERATOR (1): And it helped in this work ... However, here's another riddle for you.

Filmed in the forest,
The house is bent
Braided in the middle
Round and wide
There are many holes, A
you can't get through .
(Sieve, sieve.)

(Guys guess.)

The sieve is a household utensil. This is a device for sifting cereals, flour, grain. Round box, consisting of a rim (shell) and a mesh bottom. The rim and bottom are connected with a narrow hoop. The mesh was woven out of the bast. The rim was made from a bent wood plate.

Coarse flour was sifted out through a sieve.

The sieve was also used for sorting cereals, grains, as well as for cleaning them from the litter remaining after winding.

In the mythological consciousness of Russian peasants, the sieve had complex symbolism.

The sieve was associated with a cloud from which rain was poured onto the ground. It was used in rain-making ceremonies. During a drought, women poured a bucket of water onto the ground through a sieve, hoping that this action causes a real rain from a cloud - a "heavenly" sieve.

It was used in folk medicine. In case of a headache, the healers advised, it is necessary to take a sieve in the teeth and shake your head.

The frightened child had to be sprinkled with water passed through a sieve. After calving, the cow should be sprinkled with water through a sieve to keep her healthy.

Everywhere there was a prohibition for children to put a sieve on their heads, otherwise growth would "stop".

MODERATOR (1): Here are cereals and flour made from grain. But in order to sell it or exchange it for another product, you needed ... Guess this riddle!

Himself thin
Head with pood .
(Steelyard.)

A steelyard is a scale. They are a metal or wooden rod with a weight at one end and a hook or bowl at the other. On the rod there is a scale of weight, which is determined by moving it along the rod until the goods are in equilibrium with the load.

MODERATOR (2): Here the hostess bought cereals and cooked porridge in the stove. The porridge was served on the table in a common pot or laid out in a bowl. The bowls were different - big and small. Let us now turn to the peasant table. Here are some more riddles for you.

I feed everyone eagerly,
And she herself is meek.
(A spoon.)

Kiss, Lick
And I'll put it down again.
(A spoon.)

(Guys guess.)

Blanks for wooden spoons were called "baklush", hence the expression "to beat the thumbs up". The fact is that breaking a log into thumbs was considered an easy job, simple. In the end, they began to talk about everyone who does nothing at work at all.

There were special rules for using a spoon.

After each scooping food from the common bowl, the spoon was licked on both sides and again lowered onto the table, only after chewing the food, they again took the spoon from the table and scooped it out of the bowl. Anyone who did not let go of the spoon was considered gluttonous. Meat was eaten only when there was no other food left in the bowl and only after the owner gave instructions. If someone behaved at the table in a wrong way, laughed, talked, he was punished by hitting his forehead with a spoon.

There were various signs associated with logic. It was impossible to put the spoon so that it rests with the handle on the table, and with the other end on the plate, as on the spoon, as on the bridge, evil spirits can penetrate into the bowl. It was not allowed to knock on the table with spoons, as this makes the evil one happy, and the evil ones, the creatures who personify poverty and misfortune, call out to dinner. You cannot put an extra spoon on the table, otherwise there will be an extra mouth or evil spirits will sit down at the table.

On Christmastide spoons, they wondered: they poured water into tablespoons and put them in the canopy, when the water froze, brought a spoon to the hut and watched if the frozen water formed a "navel", this meant that the one who made the guess would live the coming year well, the formation of a hole meant death ...

MODERATOR (1): Over the centuries, a huge world of things has been created, with which we constantly deal. We have told you only about a few, and all of them have become so familiar that, using them, we do not seem to notice them. Or at least we don't know much about them already. But each of these familiar things has its own story.

One story is long, the other is short, but any is interesting and instructive. And we'd better know them. At least out of respect for all these objects that serve a person faithfully.

MODERATOR (2): And now we offer you a small competition program dedicated to the world of things.

