Therefore, the corresponding job descriptions are drawn up for the personnel of medical or educational institutions, as well as municipal enterprises. The provisions of this document determine the rules for the performance of duties by employees.
In order to draw up a document correctly, it is necessary to take into account the main areas of activity of the economic personnel and the tasks they face.

Job description of the head of the economy in a budgetary institution - features and samples

It is very important to draw up the instructions correctly, since it is she who will determine all the activities of the relevant employees. For its violations, employees can be held accountable, and for strict observance - encouraged.

Among the main features of the document, it should be indicated:

  • it has a specific structure and consists of several sections. As a rule, the rights of the employee, his duties and general provisions... This structure is very convenient and accepted in all institutions;
  • it is necessary to ensure familiarization with the documents of those employees whose activities it regulates. This will make it possible to reasonably demand compliance with all clauses of the regulation. Otherwise, the employee will always be able to refer to ignorance and there will be no grounds for bringing him to responsibility;
  • duties and powers should be prescribed in detail. You need to proceed from the specifics of the employee's activities. The manager is obliged to provide an accurate and comprehensive list of the person's functions. In addition, it is necessary to provide new editions in case of changes in the original sample or its addition with new norms.

It should be understood that the provision is unconditional and must be enforced unconditionally. If a disputable situation arises, the issue of the employee's rightness will be resolved depending on his compliance with the job description.

A sample of this paper should include the following main responsibilities of the person:

  • it is obliged to keep the property of the company in good condition and integrity;
  • the employee is obliged to inform the management of all facts of damage to property or its wear and tear to the point where further operation becomes impossible;
  • if it is necessary to replace inventory and other inventory items, the employee is obliged to inform the manager in the form of a memo;
  • he is obliged to carry out instructions from his superiors that relate to current activities.

Thus, the main responsibility of a person is to maintain all material assets in working order, to replace and preserve them.

At school

Job description of the head of the school in form and content will remind common sample... At the same time, it should be provided that the school economy may also include computer equipment, equipment for cleaning the area around the school.
The head of the farm is obliged to keep an inventory. Each subject has its own inventory number and is on the balance sheet of the school. Therefore, the employee is obliged to participate in the inventory and monitor the safety and actual availability of the specified property.

His financial responsibility follows from the latter obligation. It seems perfectly reasonable to impose full financial responsibility on the head of the school. Consequently, a separate agreement is concluded with him in this regard. Thus, the school employee becomes responsible for all property on the balance sheet. And if it is damaged or rendered unusable, the person will be obliged to compensate for the damage.

However, compensation for harm is only possible if the employee is guilty. If damage is caused as a result of force majeure or unlawful actions of third parties, liability should not arise.

In kindergarten

The job description in kindergarten assigns standard responsibilities to such an employee. The superintendent must ensure the normal functioning of all property kindergarten... In addition to functioning, the head of the farm must keep it and inform the director about the need to replace it.

At the same time, the job description also provides for the authority of the person. These include several main ones:

  • upon detection of damage to property or its wear and tear, the manager of the farm has the right to contact the management and ask for the purchase of new equipment;
  • he has the right to receive information that concerns his immediate professional activity... These can be any business issues;
  • the head of the farm has the right to take part in the acquisition of valuables on behalf of the management and make his proposals for improving the work.

These rights relate to the direct work of the head of the economy. We are not talking about such unconditional rights as receiving remuneration for work, receiving annual paid leave, and so on.

These norms are mandatory by virtue of the law and it is not necessary to additionally indicate them in the instructions.

In a medical facility

In addition to the provisions listed above, the job description obliges the caretaker to ensure the work of all auxiliary personnel. These workers include janitors, cleaners, and so on.

On the same topic, it is worth reading the material.

Any enterprise and social institution needs competent accounting and management. Foodstuffs, consumables for office equipment, tools and spare parts - all these are material resources and money.

Specially trained and by nature meticulous people - supply managers - should strictly monitor the consumption and purchase.

