Form 3-farmer All legal entities - small businesses, whose main activity is agricultural activity (in accordance with the All-Russian Classifier of Species economic activity(OKVED) codes 01.1, 01.2, 01.3, 01.4). The specified statistical report must also be submitted by peasant (farmer) farms and individuals engaged in agricultural entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity, having a livestock of farm animals.

Form 3-farmer was approved by Order of the Federal State Statistics Service of September 17, 2010 N 319.

In the code part of the form, the code is mandatory All-Russian classifier enterprises and organizations (OKPO) on the basis of the Notice of assignment of the OKPO code issued (sent) territorial bodies Rosstat.
The form shows products and livestock belonging to both the peasant (farm) economy and personally to the head and members of the farm.

For individuals, the livestock population is reflected at the location of the livestock, regardless of the place of permanent residence of the head of the farm.

The production of livestock and poultry for slaughter / in weight of livestock / (line 01) should include all sales for meat, as well as the consumption of slaughtered cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, rabbits, horses, poultry (including ostriches and pheasants), camels, deer. The sale of young livestock and poultry for further rearing is not included in this indicator.

The line "Milk milked" includes all actually milked milk from cows, buffaloes, goats, ewes, mares, including milk consumed for feeding young animals. Milk sucked by young animals with their sucking content, in gross production does not turn on.

Line 08 "including cattle" shows milk produced from all cows available at the beginning of the reporting year and received during that year, as well as from first-calf cows.

Line 09 "Received eggs from poultry of all types" shows the total number of eggs received on the farm for the reporting year from all types of poultry (chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, guinea fowls, quails) belonging to the farm, including the loss of eggs (fight, spoilage, etc.), and eggs used for hatching young animals by hens or in an incubator.

Line 10 indicates the number chicken eggs obtained from laying hens belonging to the holding. This line does not include eggs purchased or obtained externally for incubation and other purposes.

Line 11 "Received wool and hair of animals" includes all actually clipped wool from sheep, hair (fine and coarse) of goats, camels, including wool and hair used for on-farm needs, as well as the loss of received wool and hair during storage and transportation.

Line 13 "Bee honey received" shows the actual amount of honey removed from the hives.

Rows 14 - 17 reflect data on the number of livestock and poultry raised, determined as the sum of livestock, growth of young stock and weight gain of fattening livestock, as well as weight gain from raising livestock and poultry in household farms under contracts received during the reporting period, minus weight fallen cattle and poultry.

Lines 20-40 show the actual number of farm animals available on the holding at the end of the reporting period.

According to lines 38 - 39, the number of meat herd horses, of which mares, stands out from the total number of horses. These include horses of the Altai, Bashkir, Buryat, Kazakh, Kushum, Tuvinian, Yakut and other local breeds of meat herd horses and their crossbreeds with factory breeds raised for slaughter for meat.

On line 45, all calves, piglets, lambs and kids born alive from queens belonging to the farm are recorded in the corresponding columns.

Along with the total number of calves born, piglets (indicated on line 45), line 46 shows the number of calves received only from cows, piglets - from main sows.

Row 47 reflects all animals that actually died and died during the reporting period (from fires, natural disasters, etc.), regardless of age, including fallen and deceased young animals born in the current year, as well as fallen livestock purchased from outside.

This line also includes forcedly slaughtered livestock, the meat of which was not used for food or was used only for fodder for livestock, as well as live livestock sold specifically for use as junk.

On line 48, the number of head of livestock purchased by the organization (farm) from peasant (farm) farms is recorded, individual entrepreneurs, the population, other organizations, received from their employees in the order of compensation for the fallen, perished or disappeared through their fault, public cattle.

On line 49, the number of livestock given free of charge to members of their farm is given in the order additional payment labor, as well as livestock issued as assistance to individual members of the economy, livestock sold on the market, suitable for further reproduction. Lines 50 - 59 provide information on the sale of livestock products own production both on its territory and abroad, through all distribution channels: processing organizations and organizations wholesale trade(canneries, meat processing plants, dairies, oil mills, separator stations, processing units of agricultural organizations), consumer cooperation, on the market; products donated, given in payment for services, in wages to employees are also taken into account.

When filling in data on individual products, agricultural raw materials of own production are also taken into account, which are used for the production of sold processed products (butter, cottage cheese, etc.).

Line 60 indicates:

• for legal entities- the average number of employees for the reporting year, which is determined taking into account all employees, including those working under civil law contracts or part-time, taking into account the actual hours worked, employees of representative offices, branches and other separate divisions of the enterprise. The indicator is filled in only for the organization as a whole;
• for peasant (farm) households - the average number of members of a peasant (farm) economy and employees (permanent; employed for a certain period or performing a certain amount of work; performing temporary, seasonal or casual work);
• for individuals engaged in agricultural entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity - the average number of employees (permanent; hired for a certain period or performing a certain amount of work; performing temporary, seasonal or casual work).

On lines 61 - 67, the consumption and availability of compound feed is shown in terms of feed units... Conversion to feed units is carried out according to the data of the laboratory study of feed, confirmed by the relevant documents, and in the absence of this information - according to the data of the feed nutritional value reference books.

In line 67, all feed available at the reporting date in the agricultural organization (including purchased) and allocated for all livestock and poultry belonging to the farm are taken into account. The amount of feed also includes feed insurance funds and feed purchased and left over from the previous year, regardless of where they are stored.

Guidelines for Completing the Federal Statistical Observation Form

Information on the Appendix to Form N 1-CX (balance sheet) is provided by legal entities engaged in the purchase, storage, processing of grain and other operations with grain, except for agricultural producers.

The legal entity fills out this form and submits it to the territorial office of Rosstat at the place of its location.

