I. General Provisions

1. The qualification characteristics included in the section "Qualification characteristics of the positions of employees in the field of physical culture and sports" of the Unified qualification reference book of the positions of managers, specialists and employees (hereinafter referred to as qualification characteristics, EKS) are normative documents intended to justify rational organization labor, the correct selection, placement and use of personnel, ensuring unity in determining the job responsibilities of employees and the ones presented to them qualification requirements, as well as the decisions made on the suitability of the positions held.

2. Maintains statistical records of the results of the work of a sports school, department or preparation stage, long-term accounting, analysis and generalization of the results and content of the work of sports trainers-teachers in sports of a sports school, prepares or participates in the preparation of a statistical report on the results of the activities of a sports school. Monitors the right organization medical supervision of those working in groups in conjunction with the medical service. In addition, the methodologist will be responsible for supervising the issues of teaching the basics of life safety and pre-conscription training, physical education lessons in secondary schools of the region. Submit reporting documentation in the form: 1 -FK, D -O -1.

4.Rights.

The methodologist of MBOU DOD DYUSSH has the right, within the limits of his competence:
4.1. give binding orders to directly subordinate school employees;
4.2. to bring students to disciplinary responsibility for actions that disrupt the educational process, in the manner prescribed by the Charter of the school and the Rules on Encouragement and Penalties;
4.3. be present at any classes conducted with students of the school (without the right to enter the class after the start of classes without urgent need and make comments to the teacher during classes;
4.4. make, if necessary, temporary changes to the schedule of classes, cancel classes, temporarily unite groups and classes to conduct joint classes;

5. Responsibility.

5.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Charter and the Internal Labor Regulations of the School, other local regulations, legal orders of the school principal, official duties established by this instruction, including for not using the granted rights, the methodologist of the MOBU DOD CYSS shall be disciplined in the order determined by labor legislation.
For gross violation job responsibilities dismissal may be applied as a disciplinary punishment.
5.3. For the use, including one-time, methods of education associated with physical and (or) mental violence against the personality of the student, as well as the commission of another immoral act, the deputy headmaster for teaching and educational work may be relieved of his post in accordance with labor legislation and RF Law "On Education". Dismissal for this act is not a disciplinary measure.
5.4. For violation of the rules of fire safety, labor protection, sanitary and hygienic rules for organizing the educational process, the deputy headmaster for educational work is brought to administrative responsibility in the manner and in cases provided for by administrative legislation.
5.5. For the culpable infliction of damage on the school or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties, the deputy director of the school for educational work shall be liable in the manner and within the limits established by labor and (or) civil legislation.

6. Relationships. Relationships by position.

Deputy director of the school for teaching and educational work:
6.1. works in a non-standardized working day according to a schedule drawn up based on a 40-hour working week, and approved by the director of the school;
6.2. independently plans his work for each academic year and each academic quarter; the work plan is approved by the school director no later than 5 days from the beginning of the planned period;
6.3. submits to the director a written report on his activities of at least 5 typewritten pages within 10 days at the end of each academic quarter;
6.4. receives from the school director information of a regulatory and organizational and methodological nature, gets acquainted with the relevant documents on receipt;
6.5. endorses the orders of the school director on the organization of the educational process;
6.6. systematically exchanges information on issues within its competence, with the school's pedagogical staff, the deputy headmaster of the school for administrative and economic work.
6.7. acts as a school director during the period of his temporary absence (vacation, illness, etc.). The fulfillment of duties is carried out in accordance with the labor legislation and the Charter of the school on the basis of the order of the school director or the order of the head of the municipal education management body, if the corresponding order cannot be issued for objective reasons.