Responsibilities of supply managers in production

To begin with, it should be said that officially this profession is called "Head of the household". The name speaks for itself: the manager who is responsible for the material base of the enterprise.

Due to its versatility, such a specialist can work essentially anywhere: from social and cultural institutions to agricultural firms and factories.

The position of the manager includes many different responsibilities and they all in one way or another relate to the procurement, accounting and expenditure of material resources. One way or another, the supply manager is always a financially responsible person who is obliged to report to the management in the person of the director and chief accountant about all expenses.

The strictest accounting, as practice shows, in government agencies(schools, hospitals, kindergartens, etc.). This is understandable: everything there is purchased at the expense of the budget and is subject to strict reporting. In the case of serious waste, it is usually the caretaker who is responsible. However, the situation in the private sector is no less tense, because a business owner always pays out of his own pocket, and resource accounting is the most common way to save money.

One way or another, the duties of the caretaker, wherever he works, include several things:

    Supply of the enterprise;

    Safety of inventory, tools, consumables in the warehouse;

    Monitoring the cleanliness of the premises and the surrounding area;

    Management of service personnel: cleaners, plumbers, electricians, security guards, etc .;

    Purchase of necessary items (office supplies, food for the canteen, etc.);

    Hiring working personnel and auxiliary workers;

    Inventory and logging.

Needless to say, the caretaker is an extremely important figure in any enterprise. From him organizational skills directly depends on whether the staff will be fed on time, whether the toilets will be clean, and the premises washed on time, whether the lighting will work, whether the communications will break through in winter.

For obvious reasons, only people with a specific temperament can work in the position of a caretaker. As a rule, these are meticulous and scrupulous workers with high responsibility, who know how to organize and think over the supply. Good caretakers are characterized by vigor, attentiveness and high organization, as well as the ability to lead.

What is the responsibility of the manager

At any enterprise with strict account of the manager when hiring, together with labor contract also signs a liability agreement. In practice, this means that an employee may be subject to penalties or, in the event of a major violation, even fall under criminal prosecution.

The manager is responsible in the event of:

    improper performance of duties;

    negligence of subordinates;

    ignoring orders from superiors;

    violation of fire safety rules, sanitary standards, safety measures;

    waste and misappropriation of funds;

    overspending of material resources;

    accidents and malfunctions in utilities, power supply, etc.

Of course, it all depends on what volume of duties the manager has and what exactly he is responsible for. If the building is owned by the enterprise, then the manager is responsible for it. In the case of renting premises, his sphere of responsibility is much less.

Where to study as a caretaker

As such, there is no special education for the caretaker. Employees with specialized secondary education and higher education are also accepted for this position. Employers, as a rule, require skills and experience: knowledge of economic document flow, maintaining business correspondence, computer skills, the ability to manage people. In fact, such specialists are prepared by open source software that train junior-level administrative personnel.

Another option for training is short-term courses for managers (from 1 to 3 months). They just teach different applied skills: how to draw up reports, expense tables, maintain databases with reports, etc.

Caretaker vacancies and average salary

Despite the high demand, it is not so easy to get a job as a caretaker. First, employers need people with specific qualities - responsible, reliable and able to give orders.

Moreover, there are a lot of vacancies for superintendents, where you need to combine the duties of a secretary, and deal with supplies, and carry out a lot of small assignments. In fact, it is a personal assistant to the manager.

At the same time, the salary of the caretaker is almost always negotiated individually. In vacancies, the employer indicates any amount - from 25 to 50 thousand rubles. But in practice (especially in government agencies), caretakers rarely receive more than 26 thousand.

Pros and cons of working as a manager

Any managerial position contains a lot of pros and cons. The profession of a caretaker is no exception. Pros:

    the possibility of quick employment;

    a large selection of vacancies;

    no special education required.

The cons, however, are much more significant:

    low salary;

    high level responsibility;

    many responsibilities, work intensity;

    high stress levels;

    lack of career prospects (especially for government agencies).