Host: Dear guys! Today we have invited you to a meeting at the Rodnichok folklore and local history club, where we will get acquainted with Russian antiquity, with the life, way of life and culture of our ancestors.
Today to our "Rodnichok"
In the morning, out of nowhere,
Look, they sent a chest -
A miracle, the color of an emerald.
In malachite stains
And bound in silver ...
I would like to find out what is hidden
In an old volume chest!
Maybe there is a treasure in it
And the treasures lie?
Look: the letter is on it!
We are going to read it now.
He unfolds the "letter" lying on the chest and reads:
Here, my friend, there is a treasure
And the treasures lie.
And which ones - guess
But don't open the chest
And take a look at the cover:
If there is a little bit of mind
And ingenuity even for a penny,
You can make out the inscription here!
The sly inscription says,
That the chest conceals in itself.
The presenter turns the chest so that the lid is visible to children. On the cover, in the interweaving of the pattern, letters (or syllables, or combinations of letters) are hidden, from which the word "Writing" can be composed.
Leading (after solving the inscription). Guys, I see some of you are a little disappointed! You were probably waiting for gold coins, precious stones, but here ... And yet it can be argued that writing is the greatest treasure of those that man has managed to master. To understand this, let's try to travel back tens of thousands of years ... Here is a picture from the past!
Appear: the Scythian messenger, the Persian king Darius, the commander of the Persian army Gobry.
Scythian I brought you gifts from our leaders. Here they are: a frog, a bird, a mouse and 5 arrows.
King: What do your gifts mean, messenger? What did your leaders want to tell me?
SKIF I have been ordered to hand this over to you and return. And if you have enough wisdom, you yourself will understand what my people are warning you about. (Leaves.)
Tsar Well, my companion Gobrius, we must unravel the message of the rebellious Scythians. For so many years we have been trying to enslave this people and conquer their land - and all to no avail! Have they decided to surrender? The mouse ... it lives in the ground. The frog ... it lives in the water, and the bird lives in the air. Therefore, they decided to give us their lands, waters and spaces and give us their courage and strength along with the arrows!
Gobrius No, my king, I fought with the Scythians and I know their character. Most likely, this message should be understood as follows: "If you, Persians, do not fly away like birds into the heavens, do not bury yourself like mice in the ground, do not gallop like frogs into lakes, you will fall under the blows of our arrows."
Then both leave with a shrug.
Host: That's how they exchanged dispatches in antiquity! And cumbersome, and not particularly clear ... Gradually people began to invent what is now in our chest ... Oh, yes, we completely forgot about it! And the chest is not simple. How can we open it? And, I understood, you need to guess the riddle, then it will open.

The riddle sounds:

“Black, straight, dumb from birth,
will stand in a row - they will speak. "
After guessing the riddle (letter), the lid of the chest opens for a moment, the presenter quickly takes out an envelope.
Guys, look, there are letters in the envelope, and on the envelope it says:
These letters are for those
Who plays the best.
On a sheet, forming vicious circle, the letters are written: mk efr o and d l l. The letters highlighted here should be different from the others, for example in color. Inside the circle is a book. Under this strange set of letters, guys, there is also an inscription:
These letters are not simple
And they hide the secret in themselves.
Choose any for yourself -
Mixed up and in a row.
Did you get three words?
The lid - once - and opened slightly.
And then don't yawn
That you have time - get it!
Explanations. The guys make up different words from letters. After 3 words have been drawn up (by the end of the game, you can limit yourself to 1-2 words), the lid of the chest is folded back and the guys are allowed to take from it what lies on top. For each word composed and for the correct answers at the remaining stages of the game, the presenter gives the children letters on cards from the envelope. After the first 3 words are named, a sheet of paper is taken out of the chest, on it there are 3 images: 1) the entrance to the cave, 2) the "prints" of someone's feet, 3) the icon - the symbol K.
Moderator Look at this sheet, guys, it reminds us of the first steps of writing. Such an image was found on the wall of a cave in which people lived. The fact is that exchanging messages is a troublesome business, so people have become the objects in question ... (children's answers sound: to depict, draw). Right! Scientists understood this composition from the drawings in two ways: 1) it is impossible to enter the cave; 2) you can enter the cave. Which of these three images do you think scientists have failed to understand and why?
Children point to the icon and say that it does not correspond to any item in real life, but is an abstract symbol - most likely a symbol of action.
Host: So, which of the three images already testifies to a person's approach to the image of writing?
Children point to the third image.
Leading. Gradually, the drawings were replaced by more and more new symbols. This is how writing was born among the ancient peoples. Symbols represent a whole word or even a phrase. These "inscriptions" were made on stones, on a board, on clay. Of course, it was not convenient to transfer such dispatches. And then they came up with ... But in order to see what they came up with, you need to make up 3 words from our letters.
