Studying books on non-verbal communication, I often caught myself thinking that books of this kind are deprived of clarity, which could be obtained on specific examples from the life of those people whom each of us knows.

And caricatured images or rare photographs of nondescript printing quality sometimes disheartened their isolation from real life and incomparability with something specific.

Reader Comments

guest/ 05/22/2012 I read the Protocols ... in one breath, I love such books.

Oleg/ 11.08.2011 The first time I read "Protocols of the sorcerer Stomenov" 10 years ago. The book is very energetically charged. Besides, what is more important to me, thanks to her, it is easy to adjust to that world. Remember what Seraphim Sarovsky said: "As with the living, talk to me, and I will live for you." But, from my point of view, such "tuning" can not be carried out by everyone, since not everyone has natural data and not everyone is engaged in bioenergy. I will give an example from my practice. After reading the "Protocols ..." I like to mentally wander around our Nizhnevartovsk cemetery. And, after a 5-10 minute walk there, I feel a sharp increase in internal energy, positive (!), Increased faith in myself and my life goals! However, I do not advise common people"recharge" in this way, because firstly, I have been doing bioenergy for over 10 years, and secondly, I know exactly how to recharge, and thirdly, but this information is not for everyone. Using the Altered States of Consciousness, I brought out 1 Truth: "Life and Death are 2 halves of the One Whole", and what people call Death is nothing more than a continuation of Life at a higher, deeper, energetic level!

Kat/ 04/15/2011 found a lot of interesting things in the "ducts of the sorcerer Stomenov", an interesting point of view on life and death, it is said simple language, intelligibly and understandably

Sidor Petrov/ 3.11.2010 Immediately did not like the "Protocols of the sorcerer Stomenov" - some dreary vanity in the twilight. There is no ultimate goal, no sense in these sayings. There is only one darkness, and this is like a hymn to her.

Elena/ 25.08.2010 I got great pleasure from everything written by VITOM PRICE that fell into my hands. I would like to buy all the works. I like the author's approach and view of everything he writes about. Bravo!

Elena / 24.05.2009 Dear sir Tsenev, I read your article about Judas Iscariot. If you are an unbeliever, then it is not clear why you are wasting time building your versions of non-existent events. If you believe that the Gospel events are real historical facts, then of course you are blaspheming in your arguments. It would be better for you not to do this.
God bless you!

INTRODUCTION

All psychologists should be simply killed.
My hand reaches for the pistol at once,
when I see a psychologist.
Psychologists are the same astrologers.
They have the same forecast accuracy,
the so-called depth of analysis.
Oleg Matveichev, author of the book "Ushi mashut oslom"

