The results of the next All-Russian competition of children's creativity, traditionally held by the Educational Center "Gallery of Projects" and the publishing house of the magazine " Kindergarten future - gallery creative projects»On the eve of the New Year. The editorial board received wonderful drawings from contestants of different ages (from 3 to 11 years old). These were illustrations for New Year's, Christmas author's and Russian folk tales, illustrations for poems, films and cartoons of a fabulous New Year theme. The results of the competition are summed up by the decision of the jury and provide for the awarding of the title of the owner of the Grand Prix, three prizes - laureates (I, II, III degrees), diploma winners of three degrees with the presentation of appropriate diplomas and special prizes in each nomination.

By decision of the jury, the Grand Prix may not be awarded. The winner of the Grand Prix is ​​awarded a special prize of the competition-festival. On the recommendation of the jury, the best performers can be awarded with invitations to participate in other festival programs on preferential terms.

The jury does not take into account the material capabilities, social affiliations, nationalities and location of the contestants - only creativity on absolutely equal terms, in accordance with this regulation. The jury's decision is final and non-negotiable!

The jury has no right to disclose the results of the competition until the official announcement.

The participants are awarded on the day of the Gala Concert. It is impossible to receive diplomas and awards before and after the official award day! Cups and diplomas are not sent by mail!

The terms of participation:

In each nomination one competition number lasting up to 4 minutes. Participants are given the opportunity to participate in three nominations.

To participate in the competition, you must submit an application through the online form on the website and pay for its registration before the deadline for accepting applications.

Acceptance of applications ends 7 days before the start of the competition. ATTENTION! The organizing committee may suspend the acceptance of applications until the specified time!

A preliminary application for accommodation (hotel reservations) should be submitted at least 30 days before arrival, the final confirmation of the application for resettlement (payment) - at least 30 days before arrival.

After registration of the application, a list of the team is sent to the Organizing Committee in the form (data is required for all members of the delegation!)

It is necessary to have copies of birth certificates (passports) of all visitors.

Team leaders are responsible for the life and health of the participants, are responsible for the correct behavior of children and parents at the festival.

Travel of the participants and delivery of decorations, equipment and instruments is carried out at the expense of the participants of the competition. Participants perform with their own sets, costumes and props. The use of fireworks is prohibited!

Parents of collective members and individual performers, when submitting an application, automatically confirm their consent to the participation of their child in competitive events up to 24 hours inclusive.

Gross violations that entail injury, damage to property and violation of the festival schedule entail a fine or removal of the participant from the competition.

If necessary, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes and additions to the conditions of the competition.

Festival-competition program:

• Day 1 - Arrival of participants according to an individual schedule. 14.00 - check-in at the hotel. Meeting of leaders. Dinner.
• Day 2 - Breakfast. Competitive auditions for nominations. Dinner.
• Day 3 - Breakfast. Competitive auditions for nominations. Dinner. Gala Concert. Award Ceremony.
• Day 4 - Breakfast. Check-out of rooms until 12.00. Departure of participants according to an individual schedule.

If necessary, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes and additions to the conditions of the competition !!!

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

Travel expenses (travel, accommodation, meals) are paid by the sending party.

The target contribution is 8500 rubles per person, registration of the application is included 850 rubles / person.

Included in the price:

• registration of an application,
• hotel accommodation for 3 nights,
• meals (breakfast, dinner; on the day of arrival - dinner, on the day of departure breakfast),
• transfer according to the program,
• excursion program (excursion is provided on the day of arrival or departure),
• participation in one nomination,
• rewarding.

For a group of more than 15 people - each 16th place is provided free of charge.

Providing additional requirements for accommodation, meals (organization of meals), cultural and excursion programs, are negotiated individually, paid additionally. Accommodation for an additional day or a reduction in the length of stay is possible (in this case, check the size of the Target contribution with the Organizing Committee). The guaranteed check-in time at the hotel is 14.00, the check-out time is 12.00.

The organizing committee meets the team at the railway station (transport services are provided for groups of 15 people). The arrival date must be notified at least 7 days prior to arrival (only in this case a transfer is guaranteed). Meeting (seeing off) at the Kazan airport is carried out for an additional fee.

The organizing committee, at the request of the collective, sends additional invitations to sponsors and other persons wishing to go to the festival. When submitting an application, it is necessary to note that an invitation is required and indicate the full name of the organization and the name of the director / sponsor to whom the invitation is being submitted.

The registration fee for participation is:

• Solo, "Best Christmas Song" - 1,500 rubles, registration of an application is included 300 rubles.
• Duet, trio - 2,500 rubles, registration of the application is included 300 rubles / person.
• Collectives 4-6 people - 3500 rubles, registration of the application is included 350 rubles / application
• Collectives 7-14 people - 5,000 rubles, registration of the application is included 500 rubles / application
• Teams from 15 people. - 7,000 rubles, registration of the application is included 700 rubles / application
• Arts and crafts - 500 rubles. (2 works), registration of the application is included 100 rubles / application
• Vocal and choreographic composition - 3000 rubles, registration of the application is included 300 rubles / application

Additional nomination - 3000 rubles. for the team.

Disabled children, orphans are accepted for participation without payment! (Number of places is limited). It is mandatory to indicate in the application that the participant belongs to the preferential category.

PAYMENT ORDER

After submitting the application, participants will receive an invoice to pay for the registration of the application. Registration is paid strictly before the deadline for accepting applications and only to the current account. Further payments will be made after deducting the amount already paid.

For budgetary and departmental organizations payment of the rest of the cost is made to the account of the Organizing Committee after the invoice is issued. The amount of 30% must be transferred no later than 30 days before the start of the competition (seat reservation). In the column "Purpose of payment" it is obligatory to indicate the account number issued by the Organizing Committee of the festival. The remaining amount is transferred to the current account at the cash desk of the Organizing Committee no later than 5 days before the start of the event. Invoices are not issued at our festival, the original is offered - an invoice, an act of completed work, a contract.

All documents with a blue seal must be submitted to the Organizing Committee upon arrival !!!

Private persons pay the rest of the registration fee according to the receipt no later than 5 days before the start of the event. The original receipt is presented at registration of participants. The application is finally registered after receiving a copy of the payment document confirming the payment.

In case of early arrival of participants or delay of participants after the festival, it is necessary to pay for food and accommodation at the ticket office of the Organizing Committee immediately upon arrival at the festival. If the competitor refuses to participate for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the festival fee is not refundable. In case of refusal to participate in the festival-competition for valid reasons the previously paid cost is refunded targeted contribution minus the registration fee in the amount of 500 rubles per person (participant, leader, accompanying person).

All detailed information the program of the competition will be published 5 days before the opening of the festival.

The program of the competition, the schedule of rehearsals and performances will be sent to the participants to the e-mail addresses indicated in the applications as contact ones !!!