After that, the presenter takes out the next item from the chest - a string with multi-colored threads tied to it, each of which has several knots tied.
And this, guys, is what the inhabitants of the ancient South America- the Inca tribe. This is also a letter, albeit so shaggy ... By the color of the threads, they first of all recognized what was being discussed. A thread of yellow color denotes gold, white - silver, red - warriors, etc. And the number of knots on the thread indicates the number of these items.
After the children compose the next three words, they get a new object - a twine, coiled into a ball, with knots on it.
Host: And this is also a knotted letter, but invented by the people living in Europe. The name of this nation - more precisely, a whole group of nations - must be composed of the letters that are on these 2 tables. But there are more than a dozen letters here! It doesn't mean that the word is so long. You just need to choose letters written in a font other than all letters - and from them make up a word. The first letter is the largest in size: it is capitalized. (Two players at different tables compete: who will pick the letters faster and form a word. This word is "Slavs".)
Host: Guys, the Slavs are you and me. Our ancestors invented this way of transmitting information. True, they owned this diploma chosen people- Magi-sorcerers. And also, according to the information that has come down to us, the Slavs counted and guessed with the help of some "features and cuts" - dashes and notches. From those times, two popular sayings have come down to us, which remind us of the ancient ways of transmitting information. A leaflet with these sayings is in the chest!
After composing words from letters, two sheets with two encrypted inscriptions are obtained. 1st encryption - an image of a scarf with a knot tied at the end. Along the perimeter of the scarf in a row, forming a closed square, are written the letters: "Tie a knot-knot-wrinkle." The 2nd cipher is an image of an ax, and around the drawing, also forming a closed square, are written the letters: "to the ruin". After solving the encrypted messages, the presenter explains the direct meaning of the statements.
Moderator: But how much can you communicate with the help of knots, lines and cuts? And now the Slavs began to learn that in other countries people already use signs to designate each sound. These signs were thought to be invented by the Samits, an ancient people who lived on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. The ancient Greeks improved these signs for hundreds of years. They called these characters "alphabet", adding two letters for this name: "alpha" and "beta" ("vita"). Books (Roman, Greek, Byzantine) began to fall to the Slavs in time immemorial. But the foreign alphabet turned out to be inconvenient for writing Slavic speech.
And then in 863 an important event happened: on the instructions of the Moravian prince Rostislav, two monks - two brothers - composed a new alphabet. Some of the letters were taken from the Greeks, some were invented themselves to denote those sounds that were only in Slavic speech. And they quickly translated several books into the Slavic language. For this, the brothers suffered many persecutions from those who hindered the spread of bookish wisdom to the east. But many years later they were canonized by the Orthodox Church. The day of these saints is celebrated in all Slavic countries in May as the Day of Slavic Written Language. The names of these brothers are encrypted on our poster - the "key" with which we open our chest. Who will be the first to decipher and read them? (The name Cyril is written in red, Methodius is in green. You have to guess, choose letters of the same color, and then find the beginning of each word in a circle of letters.)
On behalf of one of the brothers, the name of the Slavic alphabet went - "Cyrillic". This is how their own writing appeared in the Slavic countries. Decades passed, it changed, improved, letters disappeared, which turned out to be superfluous, the outline of letters changed. Each Slavic people changed it in its own way, adapting it to its own language. And, if we now see what was written by our ancestors 900, 500, even 200 years ago, we will not understand a lot of what has been written. Let's take a look into that corner of the chest that stores the letters of those distant days.
A sheet is taken out with the words: beeches, is, good, az.
Host: How many letters do you think are written here? Only 4. In the old days, the names of the letters were long and resembled words. What word can be made from these 4 letters? (Trouble.) By the way, Cyril and Methodius came up with one new Slavic word, composing it from the full names of two Slavic letters ... Who will be the first to name this word? (ABC.)
The letters on the poster are familiar to you letters that have come down to our time, but only abbreviated the names. But about a dozen letters from that first Slavic alphabet have not reached our time at all. Look at the letters on the cards that you received as a reward. Who got the cards with unfamiliar letters? You are given the opportunity to earn more with an additional card. To do this, you just need to ... guess what name this disappeared letter bore. The names of the letters are given on the stand. You must place a card with your letter next to any name. If you put it right, get another card.
On the stand, the lines:
In any old book
Could you read
Such letters:
- "Izhitsa",
- "fit",
-"omega",
- "yat",
-and the letter "psi",
-and the letter "xi",
- "zelo",
-and also "ep".
-People wrote in Russia
- In what manner?
Correct lettering:

After completing this stage of the game and composing words (working with a poster - "key"), the presenter opens the chest and takes out the following items: several goose feathers and an old inkwell.
Host: What are these objects, and how do they relate to Slavic writing?
It turns out that these pens - "tools of labor" - the predecessors of pencils and fountain pens, they were used until the beginning of the 19th century. Then the presenter invites the children to try writing with goose pens. Several (according to the number of feathers) teams of children are composed. A sheet of paper, a pen and an inkwell are placed on separate tables. The players of each team, passing the pen as a baton, must in turn run up to the table and write down their name and surname on the sheet. The winning team is rewarded with letter cards.
Leading. In the old days, ancient scribes (most often monks) copied entire books with such pens. And their letters turned out not as crooked and clumsy as ours, but even, straight, clear (this was called "writing by the charter") or, conversely, intricate, intricate, curly, similar to a lace pattern (this was called "writing in ligature" ). Moreover, the same pen was used to draw headpieces, endings on each page in the form of a pattern of flowers and leaves. And capital letters were also painted, so much so that they no longer resembled letters, but wondrous animals, birds and even people. Of course, books were written for a long time. Want to see a book like this? It is in our chest. Making up three more words!
During the demonstration of the opened old book to the children, the presenter can read to the children a fragment from the poem by M. Bogdanovich
"Scribe":
On a virgin leaf under a narrow window
Slowly he writes letters with a pen,
And between the bright black rows
Inserts a red line. Merry flowers
And the multi-colored heads of beasts,
And unseen birds - their fantasies
Skillful ligature (there is plenty of skill!) -
He will decorate the screensavers, and endings,
And the headlines are all - there is nowhere to rush.
Sometimes work will interrupt in order to sharpen better
A goose feather - and it will look: joy is the sun
It falls in pillars on the table through the window.
Of course, books were very expensive back then. A person who had several books was considered rich. And not because the book covers were richly decorated with silver, gold and precious stones, but because the work of a scribe and centuries-old human wisdom were invested in them.
And ordinary paper in the old days was a wonder. By the way, in Ancient Russia, an original replacement was found for conducting various everyday correspondence, for teaching children to read and write - what do you think? On this stand there is a piece of this material covered with squares - a substitute for paper in Ancient Russia - with the name of this material written on it. Let's open the squares one by one. Who is the first to guess what it is?
2-4 players take turns calling the numbers of the squares that need to be opened. Moreover, they call the square not before their answer, but before the answer of their opponent, i.e. they say which square should be opened for the opponent. Under the squares there is a piece of "birch bark." (made of cardboard) with the word "birch bark" written along its entire length. To complicate the task, it is better to place the letters not in a line, but randomly, and make more squares than letters, arrange them in 2-3 rows, so that one square does not cover a whole letter, but part of it, or even a clean piece of "birch bark". After guessing the word, the birch bark is turned over to the audience, and the text is found on it (in Old Russian letters).
H V W P S N D M K Z A T S C T
E E A I A E U A A A X O E A
Guys, do you understand the birch bark letter? Yes, it is "encrypted". Such a "note" was found during excavations of ancient Novgorod. Scientists were able to decipher it and realized that it was nothing more than a joke, a teaser, invented by some Fomka during a boring lesson and slipped to a neighbor. He, apparently, quickly figured out how to read the puzzle. And after reading it, I got angry, tore it up and threw it away. What is written here? Please note: in the top row only consonants are written, in the second - vowels, and in fact they usually alternate in Russian words. So, you need to read the text ... along the zigzag: the letter at the top - the letter at the bottom, etc.
Who will read the puzzle first?
The decryption of the text looks like this: "Ignorant pisa, neduma Kaza, but hto se tsita ... (hereinafter an annoying omission)."
This teaser in modern language known in this form: "I do not know who wrote, but I, a fool, read." Now it is clear that on a piece of birch bark there were offensive words addressed to the reader of the puzzle.
Now let's get back to the ancient Russian book. More and more books were required in Russia. The scribes did not have time to rewrite them, although the font gradually began to be simplified, and they tried to squeeze the words when writing, placing a special icon over the abbreviated word - titlo.
And again people in Russia heard that in some foreign countries they learned how to print books using a special machine. And in the 16th century, such a machine was created in Russia by a wonderful Russian master, information about which you will also find in this chest. Let's open it in our way with the help of words and add another encrypted record.
The word "Fedorov" is written on the sheet, but the letters are turned 90 °, ie. lie horizontally. After presenting the card with the letter to the player who deciphered the word first, the presenter invites the children to look at their cards, count them and try to compose some word on their basis. For composing a word from your letter cards, you can give the players 1 more card.
Leading. Here, guys, we got to the very bottom of our trunk. It turned out to be a deep chest. And what is at its bottom? There's a whole stack of books here! Look how many works by Russian writers! To whom are these treasures intended? And here's a note:
Books have their own depth.
Who gets to the bottom
He will receive as a reward
All precious treasures.
Guys, I think you will agree that these books are worthy of those who actively participated in solving the secrets of our chest. And these are those of you who have more letter cards. (Awarding of the winners with books begins.)