When you read books on the psychology of advertising, especially about the use of various kinds of advertising psychotechnologies, then even one glossary is sometimes able to convince us that all these technologies have a place to be.
For example, oglotelesuggestia. "Okhlos" means "crowd", "tele" - indicates the carrier of information (television), "suggestion" emphasizes the nature of suggestion. Throw in imperative perseveration, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), or suggestive linguistics, and after such words, we no longer need any arguments.
On this shelf we will put books and publications in the media with killer titles: "Advertising: Suggestion and Manipulation", "Manipulation and Programmed Consciousness", "Advertising Hypnosis: Anatomy of the Ideal Form of Psychic Aggression." Headlines alone are enough to give you a superstitious awe for the powerful and all-powerful psychotechnology.
However, with all the obviousness of the fact that advertising is an inspiring and zombifying tool, it is equally undeniable what exactly is in your advertising activities for some reason it does not really inspire anything, it does not brainwash anyone at all, and in general it is not as effective as you would like it to be.
Why is that?! What is the reason for this strange contradiction? There may be several plausible explanations:
1. You have not yet read the necessary books on how to introduce hypnosis and zombie techniques into advertising.
2. You have already read them, but you have not been able to really master these powerful advertising psychotechnologies.
3. You just “bought” on the “fact” that advertising hypnotizes or inspires something.
And while we are talking about the Coca-Cola company and the use of famous film actors in one or another advertisement (oh, yes, of course, shoot an advertising video, inviting Mel Gibson and Madonna to the main roles, it will be very effective advertising), then everything is healthy and convincing - hypnosis and total control by consumers in advertising clearly exists.
But as soon as we are faced with the task of advertising the products of the hosiery factory "Small Irons", then all hypnosis somehow immediately stops working.
And neither NLP helps, nor imperative perseverations, nor suggestive linguistics. Well, at least crack it! So, maybe it's not hypnosis or zombies at all? Have you met a lot of hypnosis and zombies in your life, in addition to the fact that it is very often talked about in books and on TV?
Consider a couple of abstract examples (which are actually much closer to advertising than hypnosis or 25th frame): a girl at a party sees a guy she likes. She wants to win his favor. And what does she do in this case ?!
Firstly, the girl seeks to ensure that the young man drew attention to her.
Without this, no communication is possible. This is the most important thing she has to do. But in order for him to turn his attention to her, it is desirable for her to find out: what does he prefer to pay attention to?
Secondly, the girl really wants to please the young man, to arouse his interest. Accordingly, she needs to look so that this interest arises, and behave in such a way that it is preserved.
Thirdly, the girl needs her model of behavior and interaction to arouse desire in the object of her sympathy. He must want to have what interests him. If such a desire has not arisen, then his interest can easily switch to another object.
And finally, fourthly, she must induce him to take a specific action (for example, so that he proposes to take it). For without action, desire can easily fade away and lead nowhere. Desire without action is either suppressed or switches to other objects.
Here's another example. Suppose a speaker comes onstage who needs to convey a few important messages to his audience. What should he do?
First, the presenter needs to figure out what the audience wants to hear. For if he says something opposite to them, then they will simply not be heard by them, as if he was giving a lecture in a boarding house for the deaf.
Secondly, the audience must like the person on stage. People tend to ignore and “ignore at close range” everything that causes antipathy and dislike in them.
Third, he must speak in a way that will be remembered by the audience. It is not very difficult when you tell people what they want to hear, that is, you yourself know it in advance. It is very easy to remember what you have known for a long time.
And, fourthly, the speaker must induce the audience to take some action or make a decision, so that his speech is not wasted. The listeners must either accept his point of view (which, in fact, is or became their own), or draw some useful conclusion for themselves.
If the girl did everything right, then the guy will most likely be at the mercy of her spell.
And if a good speaker skillfully repeats the formula of magical communication with the audience, then the audience will be conquered.
But this is also the classic advertising formula of AIDA. that is, attention, interest, desire, action (attention, interest, desire, action). And it turns out that in all cases the logic of communication (and dating, and oratory, and advertising) is practically the same. And mind you, no hypnosis for you. And no one zombies or programs anyone.
So the first trouble of many books on psychotechnology in advertising is that they simply do not work, or are not applicable in the reality around you, or are generally something similar to dandruff or critical days when they first create a problem and then happily offer her psychotronic solution. Another problem with many books on advertising psychology is that they are more readily understood by psychologists than advertisers. You open them, and a lot of terms and psychological imperatives, thousands of techniques and techniques fall upon you. This is informative and entertaining in theoretical terms, but when it comes to advertising butter or perfumery, then the practical value of psychotechnology suddenly begins to tend to zero. For different reasons.
If only because it is not clear what kind of technique or technology to apply in your case. Use the animation technique? Or reputable copyright advertisements? Or maybe arouse feelings of affection? Or introduce sexual objects ?! Try to suggest a solution to a problem situation? What to do, in fact?
As a result, a huge number of psychological techniques begin to be used by the creators of advertising thoughtlessly and at random, and it itself acquires ugly and grotesque features, actually transforming into anti-advertising (you will find many examples of this on the pages of this book).
Therefore, this book claims to be interesting not so much for psychologists as for advertisers (designers, copywriters, managers) and all those who wish to enrich their creative process with knowledge of psychology in its practical and applied meaning. This book is not about the psychology of advertising as such, but about practical psychology for advertisers, impregnated with common sense, pragmatism and a cynical view of things.
