Manufacturing process documentation. Eat. types of technological documents. Operating sketches. Requirements for operational sketches

Technological documentation.

A technological document is a document that, separately or in combination with other documents, defines a technological process or operation for repairing a product. A set of technological documents necessary and sufficient for implementation technological process or operation, is a kit. It contains a title page, a list of technological documents, sketch maps, technological maps and statements of tooling, equipment, materials, etc.

Documents for technological processes are drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the ESTD standards. The main technological documents are common and special purpose.

To documents common appointments include: title page (TL), sketch map (CE) and technological instructions (TI).

To documents special assignments - various operational (OK) and route (MC) maps, picking maps (QC), which contain information about the nomenclature and quantity composition of the product, and statements (technological documents (VTD), tooling (VO), parts (VD), etc. .).

Technological documents are divided into text and graphic.

Text documents contain mostly solid text or text divided into columns, sections and subsections. The following types of descriptions of technological processes are used in terms of the degree of detail: route, operational and route-operational. The route description of the technological process includes an abbreviated description of all technological operations in the route map in the sequence of their execution without indicating transitions and technological modes. The operational description assumes a complete description of all technological operations in the sequence of their execution, indicating the transitions and technological modes. Route-operational description includes an abbreviated description of technological operations in the route map in the sequence of their execution from full description individual operations in other technological documents. When developing technological repair processes, their route-operational description is mainly used.

Graphic documents containing an image of the product serve as visual additional information to text documents to illustrate the actions performed. Graphic documents include sketches of products, images of installations and positions, kinematic, electrical and hydraulic diagrams, graphs, etc.

The image of the product in the sketch contains dimensions, their maximum deviations, designations of roughness, bases, supports and supporting-clamping devices necessary for performing operations. Products on sketches are depicted in a working position during an operation. All dimensions or structural elements are numbered with Arabic numerals. The surfaces to be treated are outlined with a line of double thickness. Size numbers are put down in a circle with a diameter of 6 .. .8 mm and connected to the dimension or extension line. The numbers are put down clockwise, starting from the upper left of the sketch. In this case, the values of the dimensions and maximum deviations of the processed surface in the text of the content of the operation are not indicated.

The technological document contains information about the type and model of the equipment used, the sequence of operations and transitions, the bases and methods of installing products, fixtures and tools. It defines measures for labor protection, assigned technological modes, calculated material and labor standards.

The impacts on the repaired object are recorded in the technological sequence of operations and transitions. Operations are numbered with the numbers of a series of arithmetic progression (5, 10, 15, etc.), it is allowed to add zeros to the numbers on the left, transitions - with numbers of natural numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.), and the settings - with capital letters of Russian alphabet (A, B, C, etc.) Roman numerals are used to indicate positions and axes.

When describing technological processes, information is entered line by line. To describe the technological process in the route map, a number of line types are provided, each of which has its own service symbol.

The lines are divided into graphs by vertical straight line segments 0.5 ... 1.5 mm long. For different documents, columns of different lengths are provided, which are numbered. The document takes the structure of a table. Service symbols conventionally express the composition of information placed in columns of this type strings.

In technological documents for each operation, labor safety requirements in accordance with GOST 3.1120-83 must be given with references to those in force on this enterprise labor protection instructions(IOT), the relevant requirements of the SSBT standards, sanitary norms and rules and other documents.

Technological unification- this is the rationale for the minimum number of similar technological processes. The continuity of technical solutions reduces the variety of processes, equipment and tooling, eliminates duplication of work in the technological preparation of production, reduces its labor intensity and duration, expands the scale of dissemination of progressive tools and processes, implements a resource-saving policy and ensures production flexibility.

Depending on the number of products under consideration and the generality of their features, documents are developed for single, standard and group technological processes.

Unit the process refers to a product of the same name, standard size and performance, regardless of the type of production.

Typical the process is characterized by the unity of the content and sequence of most of the technological operations and transitions for groups of structurally similar products. Process design is based on the classification of parts. The class represents many details related to the generality of technological problems.

Group the processing process establishes the same processing methods with the use of quickly readjustable means of technological equipment for groups of workpieces with common design and technological features.

The fundamental difference between the last two types of processes from each other is that typical processes are characterized by a common sequence and content of operations when restoring a typical group of parts, and group processing is characterized by a commonality of equipment and tooling when performing separate operations or when restoring a group of dissimilar parts.

Stages of development of technological documentation.

At the development stage with the letter "P" perform:

  • study of technological documentation of manufacturing plants;
  • research of ways to restore or repair products or familiarization with previously developed methods;
  • selection of technological bases;
  • determination of the order of operations;
  • purpose and content of control operations.

At the stage of developing documentation with the letter "A" for the installation series, at the stage of mastering the repair of a new model product, the technological processes are corrected with the issuance terms of reference for the design of equipment, fixtures and special tools.

At the stage of development of documentation with the letter "B" for the established serial or mass production type, the documentation with the letter "A" is corrected and finally approved in production and fully equipped technological processes.

Any technological process can exist in two forms: in the form of a set of certain actions of people and technological equipment and in the form of a set of documents defining these actions.

The technological process as a set of documents is recorded on special forms. The rules for processing technological documentation are established by the standards of the Unified System for Technological Documentation (ESTD), according to which documents are divided into types and executed strictly in a specific form. Technological documents include graphic and text documents, which separately or in the aggregate determine the technological process of manufacturing a product and contain the necessary data for organizing production. Graphic documents include sketch maps, text documents - routing and picking maps, a technological process map, an operational map, a tooling list, etc.

Sketch map(FE) contains sketches, diagrams and tables and is intended to explain the execution of a technological process, operation or transition of manufacturing or repairing a product, including its control and movement.

Route Map(MK), designed for route and route operational description technological process, is a mandatory document disclosing the content of the technological process by operations. Information in the MC is entered line by line in the technological sequence of operations. The MK route map is the main document of the technological process.

Picking card(QC) is mandatory only for technological processes in which assembly work is present, and contains comprehensive information about parts and assembly units that must be submitted to the workplace to perform assembly operations. Information in the QC is entered operationally in the order of the operations in the MC.

Process map(KTP, KTPR - repair technological process map) is intended for an operational description of the technological process of manufacturing or repairing a product in a technological sequence for all operations of one type of shaping, processing, assembly or repair, indicating transitions, technological modes, and data on technological equipment, material and labor costs.

Operating card(OK) contains a description of the technological operation with an indication of the sequence of the transitions, data on the means of technological equipment, modes and labor costs. For different types works (machining, assembly, welding, etc.), various forms of OK have been established. The operational map is executed in the form of a route map ( symbol MK / OK).

Tooling list(VO) contains complete information about the technological equipment used during the technological process of manufacturing or repairing the product.

The technological instruction (symbol TI) provides information that is common to the entire technological process. The content of the instructions is formed at the discretion of the developer. There must be a separate section on safety requirements and an introductory part, which indicates the scope and purpose of the instructions. In general, in addition to the above, the TI contains the following sections:

Repair methods (replacement or restoration);

Post-repair control methods;

Fault detection requirements;

Test requirements;

Requirements for the assembled product.

All graphic information and tables for TI (equipment arrangement diagram, equipment list, graphs, diagrams, etc.) are performed on the forms of technological instructions.

The list of documents included in the kit (content of the documentation set) is given in the list of technological documents (symbolic designation VTD).

The completeness and applied forms of the KTD documents, as well as the method of describing the technological process (route, operational or route-operational) are determined by the company that developed the documentation.

The document symbol consists of three sections: the first section of five digits - the code of the developer; the second of five digits is the documentation characteristic code, which consists of a two-digit number to indicate the document type code, then a single number - the organization's technological process code and a two-digit number - the type code of those processes according to the execution method; the third of five digits is the serial number of the document.

Technological documentation Is a set of technological documents that define a technological process. The composition, content and procedure for the development of all technological documentation are regulated by the Unified System for Technological Documentation (ESTD). The set of ESTD standards includes more than 40 GOSTs, which take into account the possibility of developing, issuing and applying technological documents in the conditions of an automated control system.

Purpose of the ESTD set of standards:

Ø use different methods and design tools, processing and reproduction of technological documents;

Ø application of uniform rules for processing technological documents, depending on the type and nature of production, the composition and type of technological processes being developed, ways of describing them;

Ø creation of prerequisites for reducing the labor intensity of engineering and technical work in the field of CCI;

Ø creation of an information base for ACS and CAD.

Technological documentation is developed as soon as the used design documentation... The deadline for its implementation is set by the developer of the documentation.

The complexity of technological documentation depends on the type of production, applied technological processes and the degree of their detailing. Depending on the purpose, the types of technological documents are divided into main and auxiliary ones. The main ones are: MK - route map; KTP - technological process map; KTPP - a map of a typical (group) technological process; OK - operating card; KTO - a map of a typical (group) operation; QC is a complex card. Auxiliary documents include: KZ - order card for the design and manufacture of technological equipment; KS - a map of the coordination of the technological process (operation).

The main documents in the development of technological processes are technological maps (routing, operational, technological process maps). The cards indicate the structure of the technological process and its content, the sequence of operations, modes, equipment used, technological equipment, assembly, adjustment, control procedures, etc. Three types of flow charts are most often used: routing, technological and operational.

Route Map determines the sequence of passage of the processed unit (part, assembly, device or product) through the shops and contains a description of all operations without highlighting each operation as a separate document. Route maps are used in single and small-scale production in cases where the processed product is not assigned to a specific equipment (workplace). These cards indicate the material and dimensions of the workpiece, workshops and areas where processing is carried out, a list of operations, equipment, technological equipment, professions and category of work, labor costs.

Process map determines the processing sequence of a part or assembly in operations and transitions and is used mainly in mass production. These maps, in contrast to route maps, also contain calculations of processing modes and provide for the assignment of the processed unit to certain equipment.

Operating card are developed separately for each operation. It contains a complete list of all transitions with a detailed presentation of data on modes, methods technical control, geometric and other parameters, measurements and tests. The operational map, as a rule, contains a sketch drawing depicting parts or a unit, indicating the places of processing, the method of fastening, and the placement of the tool.

Route maps are made by the CDP or the technical bureau of the workshop. Changes to the current cards are made only with the permission of the chief technologist. The timing of the change must be agreed with the tool department, supply department and production shops.

A wide variety of technological processes used in mechanical engineering makes the parts to supplement the technological maps with technological instructions. In addition to technological modes, the technological instructions provide physical and chemical substantiation of the processes occurring during processing, the sequence of installation, adjustment and testing of products is outlined. Technological instructions approved by the chief technologist.

The basic law of any production is strict adherence to technological discipline. In the conditions of serial and mass production, any unauthorized deviations from the developed and approved technological process are strictly prohibited. These deviations inevitably lead to scrap and increased production costs.

The composition of the documents is determined depending on the type of production and the stage of development of technological documentation. At the stage of the technical proposal, technological documentation is not developed. At the stages of draft and technical designs, the following technological documentation is developed: for the manufacture and testing of a product model or its component parts; for manufacturing and testing prototype; according to the results of the manufacture and preliminary tests of the prototype on the basis of the correction of the design documentation; for the manufacture and testing of products of serial (mass) production.

The development of documents included in the set of technological documentation can be carried out with and without the use of mechanization and automation tools.

The volume of the developed technological documentation is determined using the coefficient of the specific volume of technological developments (CTE), which is the number of operational cards per part on average.

The final stage in the development of technological documentation is standard control. It is carried out at all stages of the development of technological documentation. The content of work on standard control depends on the type of technological document. In the process of such control, compliance with the norms and requirements established by standards and other regulatory and technical documents in the technological documentation is checked. The procedure for conducting normative control is determined by the state standard ESTD. The main purpose of standard control is to increase the level of typification of technological processes, reduce the preparation time for production, reduce costs and improve the quality of products.

1. The order of registration of the technological process

Registration of technological documentation is carried out in accordance with GOST 3.1407-86 ESTD (Unified System for Technological Documentation).

Registration of technological documentation at this enterprise is carried out according to the STP.

Technologicaldocumentation is a set of technological documents necessary and sufficient for the implementation of the technological process / operation /. In terms of the degree of detail in the description of technological processes, it can be:

"1 Route description is an abbreviated description of all technological operations in the route map in the sequence of their execution without indicating transitions and technological modes.

"2 Operational description is a complete description of all technological operations in the sequence of execution, indicating transitions and technological modes.

"3 Route-operational description is an abbreviated description of technological operations in the route map in the sequence of their execution with a full description of individual operations in other technological documents. The level of detail of the description depends on the complexity of the work performed, the type of production and specific production conditions.

A typical technological process is an ordered (in sequence of execution) set of descriptions of technological operations, sufficient for the manufacture of a group of parts with common design and technological features. To form from it a technological process for the manufacture of a particular part, it is necessary to organize an algorithm, as a result of which only those operations remain that are necessary for the manufacture of this part.

technological documentation molding operation

A set of documents for describing technological processes generally consists of a route map, a sketch map, a list of parts, an operational map, a consolidated operational map, etc.

2. Types of technological documentation used in the manufacture of molding and the rules for their design

Technological process - part production process containing targeted actions to change and (or) determine the state of the subject of labor (GOST 3.1109-82).

Forming part XXXX 111.111.111 contains 4 operations that are performed at the assembly site. A route map was compiled for the entire technical process, i.e. route sheet. All verification is carried out in accordance with the technological documentation. In the drawing on back side there must be a stamp, a specification (TP) is attached to the drawing. The technical process is presented production foreman by magazines, must have a number and pagination with products.

If the product does not comply with the drawing or technical specifications, i.e. does not correspond to the parameters, then the entire batch is returned to the master, who eliminates the defect. After elimination of the defect, the master presents a notice and an act of elimination of the defect.

This enterprise uses the following types of technological documentation:

route maps (MK);

technological process maps (KTP);

maps of a typical technological process (KTPP);

technological information cards (KTI);

3. Typical technological processes used in the manufacture of molding

A typical technical process is a technical process for manufacturing a group of products with common design and technological features.

A typical technical process must be completed title page according to GOST.

The designation TTP is assigned to the CMP.

The following operations are performed according to the standard technical process of forming part XXXX 111.111.111:

Form the leads of the connectors x4, x7. Dimensions shown on section A-A and section B-B provided by molding.

Form the leads of the connectors x3, x6. The dimensions indicated in section A-A and section B-B are provided by molding.

Install molded ERIs into containers.

Workshop containers

Make a note in the technological passport.

The pen is student.

Before developing a typical technical process, it is necessary to make sure that the same TP is absent in the "Index of normative documents" database.

Changing the standard technical process without coordination with the department - the developer is unacceptable.

A typical TP differs from route and operational maps in that the TPP contains general information on manufacturing with common designs, and in the route and operational map there is information on this device or node.

4. Description of the technological operation of molding

The operation of forming the leads is carried out on a forming device.

1. The workpiece is placed on the base of the fixture with tweezers.

2. With the help of the manual press control lever, the clamp is lowered to the base on which the REE lies.

3. The output of the REE is bent at an angle of 90 degrees.

4. Using tweezers, the part is turned over and the leads are formed from the opposite side.

5. After inspection and control, the finished part is folded into a workshop container and sent to the assembly site.

5. Description of the device

The molding consists of a base, a punch, a mandrel, a cover, a nut, a clamp, a column and a screw.

The forming fixture is used in the assembly area. We insert the output into the molding and form it under the press in a lever manner. The press forms the leads at an angle of 90 ", this molding is needed to install the SNP on the board, and the board is installed on the XX - 1 XX device, which serves as a sensor on the aircraft dashboard.

The advantage of using a forming device over manual bending of the REE leads is that the speed of bending of the leads increases. The accuracy of the bend angle is higher than with manual bending.

Accuracy requirements of the fixture: produce on time Maintenance and adjustment.

6. Changes to the TP and the procedure for their registration

The reason for changing the TP may be:

change in CD;

improvement of TP (changing the route of processing, equipment, procurement, etc.);

changing the interdepartmental route;

change in the type of production;

correction of errors in technology.