theatrical game program

"The Mystery of the Old Suitcase"

GKUSO RO Shakhty center for helping children №1f
prepared by the teacher - organizer Tepina Svetlana Sergeevna.

Baba Yaga sits on a stump in front of the hut, sad.

Voice behind the scene: In one dark, dark forest, in its very thicket, there lived an angry, contemptuous old woman - Baba Yaga. All summer and all autumn she cooked her herbs-poison and thought about what nasty thing to do to whom. And then one day ... in winter ...

(Song of Baba Yaga)

Baba Yaga: Oh-ohhonyushki ... They abandoned Grandma in a dense forest, no one even looks at guests ... Koschey flew away to the Emirates, warms his bones on the sand, splashes into the sea ... Serpent Gorynych flew to China business trip for the exchange of experience. I was the only one left ... Oh, someone is walking through the forest ... No Kikimorushka dropped in for tea ...

Kikimora: I thought what happened to you, Grandma ... But no, I see, I'm alive and well. Hello!
Baba Yaga: And you don't have to be ill!
Kikimora: What are you doing?

Baba Yaga: But I sit and miss you ... Something childish tsmekh in Ldesa is not to be heard ...
Kikimora: So, grandmother, the children study at school, they have no time to run through the woods.
Baba Yaga: Look-you, sign-you, at school ... Probably at school they also laugh, play ... Do they laugh like the catechumens? Teachers cry from them, go?
Kikimora: No, grandmother, they study at school, they are not laughing there. And the teachers, of course, cry ...
Baba Yaga: Well, let them cry. It's not easy for me either - these kids are all mine nervous system they shattered with their laughter! Everything annoys me! To this, to the doctor you have to go, to the psychotherapist or to the neuropathologist ... How these kids will play out - and laugh, and laugh, and not calm down! So she scattered everyone with a broom!
For a long time now I want to create a dirty trick, so that - once, and no laughter and fun.
Kikimora: This does not happen, Grandma, and it will be completely boring ...
Baba Yaga: Boring, you say? And their laughter makes me laugh, right? My ears are already pawing ... The whole forest is shaking, you can see right away - the children are going into the forest, if you want to run away from their wherever your eyes are looking! To come up with such a thing so that there would be no more laughter and fun ?! (thinks) Eh, you are my memory full of holes. Come on, Kika, my grandmother remembered something! My great-great-great-grandmother left me a suitcase with magical things as an inheritance! I haven't touched things for a long time. Bring him here, maybe I'll find some remedy, however, it's time to calm the people down ...
Kikimora drags the chest, rumble, Baba Yaga opens the chest
Baba Yaga: Oh, hat, magic ...
Kikimora: And what is magical about it?
Baba Yaga: (sitting on a tree stump, puts on a hat, music sounds, legs move)
Look, cat, this is a kit! A hat without running galoshes does not work! Try it! (Kikimora wears a hat and galoshes, runs as if wound up on stage)
Kikimora: Granny, stop me!
Baba Yaga: Hat, hat off!
(Kikimora takes off his hat, stops)
Kikimora: Well, you, grandmother, give, it is necessary to warn! And let us try this hat and these galoshes of runners on somebody else! What a laugh it will be!
Baba Yaga: Again, laughter, fu-you, well-you, the trees are bent, I would not have heard it for ages!
Kikimora: Well, grandma, well, for the last time, please!
Baba Yaga: And-and-them! Well, in the last, so in the last!

(Relay "Magic hat and galoshes-runners")
Each team member, having put on a magic hat and galoshes-runners, must run to the finish line and come back, passing the hat and galoshes to the next participant.

Baba Yaga: Fu, I got tired ...
Kikimora: Granny- Yagusya! And now it is very glamorous to paint portraits and hang pictures on the walls in the living room. Do you have a living room?
Baba Yaga: Yeah, with a Russian stove in the middle! There I still have dried herbs, toadstool mushrooms, snake skin ...
Kikimora: It is unnecessary! Very glamorous, I say, these portraits on the wall in the living room look. Well, if the paintings are painted by a famous artist, this is generally a squeak of fashion!
Baba Yaga: And shh, it’s gone, where did I get an artist from in the woods ?! Although ... we will draw your portrait right now, then you will sell it for a million dollars, then you will thank your grandmother!
Kikimora: Granny, do you have a magic pencil lying around in your chest ?!
Baba Yaga: Even two!
Baba Yaga: Come on, magic pencils, draw me a kikimora!

(Kikimora posing)

(Relay "Magic pencils and a portrait of a kikimora")
Each team member, having reached the tablet, draws some one detail, returns to the team, passes the pencil trace. participant

Kikimora: Glamorous ... I'll hang it on the wall in the living room.
Baba Yaga: So, I don't understand why everyone is bothering me ?! All sorts of people walk around here, they knock them off with their thoughts ... I'm thinking of something! My little chest, little chest! Things there, things ...

Music sounds. Song of Leshy and Granddaughter.

Baba Yaga: Again someone has brought ... Come on, Kika, hide the chest and hide yourself, Leshy walks through the forest with his granddaughter ...

(Baba Yaga and the cat is hiding, Leshy enters the hall with his granddaughter)

Leshy's granddaughter: Wow, you, Grandpa, look, bumps!
Goblin: Here, granddaughter, I am surprised at you, for so many years you have lived in the world and you rejoice every day!
Leshy's granddaughter: And how could it be otherwise, Grandpa Leshy, it’s not interesting to live in a different way!
Goblin: You are still young, you have not met real evil!
Leshy's granddaughter: With what kind of evil ?!
Goblin: Well, at least with Koshchey the Immortal, he will destroy anyone for money. Or take the Serpent Gorynych, he also has enough anger, how it flies, how it lets fire on the woods ... But Baba Yaga, if she gets angry, won't seem like a little! Always dissatisfied, everyone interferes with her, sometimes they laugh a lot, sometimes they play noisily ...

(granddaughter sees 2 brooms on stage)

Leshy's granddaughter: Wow, grandfather, what is this?
Goblin: Yes Baba Yaga abandoned her locomotion mechanism.

(granddaughter sits on a broom: "Drin, drin, drin, let's go!")
Granddaughter Leshego: Grandpa, do I look like Baba Yaga?
Goblin: Give it up, granddaughter, otherwise Baba Yaga will see it, get angry.
Leshy's granddaughter: Don't get angry! Well, who can ride a broomstick with me ?!

Broomstick Relay

Kikimora comes out to the music. Leshy's granddaughter is hiding.

