Fill out the questionnaire to the maximum, indicate in it everything that may affect the customer's decision to choose you as the contractor.

If you have any questions, there is a forum on the exchange. There is also an online chat, but from my own experience I will say that it is not worth asking newbies there, it is better to do it on the forum. In the chat, venerable copywriters can laugh at your first attempts, and after all, not everyone, after ridicule, will decide to continue working.

In the left side column in the "Orders" section, look for the "Order Search" button. By clicking on it, you will be taken to a new page, it is here that you will look for tasks that suit you. Choose the type of work - copyright, rewriting, SEO-text, translation. Set acceptable price boundaries for you and go in search of orders. When you have found something suitable, click the "Apply" button. Do not send empty applications - write at least a couple of words why the customer should choose you as a contractor. For example, "entrust me with the task, and I will not deceive your expectations" or something like that. But be extremely careful: if, by submitting an application, you have already made a dozen mistakes, it will be difficult to convince the customer that you will write the perfect test.

How to write an article?

So, you have applied for the task you like. You received a notification that it was you who were appointed by the customer for this order as the executor.

Attention!!! Do not start writing an article until you receive this notification! The customer receives many applications from different performers, and he can choose a completely different copywriter as the performer for this order.

So, you have been chosen as a custom-made contractor. Now what? Open the Google or Yandex search engine, enter the main key from the task into the search box (about the keys - below). Thousands of articles are given to you on this topic. You read the first few of them, collect information and then present the topic in your own words, while maintaining the meaning. This is copywriting.

If on assignment you need to rewrite an article, then one specific source article is taken, and each of its sentences is stated in its own words, without losing its general meaning. The customer can give an article as a source code, or he can offer to find it for you.

We will also talk about text formatting below.

Attention, advice !!! When you write an article, save it as you write every 10-15 minutes. Anything can happen: maybe, for example, they turn off the light, and you will lose everything you have already written. Save your nerves and work - save the text often!

Check the finished article for the presence of keys, errors, uniqueness (about everything - below). Save the file and send the file through special form delivery of the order.

The better you write, the more you earn

Before starting work, I would advise you to rummage around the net, look for rules for the design of articles, read the blogs of famous copywriters. There are many nuances here that you must pay attention to. Without knowing them, you can make a mess and get a lot of negative reviews - this will close your way for further work.

The logic of the article

The article should look like: introduction, main part, conclusion. The customer can specify how many occurrences of the key he wants to see in each section. For example, in the first 200 characters of the text, there is 1 direct occurrence of the key. What are keys? This is complex topic, let's talk about this separately.

Key, keyword

A key is a phrase or word that must be used in the text a specified number of times. Usually the customer asks for it to be allocated bold.

How do I fit keys into the text? There are two options:

- you can immediately compose sentences so as to enter the key

- after the text is written, change the number of phrases specified in the assignment so that, without changing the meaning, insert the key into them.

It is impossible to use the key in the text less times than indicated in the assignment. More, if it fits logically, then it is possible, but you cannot overdo it with it. It is quite possible that the customer will not like this, as it is called "spamming".

Direct occurrence of a key is when a key (i.e. a phrase or word) is entered without change in the form (case, number, gender) in which it is given. You cannot change the key, even if the key is curved or with an error, this is called "direct entry". If the key is already very clumsy (for example, a Moscow car), but it needs to be written exactly as it is - without changing it, then you can put a comma, for example, make a sentence like

If you need a car, Moscow is not a very suitable place for such a purchase.

For example, I ask that the first direct occurrence be at the beginning of the text, in the first 200 characters. The rest - by meaning, are evenly scattered throughout the text (i.e. the keys cannot be entered one after another - they must be evenly spaced throughout the text). The customer can indicate how many times the main key can be used in an indirect entry (i.e. in a changed number, gender, case, with insertions of other words). He can also give additional keys, in addition to the main one, and indicate how many times and in what form they should be used in the text.

Remember that SEO - texts (i.e. with keywords) are more expensive, value your work.

1. Divide the articles into logical parts - paragraphs of 8-12 lines. Nobody is interested in reading diapers of text in several pages. We do a paragraph - two clicks with the ENTER key.

2. It is good if the text contains subheadings (with main keys), labeling or numbering (that is, 1 ... 2 ... 3 ...), tables.

3. The red line (indentation) is not necessary.

4. Try to avoid introductory words whenever possible, they are also called stop words (and not without reason!).

5. It is also not necessary to use diminutive suffixes such as "baby", "stroller", etc.

6. It is advisable to make sentences as short and easy to understand as possible.

7. If you want to express one thought, break it down into several simple sentences.

Uniqueness

A unique article is a text that has never been published on the Internet before. The ETXT exchange has a program for checking the uniqueness of the text, you can download it in the left menu in the "Services" section - "Check for uniqueness"... The program, as usual, is installed on the computer and runs without additional settings. Alternative program - Advego... Be sure to check with the customer what% of uniqueness he needs, and with what program he will check it.

