You will be defenseless against your fatigue, resentment or irritation if you do not notice changes in your states. The only thing that is needed is to see and be aware of these changes. Don't try to make adjustments - just look at the changes that are happening to you right now. Only light is needed, and everything - everything that is needed will be done by itself. No fight.