Kikimora: Hey, what are you hiding there for? Come out, don't be afraid!
Leshy's granddaughter:
And my grandfather forbids me to talk to strangers!
Kikimora: And he does the right thing! How do you know if I'm good or bad?
Leshy's granddaughter: And who are you? Koschei the Deathless? Or the Serpent Gorynych?
Kikimora: I am Kikimora!
Leshy's granddaughter: Oh, then I know you, my grandfather told me. You live in a swamp, in a stone three-story mansion. And I am Leshy's granddaughter, my name is Frosya.
Kikimora: And what are you doing here alone?
Leshy's granddaughter: Yes, I sing songs, walk, admire the trees, look at the cones ...
Kikimora: What to look at, you need to collect them, in baskets.

(Relay "Collect the cones")
There are cones in the clearing. The task of each participant is to take turns to reach a clearing with cones, take a cone, put it in a basket, reach the finish line, return to the team, pass the basket to the next one.)

Kikimora: Well, I helped you to collect cones, and now I have no time to talk to you.
(Leaves)
Leshy's granddaughter: Well, again I will have to play alone ... It seems that someone is coming here again, I will hide!
(Music sounds, granddaughter hides)

Enter Baba Yaga with Kikimora.
Baba Yaga: (grumbles) Well, they threw the broom, scattered the mushrooms, screamed again, made some noise ... Who was, what were you doing, eh? Did you ride on my brooms? Who allowed it?
Kikimora: have done what! Baba Yaga, let's punish them! Where is your magic mallet club? (Climbs into the chest, pulls out a rubber truncheon, runs around the hall, scares the children) Baba Yaga, it doesn't work!
Baba Yaga: So magic words must be said!
Kikimora: So say the magic words, right now we will beat everyone up!
Baba Yaga: Hey, Kika, wait, take your time. The club, then, if it disperses, and you and I will hit you and me. And don’t knock me off my mind, I’m up to something, and you’re bothering me. Bring me, better, that little boy, well-fed, well-bred, I need to ask him something!

(Kikimora takes the boy out)

Baba Yaga: Hey, boy, what's your name? Do you go to school? What class? What's your favorite subject? When I was in school, my favorite subject was singing. Can you sing? Let's sing together! Some funny song!
Baba Yaga: The golden voice of Russia is Kolya Baskov! (singing something)
Baba Yaga: Wait a minute, in my chest there was a magic music box somewhere ... Bring, kikimushka, syudy the box!
(kikimora brings)
Baba Yaga:
We open the box! Don't peep ...
Contest "Guess the melody"
The first chords of children's songs sound, everyone guesses what kind of song it sounds.
Baba Yaga: Now let's sing a song about a smile for the last time! And why you,
(boy's name), do not ask Grandmother: "Why, Grandmother-Yaga, for the last time?" Well, ask me!
(boy asks)
Baba Yaga: And I answer you, because Granny Yaga is tired of you all with your noise, fun and laughter! Go to the place, hide better, now Grandma Yaga will conjure!

Kikimora : Now Grandma will take out a magic bag of sadness, she will scatter magic dust on you, and then no one will laugh and disturb her peace with noise and din!
Baba Yaga: (takes it out of the chest) Here it is, my precious bag ... (Shakes the bag, you can hear crying)
(The granddaughter of Leshy Frosy is hiding at this time)
Baba Yaga: Oh, something is humming in my stomach, I went to lunch, otherwise something doesn’t do magic on an empty stomach. Here we will eat, I will sleep a little and then I will take up witchcraft. I won't be here for three hours. And you, sit quietly and not make noise! I'll hide the bag in the hollow for now! (hides in a hollow)

The Granddaughter of Leshy Frosya runs onto the stage.

Leshy's granddaughter: Grandpa, grandpa! Hey! For help! Save, help!
Goblin (runs out): What happened? Who offended you? Come on, filthy miracle Yudo, go out to battle !!!
Leshy's granddaughter: Grandfather, grandfather, trouble happened in the forest! Baba Yaga wants to open the magic bag and scatter the magic dust with sadness-sorrow over the earth, so that we have neither fun nor joy!
We cannot allow this to happen! She even took the bag out of the chest and hid it somewhere!
Goblin: Here is a furious old woman, there is no justice for her! Well, nothing, I have one idea, how to cope with it!
Come on, granddaughter, let's get children's laughter, noise, din, fun.
Leshy's granddaughter: Will it work out ?!
Goblin: Of course, it will work out, and the guys will help us cope with Baba Yaga!
Leshy's granddaughter: Then, at my command, this part of the audience laughs, the other part claps its hands, and you stamp your feet loudly!
Goblin catches laughs, puts them in a bag.