If the article has not passed the anti-plagiarism test, no one will accept such work from you. The uniqueness according to ETXT anti-plagiarism should be at least 98%, and even better 100%. Otherwise, it turns out that you copied someone else's work. The customer, having posted such an article on his site, runs a great risk - his site will simply be blocked for copy-paste.

How to increase the% of uniqueness? Try to change the phrase so that the meaning is not lost, and the program does not find repetitions. In fact, this is a serious question, there are many nuances involved. I am now describing everything very briefly. If you are seriously interested in copywriting, it is worth exploring this issue deeper.

Article sizes

Now about the size of the articles. Customers themselves indicate the size of articles they need by the number of characters. To check the length of the article, go to the Word in the lower left corner in the "Number of words" tab. A window will open in which you will see how many words are in your text, how many characters it contains, including spaces and without spaces. Some particularly economical customers do not want to pay for passes and immediately indicate the size of the article without spaces in the order, be careful.

To submit an article with less than the required number of characters is not allowed, more - please, but keep in mind that you will hardly be paid extra for extra characters. Although, as a rule, the customer will always note for himself how well the work was done (he can put you on the white or black list, respectively). Extra symbols for you will only be a plus and an incentive for the customer to give you an order again.

Checking for errors in the text

Word has a built-in function for checking spelling errors. The F7 key in Word checks for errors - grammatical (for rules), commas, omissions (spelling errors will be underlined with a red wavy line, and punctuation - with green). If your text does not check errors, and nothing is underlined, then the spelling checker function in Word must be enabled.

We leave only one gap between the words - be careful and do not make unnecessary gaps (this is considered a mistake). Punctuation marks are put like this - for example,

- we, we (after the word there is no gap, comma, gap, second word).

It's the same with exclamation marks, question marks, periods. Unnecessary omissions are also considered a blunder here.

Don't confuse a dash and a hyphen.

Quotes and brackets are placed around text (like so)... Well, I won't write about commas, style and grammar - remember the rules, check it yourself. Google and Yandex will help you.

Remember, the F7 key does not show all errors - you have to think with your head. If there are a lot of errors, articles will be returned to you for revision until you fix everything. The job may not be accepted, and even a negative review will be written, and this should be avoided by all means.

Beware of scammers!

As elsewhere, there are people on the stock exchange who want to profit at someone else's expense. In other words, get the text from you and not pay for it. Remember the rule:

Never send a job privately to a customer. This is a fraud. The order will be taken, but the money will not be paid. Then, of course, you can prove your case through arbitration - but why? If it is already specified in the rules, submit the finished article only as a result of the completed order by filling out a special form.

Job rates

Payment is calculated based on the cost of 1 thousand characters of text (try typing a thousand characters of text in Word, this is about 1/3 of a Word page). Please note, as mentioned above, that the order immediately indicates whether the text is paid for with spaces or without them.

Most likely, beginners will have to write for some time at 15-30 rubles per thousand characters (slang - 15-30 rubles / kilo). SEO-texts, poems and translations are an order of magnitude higher.

Experienced copywriters charge an average of 100 rubles per thousand characters and more for their work. Those. for example, an article of 3 thousand characters (this is the size of one Word sheet) will cost the customer about 300 rubles and more. Cool copywriters have rates for selling texts that allow them to live comfortably and feel like a freelance elite). But before that you need to grow and gain experience.

To write an article with 3 thousand characters, an experienced copywriter will take at most an hour. So now calculate your possible income. If in an hour you write an article of 3 thousand characters at 15 rubles / thousand, then an hour of your work will cost 45 rubles.

On the day of such orders, you can take as much as you decide for yourself, how much you will keep up. For example, if you write 10 thousand characters for 15 rubles per day, then your daily income will be 150 rubles, and your monthly income will be 4500 even at first. And if the orders are not 15 rubles, but 50? And if 100? Have you counted? That's the same. Now you understand that everything depends only on you, your patience, desire to learn and efficiency.

Withdrawal of earned funds

Artist rating

Rating is a kind of numerical indicator of the level of professionalism and experience. Both performers and customers have a rating. It is clear that the higher the rating, the more trust you have, the more expensive orders you will be trusted. However, from my own experience, I can say that you can often find performers with thousands of ratings on the exchanges who send complete rubbish. Conversely, low-ranked newbies sometimes submit excellent, easy-to-read, and literate articles. The same goes for customers. That is, in this case, the rating, as they say, "trust, but verify."

