Legislative framework

Relying on article 129 Labor Code RF and the provisions of the Government Decree "On the introduction of new systems of remuneration ..." dated 05.082008 No. 583, teachers' salaries from December 1, 2008 will be formed from the following parts:

  • base rate;
  • compensation payments;
  • incentive surcharges.

The concept of "base rate" includes the calculation of labor, which depends on several factors: qualifications and working off the number of hours taken. Compensation is paid based on working conditions... The criteria and amount of incentives are clearly formulated in the business papers of a separate institution (kindergarten, school, gymnasium, lyceum).

Incentive payments are formed in accordance with a similar list, based on the order of the Ministry of Health and social development RF dated December 29, 2007 No. 818 "On approval of the list of types of incentive payments ...":

The main payment criteria are established and prescribed by each educational institution separately, but when working on a document, you must follow the terms of the law. Order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia dated 04.26.2013 No. 167n recommends setting requirements individually for each teacher in labor document... The list for teachers is specified in the letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated 20.06.2013 No. AP-1073/02.

Conditions for obtaining

We have already mentioned that the list of conditions is developed by the management, based on the requirements of the Labor Code.

Scorecard - how it works

The accrual of an allowance for a qualification category for hours worked in excess of the established norm of hours for the wage rate is possible if this condition is stipulated in a collective agreement, agreement or other local normative act OU. The salary is 3278 rubles. The wage rate, taking into account the allowance for work in rural areas: 3278 rubles. * 1.25 = 4097.5 rubles.

Further, a stimulating payment can be established for this teacher, if there is a reason. If, even after the establishment of incentive payments, the salary of this teacher is less than the minimum wage, then it is necessary to bring it to the minimum wage (4330). The official salary is 3589 rubles. The salary rate, taking into account the increasing coefficients for the qualification category and the academic degree, is equal to:

3589 RUB * 1.255 * 1.08 = 4864.5 rubles. where