Goblin: Shake, ram ... (phonogram of laughter, noise)
And now I will utter magic words, and our bag will gain unprecedented strength. The one who opens it will always be cheerful and joyful, and will never be sad and sad.
Well, granddaughter, guess what I'm going to do?
Leshy's granddaughter: Do not know…
Goblin: And I'll ask the guys now!
(children suggest that you need to change the bags)
Where, you say, did Baba Yaga hide her magic bag? Into the hollow?
(pulls out a bag, shakes it, you can hear crying)
Now, granddaughter, throw the bag of Baba Yaga with sadness, sadness far into the swamp, so that it will be sucked into the bog!
The granddaughter throws the sack, twirls it over her head, throws it, water splash soundtrack.
Goblin: He won't find it there! Granddaughter, take the bag with joy and laughter, put it in the hollow. (puts down)
Let's go, granddaughter, let's hide, let's look at our magic from the side. Now all of us together will transform Grandma Yaga from an evil, harmful old woman into a good one!
(hiding in the hall)
Baba Yaga and Kikimora appear on the stage.

Baba Yaga : I have a bad feeling ...
Kikimora, have we lost anything from the magic chest?
Kikimora: Yes, it seems not ... Let's see ... Self-assembled tablecloth - 1 piece, in place.
Magic cudgel - 1 piece - present. The rest of the little things - a sword-kladenets, gusli-samogudy and so on .. Everything is in place, do not worry, grandma!
Baba Yaga: And where is my magic bag of sadness, sadness ?!
(looking for)
Kikimora: I didn’t take it!
Baba Yaga: Am I hiding where?
(children should prompt)
Baba Yaga: Precisely, I hid the magic bag away from human eyes! Get out the bag, Kika, just be careful!
Now Grandma Yaga will conjure! Do not shake, so as not to dispel the magic dust ahead of time!
Kikimora: Yes, I'm careful! (stumbles, almost falls)
Baba Yaga: Come here, now I'll untie my magic bag, scatter the magic dust, and then there will never be any laughter, no joy, no fun on the earth! And I will live in peace and quiet!
Kikimora: Baba Yaga, maybe not? What about me? Can't I play too?
Baba Yaga: Are you special? Come on without further ado! Ready!
Disturbing music sounds.

I'll untie the magic bag
And I will punish people big and small!
Let the fun, laughter disappear forever
For hundreds of thousands of years, for many years!

Laughter, funny music.
The magical transformation of Baba Yaga and Kikimora.
Leshy and Leshy's Granddaughter rejoices.
Goblin: Baba Yaga from an evil, mischievous old woman has turned into a kind Grandmother Yaga! And now no one will harm us in the forest!
Leshy's granddaughter: And now we will have fun, we will arrange a real forest disco in our meadow!
Goblin: And even Baba Yaga will dance?
Baba Yaga: And that, although I am a little old for dancing, but at the same time young at heart! Where is my magic music box ?!
(Kikimora brings the box, turns on, the music plays)

Disco.

Scene decoration - "a fragment of the Island of Abandoned Ships". Before the start, a selection of songs about the sea and pirates sounds.

The music "Before the Storm" is played, then the soundtrack from the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean". Ulin enters the stage, looks around.

Ulin - So that's what it is, the famous Island of Abandoned Ships! It was not easy to get here. And here are my friends.

Olivia and Chris enter the stage.

Together - Greetings, Ulin, Captain Flint's daughter!

Ulin - And I'm glad to see you. You still received my messages! Only who of you is who?

Chris - I am Chris, daughter of pirate John Silver! Wise and cunning!

Olivia - Olivia, daughter of the pirate Captain Blood! Although I am the youngest, I am very brave!

Chris - Why did you bring us together on this island, Ulin?

Ulin - There is a very, very serious matter.

Olivia - (impatiently) What, what business?

Chris - Tell me, don't let it go.

Ulin - Listen, this is in order. It has been a long time since my aged father, one of the most insidious and fearsome pirates, Captain Flint, gave his soul to God. He was a very secretive and careful person, and even to me he never revealed his secrets ...

Olivia - Ah! It's already scary.

Chris - It's an intriguing start.

Ulin - And just recently I decided to take apart my father's old things that were stored in our closet in order to throw away everything unnecessary. I disassemble them, disassemble, disassemble, disassemble and suddenly! ..

Olivia - Oh-oh-oh-oh ... (faints in Chris's arms)

Ulin - I think she's bad.

Chris - I think she's faking! (puts Olivia straight).

Olivia - It's okay girls. I just imagined how Ulin suddenly saw a mouse! ..

Ulin - Nothing like that. In the old jacket of my father, the pirate Flint, sewn into the lining, I found THIS! (pulls out a card) and this (pulls out a letter).

(Chris and Olivia gasp in surprise)

Olivia - What's this?

Chris - (Chris picks up a map) What, what, this is a map of the Island of Abandoned Ships, where we, in fact, are located.

Ulin - That's right. And this is not just a map of the island, but a map by which we can find the treasures hidden on this island.

Chris - Where did you get it?

Ulin - The letter I found at the old pirate's.

Olivia - Read it soon!

Ulin - Listen to what he writes. So. Yeah, here, and then we, along with John Silver and Captain Blood, buried our treasures on the island of Abandoned Ships. I hid the map on which this place is indicated. Yo-ho-ho.

Chris - The treasure will belong to whoever finds it!