The rating is calculated as follows: for example, an order costs 30 rubles. When you hand over the completed work, the customer will accept it, after 3 hours 30 rubles will fall on your account - minus the percentage of the exchange. 3 units will be added to your rating. It is rounded up on the principle to 5 downwards, after 5 upwards, i.e. if the order costs 24 rubles, then 2 units will be added to the rating, and if 26 - then 3.

Attention!!! If you take the order to work, and then refuse, or the customer himself removes you from the order, then the rating will drop by -30 !!! Therefore, NEVER refuse an order! Better not to take it if you are not sure that you can complete it, but do not refuse. Otherwise, your rating will be downgraded (at your initial stage, it will become negative). And this will close you access to all more or less paid orders.

Deadline for delivery

Make it a rule once and for all - to hand over the work on time. Never miss a due date - this is very important. Not all customers are loyal and add time at the request of the contractor. Some, if the article is not submitted on time, simply remove you from the order. Then you can no longer add the text. You will no longer receive the money, and your rating will drop. It is useless to ask such customers for a delay or extension. Therefore, in order not to run into trouble, it is better to immediately accustom yourself to hand over orders on time.

Mastery levels

In your account in the left side column there is a section "Mastery levels". What it is? This is a free test task, which is checked by the philologists of the exchange. As a result of the test in best case you can get 3 stars. This is a great recommendation for customers about your professionalism, even more valuable recommendation than a high rating. But from my own experience, I will say that getting at least one star is a great success. By what criteria are the texts assessed - "the secret of the firm", as they say. Even after the proofreading of my text by two philologists, I, as a performer, was given only one star.

Stars can be obtained separately for rewriting, copyright and SEO copyright (i.e. working with keys), translations. But I would not recommend starting with this. Better to practice on a dozen articles - settle down a little, get to know everything. The test task can be taken and retried as many times as you like and when it is convenient for you (in my opinion, with a week's break - I don’t remember exactly).

So try it, maybe your result will be better? I must say that it is not necessary to pass the test task - you will have orders anyway. But the presence of "stars" will significantly increase the credibility of you as a performer.

    How do I delete my account?

    You can only delete an account that has no activity history. If any actions have been taken on an account, it is impossible to delete it from the Exchange - you can only block it.     How do I change my password?

    The password must match the rules:

    "White" and "black" lists are created for the convenience of users.
    You can add to the whitelist, for example, Artists with whom you liked to collaborate. In the future, the Customer will be able to place orders that are available for viewing and submitting applications only for the Executors of his white list, or give individual orders to its participants. If the Customer has a block of users on the site displayed at the bottom of the page, then users from the white list will be highlighted in color.     The "Black List" is a kind of filter for users with whom you would not like to work. Executors added by the Customer to the blacklist will never be able to apply for his orders. Blacklisting from Customers whose account has been blocked is not recorded in the statistics.
    Attention!!! You can add any user to the blacklist, even those with whom you have never worked or even communicated. So in some cases, the blacklist is not an indicator, for example, of the Contractor's qualifications, who could be in an emergency not only for refusing an order, ugly style, poor-quality work, many unsuccessful improvements, errors in the text from the author's portfolio, but also for refusal from cooperation, disrespectful attitude towards other users, negative comment on the order.
    The Exchange administration plans to refine the emergency and BS functionality.

    When filling out the form, try to describe the situation as accurately as possible.

    If you are submitting an application on the topic "Working with an order", provide the name of the order and the login of the contractor / customer (or the address of the order if there are several orders with the same name). Do not send the text of the completed work. The moderator has access to view the results of the work sent for review on the order, including the previous revisions, as well as the customer's comments written when the order was sent for revision. If the question is related to the ordering interface and you cannot find an option, please send a screenshot.

    When conflict situation with another user, provide quotes from the full text of the correspondence with the user from private chat, the name of the joint order that caused the conflict, and other necessary data in order to present a complete picture of the events that took place.
    In case of refusal from the purchased article, give the reason for refusal: the address of the web page on which the original article was found or matching fragments from the text, quotations of the text containing errors, or describe the reason for refusing the article.

    In the application for disputing the review, please send the name of the order for which you received negative review, the full text of the correspondence with the customer from private.

    If you are a customer and want to refuse the services of the contractor who is fulfilling the order for you, give the reason for the refusal, support it with quotes from the text or specify exactly which requirements specified in the description of the order the contractor did not fulfill. If the text is of low uniqueness, send the address of the page where matches were found and the percentage of matches.

    If the moderator asks leading questions in the application, write the answer in the same application - do not create a new application.

And just recently I got into a conversation with a colleague - she is studying to be a criminalist - a psychologist. Can you imagine? And he moonlights on the Etxt exchange. Considering that I know her quite well, I decided to give her the floor on my blog and she will tell you how to earn several "stars" on this content exchange (here are instructions for it) and improve at least the "rewriting" qualification at the initial stage. Will only rant on the topic - I promise!

