Presentation of a scholarship named after S.S. Filya law students


March 5 in the auditorium named after graduate of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University Sergei Filya best students of the Faculty of Law were awarded diplomas and commemorative booklets entitling them to receive a scholarship in the amount of 10 thousand rubles a month, which were installed by the company "Gazpromenergoholding" in memory of the former deputy Director General company, graduate of the Faculty of Law Sergei Sergeevich Fille.

He attended law school from 1997 to 2002 and received an honors degree. Upon graduation, he joined RAO UES of Russia and worked his way up from a specialist of the first category to Deputy General Director of the largest energy company in the structure of Gazprom - Gazpromenergoholding.

Masters of hospitality


Students of the Moscow University for the Humanities Irina Bukina, the direction of training "Hotel business" and Lazareva Anna, the direction of training "Tourism" took part in All-Russian competition"Masters of Hospitality". The competition is held by the presidential platform "Russia - a country of opportunities" within the framework of the federal project "Social elevators for everyone" of the national project "Education".

1. "Self-presentation and creativity". Irina Bukina presented the video "New directions of tourist development of territories in the Russian Federation on the example of the Taman Peninsula", Anna Lazareva - the video "Cruise tourism resources in Russia".

3. "Project culture". Presentation of their own projects in the semifinals of the Masters of Hospitality competition on February 26-27, 2020 in Tula.

Irina Bukina was among the 118 contestants who showed the best results at the stage of remote testing and presented their projects related to the hospitality industry. Irina in the intramural stage of the semi-final of the competition presented the project "Development of a business model of an agricultural estate and tourist service programs for the wine-growing territory of the Taman Peninsula", performed individual and group analytical tasks. Based on the feedback and expert assessment, she was awarded a Diploma.

A scientific and practical conference with international participation "Legal support of social justice in the context of digitalization" was held at the Faculty of Law


On February 19, 2020, the 12th All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation, dedicated to the World Day of Social Justice, was held at the Moscow University for the Humanities.

The conference was co-founded by the Moscow University for the Humanities, the International Union of Lawyers, the Moscow Union of Lawyers and the Association of Law Schools.

On November 26, 2007, the UN General Assembly, in resolution A / RES / 62/10, invited the participating States to hold events in the interests of social development and to celebrate February 20 as a holiday in order to increase efforts to eradicate poverty, ensure employment, decent work, gender equality.

World Day of Social Justice began to be celebrated in 2009. Since that time, the Faculty of Law of the Moscow University for the Humanities began to hold international scientific and practical conferences dedicated to this date, at which representatives of the UN Information Center, the ILO Bureau, well-known scientists in the field of philosophy, history, economics, state studies, jurisprudence and to achieve social justice, peace and cooperation.

Taking into account Russia's transition to development digital economy, the topic of the conference "Legal support of social justice in the context of digitalization" was chosen. The problems of digitalization in 2020 have become the main topic of all scientific research conducted at the Moscow University for the Humanities.

In her speech, she noted the relevance of the problems discussed at the conference and stressed that digitalization is undoubtedly a step forward in the development of the Russian economy and all spheres of state and public life, however, at the same time, new challenges and threats appear in ensuring human rights to preserve personal data, to personal data. and family secrets, secrets of correspondence. There is still a lot of work to be done in these and other areas of ensuring human rights, including specialists in the field of jurisprudence.

He emphasized the relevance of the topic of the conference, spoke about the plans of the Moscow Union of Lawyers in defending the rights of residents of the capital, about cooperation with the law faculty of the Moscow Humanitarian University. Maxim Vladimirovich Vilkhovsky teaches at the Faculty, Dean of the Faculty of Law T.A. Soshnikova is a member of the Presidium of the Moscow Union of Lawyers, the Union helps students with their passing different types practice, assists in the employment of graduates of the faculty. In 2020, the Moscow Lawyers' Union celebrates its 30th anniversary, and M.V. Vilkhovsky invited the conference participants to solemn event dedicated to this anniversary.

The conference was chaired by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor, Academician of the Central European Academy of Science, Literature and Art (Sorbonne, Paris) T.A. Soshnikov.




Deputy Director of the UN Information Center MA Melnikova made a presentation on the topic “Issues of social justice in the context of the UN Sustainable Development Agenda”. She spoke in detail about the UN Sustainable Development Agenda, described the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), among which the main goal is the elimination of poverty! States recognize that measures to eradicate poverty should be taken in parallel with efforts to increase economic growth and address a wide range of issues in the field of education, health care, social protection and employment, as well as combating climate change and protecting the environment.

The scientific discussion was opened by Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law and Political Science of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosova M.N. Marchenko, which is currently a member of working group on the preparation of proposals on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation ”.

He stressed that the proposed amendments to the Basic Law of the country are aimed at achieving social justice. More than 500 amendments have already been proposed by the members of the working group, political parties, and the population of Russia, but most of them do not need constitutional confirmation. “We rule the foundation, the foundation on which the walls should be erected, on many issues can be adopted federal laws or the laws of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. It is impossible and unnecessary to fit all legal regulation into the Constitution. The main thing is that it retains the unshakable foundations enshrined in chapters 1, 2 and 9 of the current Constitution of Russia ”- noted M.N. Marchenko.

The Association of Law Schools has been cooperating for many years with the Moscow University for the Humanities, which in December 2019 celebrated its 75th anniversary as a higher education organization. In connection with this date S.N. Baburin was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the University, which was presented to him by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor T.A. Soshnikov.


Baburin S.N. made a report "The principle of justice in integration constitutionalism", he is a supporter of the adoption of the new Constitution and believes that the main task of the country's fundamental law is the collection, integration of the Russian people. According to the speaker, the principle of justice should also be reflected in the Constitution of the Russian Federation, namely in its first chapter, which cannot be changed now.

Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department labor law and rights social security Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafina (Moscow State Law Academy), Scientific Director of the Law Faculty of the Moscow Humanitarian University, Chairman of the Moscow Society of Labor Law and Social Security Law K.D. Krylov devoted his speech to improving international legal regulation advancing towards social justice. He drew attention to the new initiatives of the International Labor Organization as one of the leading UN organizations in the field of legal regulation of the future of work, prevention of violence in the workplace, overcoming inequality in the world of work, achieving decent work and employment.


Famous international lawyer, candidate of legal sciences, professor of the Department of International and European Law of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation B.M. Ashavsky drew the attention of the audience to the importance of establishing the principles of the rule of law at the national and international levels to ensure social justice. Russia cannot fail to fulfill the obligations of the international treaties that it has signed, the conventions that it has ratified. Priority considerations international law over the Constitution of the Russian Federation come from a misunderstanding of some representatives of society. Russia is a sovereign state; it never ratifies an international act if it contradicts the Constitution. But as soon as this act is signed by Russia, it is impossible not to fulfill it, the speaker emphasized.


Doctor of Law, Professor of the Higher School of Law of the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University named after M.S. Narikbaeva (Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan) I.˚U.˚Aubakirova. She believes, and it is difficult to disagree with her, that government should be aimed at the common good. The topic of his speech was entitled "Constitutional Reform: Aims and Significance for the Russian State and Society (Socio-Political Aspect)". In his opinion, the Constitution needs to be reformed, but the ideas of socialism should prevail in it.

In total, more than 50 people spoke at the conference, representatives of the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, the University of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, representatives of the Republic of Belarus, the Luhansk People's Republic, students, undergraduates, graduate students.