Olivia - Don't you think we're being overheard? (peering into the hall).

Ulin - That's right! These are the islanders, my father told me about them.

Chris - They heard everything! We'll have to ...

Olivia - Take it with you! We need helpers.

Chris - These are our treasures! And I'm not going to share with anyone!

Ulin - Chris, Olivia is right, without helpers we will be looking for them until the Black Cuttlefish arrives.

Olivia - When is the Black Cuttlefish coming?

Ulin and Chris - NO-KOG-YES!

(Olivia tries to faint again, but Chris stops her immediately by holding her hand)

Ulin - (unfolds the map) Look. Several locations are indicated on the map. In which of them the treasures are located, we do not know. These places are reliably guarded by the Guardians who were left behind by old Flint. And only they can give us a hint. And just like that, the guards do nothing.

Chris - Are you saying we're going to have to go through some serious tests?

Ulin - Of course. And it seems that we cannot cope alone.

Olivia - But together with the islanders, we will cope with all the trials in no time!

(pirate Jenny appears)

Jenny - I'll help you!

Ulin - It's Jenny, Jack Sparrow's daughter!

Jenny - Yes, it's me. I swam after you and also heard everything. I'll tell you what. You really can't do it alone, so you have to take assistants.

Chris - What do you mean by that?

Jenny - We face the trials that the Guardians have in store for us. They are all very cunning. Who knows what we'll have to face. And the islanders are brave and hardy people.

Chris - Okay, got it. (Addressing the guys) Well, are you with us ?! Then listen here, help us get the treasures, so be it, we will divide them equally.

Ulin - Let's take a close look at the map, it has the first clue on it.

Chris - Here it is: - Where is the low coast and sand

We entered into battle with the wave,

Hurry up to guess

Starfish riddle!

They study the map of the island, where the points of the location of the Guards are signed: "Starfish Bay", "Admiral Banbow's Fort", etc.

Jenny - We need to go to Starfish Bay!

Olivia - This is our CHANCE !!!

Together - Follow us! Yo-ho-ho !!!

The song from the m / f "Treasure Island" "Chance" is played. The passage of all test points begins with the map of the island, which are carried out by the "guards". After the “guard has passed his test, he gives the children the following clue.

Hello sirs and sodarushki, you are welcome! We have a word and a place for everyone.

Are the guests, dear ones, comfortable for you? Can everyone see, can everyone hear? Was there enough space for everyone?

We welcome everyone, welcome everyone! According to Russian customs, I bow to you from the bottom of my heart. With a kind word, with love, and with bread and salt.

I will now ask each team to introduce themselves. Greetings contest in the old way.

I put things in order in the hut, found my grandmother's chest.

Well, the key, my magic,

Open the chest soon.

One, two, three - open it!

And here a lot of interesting things are hidden. (Show the toy bear).

He is a strict master of the forest, and in winter he sleeps in a den.

And all winter long he dreams of fragrant honey.

Oh, yes, this is my bear, I played with it as a child. And you know that in Russia bears have always been revered and respected. There was a belief that a bear is a person who was turned into a beast by some magic. It is no coincidence that this particular motive is reflected in a number of fairy tales.

Now I am announcing the next competition - the competition of fairy tales. I will give each team a picture, and you will have to collect a fragment from a fairy tale from them, stick it on a sheet and name it.

What else is there in the chest? (show a Russian musical instrument).

On a green meadow, since I found a pipe.

That was not a pipe, it was merry.

Oh, look - this is a real Russian folk instrument. Let's remember, guys, how Russian folk instruments sound. Competition "Musical". Now for each command its own instrument will sound, and you need to guess it.

I will look into the chest, I will find a doll there. Yes, the doll is not simple, as a child she protected me. A lot of time has passed, and people still believe in various amulets, talismans and charms. And I know that you also have amulets. Let's take a look at them and tell you which one protects from what.

Thank you guys for your hard work!

And in the trunk I still have a lot. Only now I’m guessing riddles for you. In the old days they liked to make riddles, but you yourself are looking for answers in the chest.

Contest of riddles.

1. I'm riding, I don't know who,

Meet a friend, jump off - I'll welcome. (hat)

2. A slug made of clay, a leaky trough,

He walks along the road, lays down the cells. (bast shoes)

3. I walked along the road,

I found two roads

I went on both of them. (trousers)

4. Hoop during the day, and a snake at night. (belt)

5. Black, not earth, fluffy, not snow, Heats not a stove. (Fur coat)

That's right - this is porridge - our food.

I invite one girl from the team to taste the porridge, and say what kind of cereal it is made from.

We looked into the old days - as if the rain washed our hearts

Just did not finish the strings of our song to the end.

In the old days, they said: where the song flows, it is fun to live there. Let's remember Russian folk songs. Now the music will play, and you guess the name of the song. As soon as you guessed it, raise your hand.

Dear guys, our meeting is coming to an end.

We can't all sing glorious songs

Don't say all the kind words

Our Russian land is wonderful

Forever young and forever new.