If a legal entity has separate subdivisions - this form is filled out both for each separate subdivision and for a legal entity without these separate subdivisions.

Separate subdivision of an organization - any subdivision geographically separate from it, at the location of which stationary workplaces are equipped. Confession a separate subdivision organization, such is carried out regardless of whether its creation is reflected or not reflected in the constituent or other organizational and administrative documents of the organization, and on the powers that are vested in the specified unit. On the form of the form containing information on a separate subdivision of a legal entity, the name of the separate subdivision and the legal entity to which it belongs is indicated.

On the line "Postal address" the name of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, legal address with postal code shall be indicated; if the actual address does not coincide with the legal address, then the actual (postal) address is also indicated; for separate divisions that do not have a legal address, a postal address with a postal code is indicated.

The legal entity puts down the OKPO code in the code part of the form on the basis of the Notice of assignment of the OKPO code sent (issued) to enterprises by the territorial bodies of Rosstat.

In the case of delegation of authority to provide statistical reporting on behalf of a legal entity to a separate subdivision, a separate subdivision in the code part of the form indicates the OKPO code (for a branch) or an identification number (for a separate subdivision that does not have the status of a branch), which is established by the territorial body of Rosstat at the location a separate subdivision.

Group 4 reflects total amount grain used for processing. Column 5 shows the volumes of grain processed for flour, cereals, in column 6 - for compound feed, chicken, feed flour and other feed products, in column 7 - for other products: for alcohol, beer, starch and other types.

Data for column 4 is equal to the sum of data for 5, 6 and 7 columns for all rows.

Column 8 "Availability at the end of the reporting period" reflects all the grain available at the enterprise at the end of the reporting period, regardless of the sources of education (state resources, insurance funds, varietal seeds, exchange transactions, etc.), including grain, deposited by third parties other than agricultural producers. Column 9 reflects the presence of grain at the end of the corresponding period of the last year. Grain of agricultural producers stored in organizations that purchase, store and process grain is not taken into account in the Appendix to Form N 1-CX (balance sheet).

Line 01 for all columns reflects the volume of processed grain and its availability at the end of the period, taking into account the grain of those types that are not indicated in the form.

IMPORTANT! If Russian company several branches, then the "1-farmer" form will have to be filled out not only for the whole company, but also separately for each of its separate divisions.

Companies that have branches or other structural units located at different addresses, the statistics in question should be submitted to Rosstat at the location of each such unit, and a single report on the company as a whole should be submitted to Rosstat at the place of operation of the head unit.

What information is indicated on the "1-farmer" form?

When filling form 1-farmer it is important to consider the following main points:

1. Correctly prescribe the details of the reporting entity: if the summary refers as a whole to the company, you must specify its details. If statistics are generated for a branch, then you should register information about this unit.
2. The main informative information that the subjects should reflect in the form under consideration characterizes the volume of crops that the business executive is engaged in. In particular, information on the total area occupied by crops for the current year must be indicated. This provides a breakdown by groups of crops planted.

So, in the considered statistical form you must provide the following information:

• Show what areas of agricultural land (in hectares) were sown with winter crops in general, as well as what areas of them were used for growing wheat, barley, etc. (lines 1-5 of the report).
• Indicate information on the death of a part of the planned winter crop in the autumn-winter or spring period (lines 6-8).

IMPORTANT! Information on the death of winter crops in the statistics "1-farmer" must coincide with the information recorded by the relevant primary acts.

• Bring the net area of ​​crops preserved by the end of spring sowing. It is the total planted area, reduced by the amount of dead crops indicated above (lines 9-13).
• Report information (lines 14-43) on the area planted with spring crops, disaggregated by specific species (in particular, rye, barley, oats, corn, etc.).
• Next, you should record information about what areas are occupied by potatoes and vegetables (cabbage, beets, carrots, onions), in lines 44-54.

Instructions for completing Form N 1-Farmer

1. Information on the form of federal statistical observation N 1-farmer is provided by legal entities - small enterprises whose main activity is agricultural activity (in accordance with the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities (OKVED) codes 01.1, 01.2, 01.3, 01.4); peasant (farming) households, as well as individuals engaged in agricultural entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity, having agricultural crops.

Bankrupt organizations, on which bankruptcy administration was introduced, are not exempt from providing information in this form. Only after the determination arbitration court on the completion in relation to the organization of bankruptcy proceedings and the entry into the unified state register of legal entities of an entry on its liquidation (clause 3 of article 149 Federal law dated 26.10.2002 N 127-FZ "On insolvency (bankruptcy)") the debtor organization is considered liquidated and is exempted from providing information in this form.

4. The form shows the actual total size of crops for the harvest of the current year with the allocation of groups and individual crops. Crops of agricultural crops plowed for green manure (green manure crops) are not included in the cropped areas by crops and in the total cropped area.

5. Lines 6 - 10 show the areas of preserved winter crops - the areas sown in the fall of last year, excluding those killed in the autumn-winter period, as well as during the sowing of spring crops. Sowings that have been re-sown with spring crops are considered to be dead, as well as completely dead, although not re-sown. Sparse crops are not considered dead.

6. In the section "Spring crops sown", the entire area sown with spring crops is shown only for the current year's harvest, including spring crops that were sown on the areas of winter crops used before reporting for green fodder, silage and grazing. 8. Row 60 shows the sowing of lawn grasses of both the current year and previous years, intended for growing sod (rolled lawn), including the areas from which the sod was removed by the reporting date. For small values, it is allowed to write a number with three decimal places after the decimal point.

9. Row 61 shall reflect the undercover crops of perennial grasses produced by over-sowing grass seeds in the spring or autumn of last year on areas occupied by winter or spring cereals and legumes. Undercover grasses do not occupy an independent area and are not included in the total sown area.

10. Line 65 indicates:
