3. Job responsibilities

3.1. The pharmacist performs the following duties:

3.1.1. Within the framework of the labor function specified in subparagraph 1 of paragraph 2.1 of this job description:

1) carry out a pharmaceutical examination of prescriptions, requirements, check the registration of the prescription, method of application and safety of the medicinal product in relation to the dosage form, dosage, interaction with other drugs specified in the prescription;

2) consults on groups of drugs and synonyms within one international non-proprietary name and prices for them;

3) carries out retail sale, dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medicinal products, with advice on the method of use, contraindications, side effects, interactions with food and other groups of medicinal products and other pharmacy products;

4) performs taxation of recipes and requirements;

5) carries out registration of prescriptions and requirements in accordance with the established procedure;

6) monitors the dispensing of the dosage form (compliance of the name with the prescription / requirement, the dosage of narcotic drugs, psychotropic, poisonous and potent substances to the patient's age, the integrity of the package, the correct labeling);

7) makes a decision to replace the prescribed medicinal product with synonymous or similar medicinal products in accordance with the established procedure;

8) exercise internal control over compliance with the procedure for dispensing medicinal products and goods in the pharmacy range;

9) carries out office work for maintaining cash, organizational, administrative, reporting documents;

10) carries out the wholesale of medicines and goods of the pharmacy range;

11) carries out pre-sale preparation, organizing and carrying out the display of medicinal products and goods of the pharmacy range in the trading floor / showcases of departments;

12) studies the demand and demand for various groups of medicines and other goods in the pharmacy range;

13) processes applications of organizations and individual entrepreneurs holding a license for pharmaceutical activities;

1) conducts acceptance control of incoming medicines and other goods of the pharmacy range and checks the accompanying documents in the prescribed manner;

2) withdraws from circulation medicines and pharmaceutical goods that have become unusable, with an expired shelf life, falsified, counterfeit and substandard products;

3) carries out registration of the results of acceptance control of incoming medicines and other goods of the pharmacy range in the prescribed manner;

4) maintains subject-quantitative records of medicinal products.

3.1.3. Within the framework of the labor function specified in subparagraph 3 of paragraph 2.1 of this job description:

1) carries out sorting of incoming medicines, other goods of the pharmacy assortment, taking into account their physical and chemical properties, requirements for conditions, storage regime of special groups of medicines;

2) provides, controls compliance with the storage regimes and conditions necessary to maintain the quality, effectiveness, safety of medicines and other goods of the pharmacy range, their physical safety;

3) seizes medicines and other goods of the pharmacy assortment that have become unusable, with an expired shelf life, falsified, counterfeit, substandard products;

4) calculates the natural loss during storage of medicinal products;

5) maintains subject-quantitative records of certain groups of medicines;

6) maintains reporting documentation in accordance with the established procedure.

3.1.4. Within the framework of the labor function specified in subparagraph 4 of paragraph 2.1 of this job description:

1) provides advice on the rules for the administration and dosage regimen of medicinal products, their storage at home;

2) provides advice on the rules for using medical devices at home;

3) provides information and consulting assistance in the selection of non-prescription drugs and other goods in the pharmacy range;

4) provides advice on the use and compatibility of medicinal products, their interaction with food;

5) informs doctors about new modern medicinal products, synonyms and analogues, possible side effects of medicinal products, their interactions.

3.1.5. Within the framework of the labor function specified in subparagraph 5 of paragraph 2.1 of this job description:

1) prepares for the manufacture of medicinal products according to prescriptions and requirements: performing the necessary calculations; preparation of the workplace, equipment and medicines, selection and preparation of auxiliary substances, rational packaging;

2) selects the optimal technological process and prepares the necessary technological equipment for the manufacture of medicinal products;

3) carries out the manufacture of medicinal products in accordance with the manufacturing rules and taking into account all stages of the technological process, quality control at the stages of the technological process;

4) carries out packaging and labeling / registration of manufactured medicinal products;

5) maintains registration of data on the manufacture of medicinal products (filling out the written control passport; in the case of use in the manufacture of medicinal products that are subject to quantitative registration, registration of the reverse side of the prescription);

6) maintains subject-quantitative accounting of certain groups of medicines and other substances subject to such accounting.