How I stepped on a text rake

I'll start with a quick background story so that you understand what the secret is!

When I stuck my face on the stock exchange, my personal messages were torn from customer suggestions. I will say for those who have not registered yet - you will also have it.

The payment was ridiculous - 5p / 1000 symbols. And you know what? I took these orders and was happy at first.

Then it was decided to take on a task to improve rewriting skills. Fortunately, there is no need to think about what to write about. The topic can be selected from the list presented on the exchange.

I wrote, checked, sent. A day later, a letter came - the qualification level was NOT raised. I think, “Okay. I'll try again in two weeks. " When the time came, I took on another assignment. After the moderators were sent to the court, she shook like an aspen leaf. And again failure, fiasco, FATAL ERROR.

Do you think you dropped your hands? NO. How am I (or you) worse than other performers who have orange stars on their pages for every job? Nothing, maybe even better.

Now the whole point

After the discovery, the thought flashed: “Oh, horror! Experienced copywriters are degrading! ”, But then it became clear that they are real cunning. Short sentences - minimum commas. Namely on these squiggles the moderators pay the closest attention.

And now, the third attempt. Rewriting assignment, topic: "Properties of stretch ceilings". I ask you to read the screenshot and see in what form the tasks are sometimes given.

Well, isn't it lovely? A very nice sheet. And you need to make a beautiful article out of it. So let's earn stars by rewriting! How? Let's look at my example.

Boring but necessary rules

  • high uniqueness (from 90% for eTXT);
  • no mistakes - spelling / stylistic / grammatical;
  • the length of the finished text (minimum - 1800 characters with spaces). But for each work it is indicated individually.

These requirements are basic and must be fulfilled! Now, let's slowly and thoughtfully read the sample text above. This is for later drawing up a plan. Have you studied? Ok, let's move on.

Divide and collect

This bed sheet is 3500 bp characters long, and the minimum of a finished article on the assignment is 2500 with spaces... We will shorten the text, but first make a plan:

  1. Introduction - blue.
  2. Installation and properties of stretch ceilings - yellow.
  3. The colors are green.
  4. Benefits - not highlighted.
  5. Foreign manufacturers - gray.
  6. Russian manufacturers - dark gray.
  7. The short conclusion is pink.

Now the text is split in meaning. It's time to start writing an article. What did you think? Let's get a little bit stirred up.

A very useful practice

Are you ready for work and defense? Then we will come up with a title (you can do this after writing the article) and start processing the introduction. The sentences there are too complex, they need to be simplified.

Is it clear how? Concise, simple and informative. Let's go to the next item, which is highlighted in yellow. The task is more difficult - the thought in the text is broken, but it doesn't matter. Now we will put it together so as not to lose its meaning.

Item "colors" highlighted in green, consists of one long sentence. Let's break it down into a few short ones.

And here are ours, i.e. ceiling benefits. There are quite a few of them, but you need to highlight the most basic ones and arrange them with a list. And add the rest at the end of the block.

Attention! In test work, there must be at least one sentence before and after the list. It's beautiful!

Manufacturers are also designated by a list. One of the ceiling properties has been added at the end of this block. As you can see, the article looks boring due to the lack of a lot of stop words that give the text liveliness. But we don't need it for fun.

And the very last block - domestic manufacturers and a brief conclusion.

It is difficult to get stars. They find fault with every little thing: an extra space, a comma in the wrong place, a speech defect - absolutely everything is verified.

You need to get a minimum "Initial level". A new test task is allowed to take 5 days after the previous one has been submitted. Write test papers until you grab at least one star.

There is a huge chasm between "Beginner" and "No qualifications". You are convinced of this after the first month of work as a customer. There is one star - it means excellent spelling, punctuation close to ideal, structured speech, no typos. "Without qualifications" - the opposite is true: a bunch of typos, spelling mistakes, with commas in general, it's a disaster.

Write articles simple language, make short sentences, do not complicate them with isolated circumstances and definitions, direct speech, do not write introductory words, etc. - then it will be easier to get an asterisk.

If targeting medium or high level- everything is more complicated here. It is necessary to write a lively text that will be pleasant to read.

The lack of basic knowledge of the Russian language can be seen in any article from the first paragraphs. If you do not distinguish between verbs, and you passed the test 100% - you cannot avoid negative feedback, completely ruin your reputation.

Based on the examples of texts in the portfolio, the customer will determine your level of proficiency in the word, style. To add articles to your portfolio, click Add Portfolio.

If you write articles on different topics- show the breadth of your horizons in your portfolio. Add at least one article from each topic.

Rating
