IHerb FREE SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS FOR ORDERS OVER $ 60

From May 1, 2017 was introduced additional fee for the delivery of heavy goods. Even with a basket value of more than $ 60, a fee is charged for them, which in the basket is highlighted in red next to the paid product.

Based personal experience I wrote simple guidelines that will help you get to free shipping, although with some particularly heavy and cheap goods, no trickery helps.

1) The more items in the basket with heavy goods with the label "economical delivery" (for more details - in the publication on),the more the fee for heavy goods tends to 0.

2) The closer the order value minus loyalty bonuses is to $ 150, the more the fee for heavy goods tends to 0.

3) The more light and expensive goods in the basket with heavy goods, the more the payment for heavy goods tends to 0. Those. the lower the total weight of the parcel and the higher the cost (remembering the threshold of 5 kg and $ 150), the more chances you have to get free delivery for a heavy vehicle.

4) The more heavy and cheap goods in the basket, the further from 0 the shipping cost tends. Try NOT to order several heavy and cheap items together.

How do I ship via Boxberry?

2. Pack and take the goods to the Boxberry branch

It is necessary to hand over the goods for delivery within 3 (three) days after payment for delivery.

Boxberry accepts parcels weighing up to 15 kg for shipment. The dimensions of your product should be no more than 50cm * 80cm * 120cm and not exceed 250 cm in total.

Packaged parcels are accepted for shipment. The strength of the packaging should be calculated for transportation by several modes of transport during the delivery process. It is not allowed to tie two boxes into one with tape, tape or rope. The voids in the packaging must be filled. Fragile items must be packed in bubble wrap. Also, the package must have a fragility mark and / or other manipulation signs indicating the way of handling the shipment (if necessary).

Within 5 (five) days, the buyer must pick up the goods from the pickup point and sign the acceptance documents. If delivery is carried out by courier, the buyer agrees with the courier about a convenient time of receipt and signs the relevant documents.

Yula receives confirmation from Boxberry that the goods have been issued, and then pays money to the seller, withholding a 5% commission for the successful completion of the transaction. Usually, the money from the sale is received within a few minutes, but sometimes banks process payments up to 3 (three) days.

If the buyer refuses the goods, Boxberry will return to the department from which the goods were sent, after which the seller can pick it up. Seller does not pay for return shipping costs.

Delivery time of orders from iHerb to Russia by the service Boxberry is 1-3 weeks depending on the destination. Comes to Moscow in a week. Also keep in mind that the cost is calculated significantly lower for delivery to large cities and their suburbs than to more remote settlements. Moreover, the cost may be different for seemingly equidistant from some major city settlements... All iHerb shipments transported by Boxberry are insured. Therefore, if suddenly the package is lost or something in it is damaged on the way, you will receive full refund.
