2.3. The next qualification level, job category are assigned to employees of institutions based on the results of certification.

2.4. For positions, the size of salaries (official salaries) for which are not determined by these Regulations, salaries (official salaries) are established outside the Professional qualification groups(hereinafter referred to as the PCG) in accordance with the collective agreement, the local legal act of the institution, taking into account the grouping of positions of specialists by categories of various jobs that are equivalent.

2.5. Employees of institutions are provided with incentive and compensatory payments provided for in sections 5 and 6 of these Regulations.

2.6. Remuneration for part-time and part-time workers is made in proportion to the time worked or depending on the amount of work performed. Sizing wages according to the position (profession) occupied in the main job, as well as according to the position (profession) occupied in the order of part-time jobs, is carried out separately for each of the positions (professions).

In accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, base salaries (base official salaries) and base salaries of employees of state and municipal institutions are established by professional qualification groups. Vocational qualification groups are groups of professions of workers and positions of employees, formed taking into account the field of activity on the basis of the requirements for professional training and the level of qualifications that are necessary for the implementation of the relevant professional activity. In this regard, professional qualification groups for the positions of medical and pharmaceutical workers have been approved.

The positions of medical and pharmaceutical workers are divided into 4 professional qualification groups: medical and pharmaceutical personnel of the first level (nurse, housekeeper, packer, etc.); nursing and pharmaceutical personnel (nurse, midwife, paramedic, laboratory assistant, pharmacist, etc.); doctors and pharmacists; heads of structural units of institutions with higher medical and pharmaceutical education (specialist doctor, pharmacist).

The positions of medical and pharmaceutical workers included in one professional qualification group are structured according to the qualification levels of this professional qualification group, depending on the complexity of the work performed and the level of qualification required for the position.
