1. General Provisions

1.1. This provision defines the purpose, goals, objectives, functions, rights, responsibilities and fundamentals of the production and technical department (hereinafter referred to as the department).

1.2. The department provides technical support, production planning and operational management of the organization's production activities.

1.3. The department is an independent structural unit of the organization and reports directly to its head or one of his deputies.

1.4. In its activities, the department is guided by the current legislation, regulatory legal acts and methodological materials on production and technical issues, organizational and administrative documents of the organization itself and this regulation.

1.5. The activities of the department are carried out on the basis of the current and forward planning, a combination of one-man management in resolving issues of official activity and collegiality when discussing them, personal responsibility of employees for the proper execution of the tasks assigned to them job responsibilities and separate orders from the head of the department.

1.6. The head and other employees of the department are appointed and dismissed from their positions by order of the head of the organization in accordance with the current legislation Russian Federation.

Submits proposals to the management of the organization for improving the work of the department, optimizing its structure and staffing;

Participates in the long-term and current planning of the department's activities, as well as the preparation of orders, instructions and other documents related to the tasks and functions assigned to the department;

Takes the necessary measures to improve the material, technical and information support, working conditions, increase vocational training department employees;

4. FUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT

1.2. The scope of the technical department includes:

coordination of the activities of the Partnership;

organization of work on the issuance of certificates of admission to work that affect the safety of facilities capital construction;

organization of advanced training for engineering and technical personnel of the Partnership members;

organization of training and certification of members certification commissions Partnerships;

organization of liability insurance of organizations;

organization of certification of quality management system works;

organization of planning and reporting to the Executive Directorate.

1.3. II. Functions of the Technical Department

III. Rights of the Technical Department in the implementation of its tasks and functions

3. The technical department in the field of activity provided for it, within the limits of its competence and in accordance with the established procedure, has the right:

3.2. give legal and individuals clarifications on issues related to the scope of the technical department;

IV. Organization of the activities of the Technical Department.