The basis for changing (canceling) TP is:

design notice issued according to STP;

indication of the chief technologist;

introduction of new equipment;

measures for quality, KPTR, etc .;

decision of the technologist and the head of the safety department, aimed at improving the TP, eliminating errors or eliminating comments;

rationalization proposal.

The procedure for processing documentation when changing the TP.

Changes in technological documentation are carried out on the basis of approved notifications in accordance with GOST 2.503-90.

All changes in the tooling are made by the shop technologist in the notification sheets about the tooling change simultaneously with the technology change.

Registration of a notice of changes in technological documentation.

- notifications of changes in technological documentation are issued and drawn up by the developer of the documents.

- the notice indicates the reasons and grounds for the change, the content and date of the change.

- the notification is coordinated with the services and adjacent workshops, which this change concerns, including with the customer's representative, if the technological documentation is agreed with him.

- in case of a change in the manufacturing technology of especially critical parts and assembly units, the notification is agreed with the chief technologist, the chief metallurgist, the customer's representative.

- changes in parts control cards, control passports, assembly unit files and other technological documentation related to product quality control are in all cases agreed with the head of the BTK shop (site).

- when changing blanks, the number of parts for technological needs, the number of samples, technological conditions for blanks, notifications are agreed with the technological bureau of the department of the chief technologist (TB CDP).

- when the labor intensity changes due to changes in the technological process, the notifications are endorsed in the OOTiZ.

- changes in technological documentation that necessitate changes in the documentation of other departments must be coordinated with them.

- notifications are approved officials approved the technological documentation.

- the approved notification is a document, the implementation of which is mandatory for all departments.

- a formal notification is registered in a special notification log, is submitted to the change group of this department for reproduction, distribution, modification and storage.

Shelf life is three years.

Introduction of changes - on the basis of the approved and registered notification, changes in the technological documentation are carried out by Section 180 according to the rules of the ESKD applicable for design documentation. The term for making changes is not more than a calendar month, unless otherwise specified.

- if the number of changes made in the originals is so large that it makes it difficult to use the technological documentation, and also, if there have been fundamental changes in the technological process or the original has become unusable, it is allowed to replace it with a new one with the issuance of a notice of replacement.

In the new original, an entry is made "instead of the canceled one", in the old one, the entry "canceled" is made, indicating the number of the notice how it was canceled, and is kept among the canceled ones for 3 years.

- it is allowed to leave canceled copies of the process documentation with the "canceled" stamp in the technological bureau of the shop in order to use the backlog of parts made without taking into account the changes.

In cases where a delay in the registration of a change can lead to the manufacture of defective products, the technologist is allowed to immediately make changes in copies of technological documentation in ink, followed by an urgent notification. After making the change, the technologist is obliged to put the date of the change and the signature. It is allowed to work on such technological documentation for no more than 12 days, but the release of products is carried out only after the approval of the notification.

Responsible for changing TP

The technologist - the developer answers:

for the quality of the selected TP in full scope of the requirements contained in the design and technological documentation;

for placing an order for the design of tooling;

for the quality of the chosen design option of the tooling;

for the quality testing of the equipment;

for registration of appropriate signatures on technological maps and permits;

for the timeliness of the transfer of temporary TP to permanent;

for the timely replacement of all copies of technological maps when changing the TP;

for the timely execution of work when transferring the manufacture of products to another workshop;

for the timely introduction of changes to all copies of the TP;

for the correctness of copies of technological maps received from EOTD after making changes;

for the presence of requirements for labor protection, fire safety and environmental preservation.

A technologist - a developer should be understood not only as a technologist, whose signature is in the "Developed" column, but as a shop technologist, to whom DSE is assigned.

The head of the safety department or the technologist who checks the TP bears the same responsibility as the technologist - the developer, and with his signature confirms the correctness of the decisions made by the technologist - the developer.

The head of the BTK of the shop confirms by his signature on the TP control cards that the volume, methods and means of control are assigned correctly and ensure the release of DSE in full compliance with the design documentation.

Technologist with CDP (TBMP, TBSP) checking process, confirms the correctness of decisions made by the technologist - developer.

The CDP technologist must answer:

for the interdepartmental route;

for compliance with the requirements of this standard;

for compliance with the deadlines for passing technological permits;

for the compliance of the equipment used in the technical process specified in the equipment schedule;

for registration of signatures in the TP and permits.

The HMO technologist checks the technical processes subordinated to the HMO, according to Appendix B (except for operations performed on machine-tool equipment), confirms the correctness of the destination and location of the assigned operations and is responsible for their non-compliance.

The head of EOTD is responsible for the timely reproduction of copies, for the timely and correct implementation of corrections in the originals of technical processes, is responsible for observing the deadlines for passing technological permits in EOTD, for recording and storing the originals of TP in EOTD, for timely provision of workshops with copies of TP.

Workshop foreman and head of BTK, signing the act of implementation technological permission is responsible for the fact that the manufacture of DSE according to this TP complies with the requirements of the design documentation.

The head of the safety department of the shop must organize work to ensure:

correctness and timeliness of registration in the OTG;

control over the timing of the technological permit;

adherence to the route of obtaining a technological permit;

control over the correct execution of the entire technological permit.

The technical process changes by letters:

change according to the drawing or technical specifications;

improvement of the technical process;

changing the characteristics of equipment, tooling.

Changes are not possible in my REE molding process.

7. Provision of TP for manufacturing the assembly with equipment, tools, materials.

Universal tooling is a universal assembly device (USP) that allows, by means of various layouts of interchangeable parts in the USP set, to mount a variety of devices for machining, welding, assembly and other operations.

Special tooling is a special assembly device (SSP) that allows you to mount a variety of devices for machining, welding, assembly and other operations.

In my technological process of forming the REE terminals, the following are used:

preparation of REE;

connector molding tool;

tweezers;

soldering iron.

The order for the design is issued by the leading technologist, the design is carried out by the department of the chief technologist, the production of tooling is carried out by the mechanical workshop.

The equipment is stored in the toolroom of the workshop, and is issued to the site by the responsible person - the storekeeper, against the signature on the card.

8. The order of movement of the product along the technological chain and the documentation drawn up at the same time

The considered technical process is performed at the assembly site. In one workplace. Workplace the installer is equipped with a specialized tool for precise installation.

Specialized equipment: electric soldering iron, hand press, magnifying equipment, tweezers, workshop containers.

When transferring a product from one workplace to another, it is accompanied by a route sheet. It indicates the workshop number, site number, what operations are performed in the manufacture of this product, operations number, part number, order, material name, batch number, who issued this product and the date when this product was discharged.

After completing the operations, the worker makes a mark on the completion of the work, puts the date, month, year and signature on the route sheet.

Upon completion of work on the product, a route sheet is drawn up.

9. Possibility of Automation and computerization of TP manufacturing

My technological process does not imply the use of automation and computerization.

A production automation system (CAD) is used at the design stage of the technical process and the formation of the necessary papers for its implementation.

The most common process automation system is the TechnoPro system.

TechnoPro user partnership was founded in 2002 in order to promote the latest information technologies in the industry of Russia. The goal is to reduce costs, accelerate the implementation of design automation tools, and improve welfare.

The TechnoPro system is intended for the design of operational route technological processes (TP), including the formation of a route, operations and transitions, with the choice of equipment, fixtures, selection of tools, formation of texts, transitions, calculation, technological dimensional chains, processing mode and manufacturing standards.

As well as original method design based on common technological processes (OTP) the system supports most traditional methods: design for a typical process, group process, analogue process, TP synthesis.

In addition to the design of the technology for the manufacture of machined parts, the TechnoPro system can be used for the technical process of assembly, welding, coating, heat treatment, electrical installation, manufacturing printed circuit boards and others.

Conclusion: this system is also used at the enterprise where I had my internship. It is simple, useful and practical.

Output

I got acquainted with the molding of radio and electrical elements, intended for use in devices and devices of electronic equipment.

Studied the order of registration of the technological process; types of technological documentation used in molding and the rules for their design, typical technological processes, a description of a technological operation, a change in TP and the procedure for their registration, the possibility of automation and computerization of TP manufacturing.

Based on the data I have studied, we can conclude that the enterprise can produce products of proper quality.
